2019 f450. The truck had several issues that needed to be looked at. The dealership and I had an agreement they were going to do everything to fix the oil blow by and consumption. The turbo was not functioning properly. Oil leaks, vibrations, not to mention this truck had been under water up in to the floorboards. They refused to make all necessary repairs even though they shoved a extended warranty on me. I get it home and go to do the first oil change and find the ground strap was off, the transmission mount bolts off and that the seal they promised was not leaking,,, guess what,,, it's still leaking.. cleaned it off and pretended it was not an issue.. buy my truck back for $55,000 which when I purchased it was 63,000. Oh wait it was 68 with the warranty i had to buy because they refused to make any needed repairs prior to sale. And the reviews will stop. Until then.. don't go to Heller ford.. they lie and sell used cars that are substandard. I'm proof. And by the way after I argued for 7 weeks to get the ujoints replaced because of tire wear.... guess what... it fixed the problem. Tires are wearing correctly. Over 8 thousand miles and doing good.

I drove from Kentucky because Heller Ford had the perfect Jeep Gladiator of my dreams! It was totally worth it! Working with Jason Lyczak was awesome! He was patient and understanding that I was driving from Kentucky and even surprised me with a soft-top and tube doors for the Jeep as extras that I was not expecting, totally awesome! I can't recommend Jason and Heller ford enough. I haven't purchased a vehicle in a while and they made this experience so seamless! The next time I'm in the market for a vehicle I will be giving Jason a call, and I recommend you do the same! Thanks again Jason!

This was my first car-buying experience and I only had to visit one other dealership to note Heller stands apart. I fell in love with an SUV I saw listed on their website about a week prior to test-driving it. I live about an hour away and my significant other couldn't come the time I scheduled my test drive; Monte said I could drive it home to get a better feel for it and so my significant other could check it out too. I was SHOCKED. That night I went to a KIA dealership to compare their options to what I was driving; they admitted they couldn't beat the deal. It felt like a quick decision (as it was my first time making such a big decision), but not one that wasn't thought through. Monte was able to answer any and all of the questions we came with (me, my best friend, my significant other). Monte made the experience so easy and comfortable. I'm confident that I will buy other vehicles from Heller in the future. If you are thinking of visiting, DO IT and see for yourself; it's kindness and calmness the second you walk in the front door. They seem to have an incredible variety of vehicles in-house and different vehicles are accessible on a regular basis. Even if a vehicle's missing something on your "must have" checklist, once they learn what you're in the market for, they will find you your perfect match. I've been driving my car for about a month now, and though it felt like "such a big decision" and a sad goodbye to my last SUV, I'd do it over again. I am in LOVE and am so happy.

Flawless experience at Heller Ford!I just have to say that Jason Lyczak made the process seamless. He called me when the dealership opened that morning to let me know my desired vehicle was still available and had it ready and waiting when I arrived after a 45 minute drive. He also took the time to assist with the FordPass setup once the purchase was completed.From start to finish everything was perfect -- save for current interest rates but that's beyond their control.If I lived closer this would be my new regular dealership!

Deandre was GREAT and so helpful. He worked hard to help me get the deal I wanted, and was very communicative. Even sent a thank you card with our picture in front of the dealership on it. We will be back to Deandre for that bronco!

My experience with Heller Ford was amazing from start to finish. Ross Ketchum went through about every truck they had trying to find what I was looking for. When we couldn't find the right truck for me he kept his eye out and when it arrived he contacted immediately. He's by far the best salesman I've dealt with. Thank you Heller and thank you Ross

This is my 3rd. Vehicle I have purchased from Heller. Ross is my go to guy. After I bought my 1st F150 It was the best buying experience I ever had. At that time,I told Ross you have a customer for life. My 2nd. F150 got totalled. I called Ross told him the vehicle and options I wanted. He called me and said he found it. I picked it up today. Kris in finance found me additional rebates on the vehicle. From sales to service to finance, Heller Ford treats you like family.5 stars isn't enough. They are definitely 10 stars.

I live over and hour and forty minutes from Heller Ford, called and spoke with Cory Bellot. Cory was very attentive to my needs and was very helpful ensuring my trip would be worth the drive. Cory took the time to show me a couple trucks I had picked out online and made sure to go over the vehicles with me as well. There was no pressure to buy one or the other, actually it was more of about what I wanted. He also went above and beyond ensuring the one I settled on was clean inside and out, even filled the tank for me. My trade in was very fair and the financing was quick and smooth with no pressure to buy extras I didn t want. I will gladly recommend Heller Ford and especially Cory Bellot to all my friends and coworkers. Thank you for making it worth the drive!

Honestly, my experience at Heller Ford was nothing but the best car-buying experience I ve had in my life!!! Jim Fike with sales and Adam Blue in the finance department will get you taken care of quickly and fairly. I picked up my new truck for way under market value, and the entire process was completely seamless. I was a long distance purchaser and the folks at Heller ford worked with me to deliver my vehicle to my doorstep in under a week from the time I first reached out to them. If you decide to buy through Heller Ford, you won t regret it!!!!

From the first moment of contact they make sure you feel like family, not just another customer. Our salesman was Seth Steidinger he hands down was the best one we have ever had. From the communication to going and making sure each vehicle was upfront and waiting for our arrival and even helping us get everything hooked up to the vehicle before we left. I have never been more impressed by a dealership, a no haggle price no back and forth no hidden fees. The price was the price and nothing was forced on you. We will definitely be back to get another set of wheels!Came here first and don t waste your time elsewhere, if they don t have it they will find it!

Jason Lyczak was AWESOME to work with!! He was able to get my new car brought over to their store, serviced, and he cleaned it himself all within 24 hours because I desperately needed a vehicle! I will never go anywhere else for a car again!! Adam Blue was also great to work with for financing! He was detailed, thorough, and he connected with my daughter because he has a son the same age!! Heller Ford in El Paso is amazing and I highly recommend!

My wife and I just traded in our car for a 2021 Lincoln Aviator at Heller Ford. We had the best experience here. Our salesperson was Rich Tom, and he was pleasant, patient, thoughtful, and gracious. I would highly recommend calling him when it is time to buy a new or used car. During our time there, one of the employees overheard our conversation about a small tear in the passenger seat fabric. This was not our salesperson and had no vested interest in helping us, but he went out of his way to make sure the upholstery technician that was on-site that day spent some time fixing the blemish. The repair was excellent, and the extra effort really made our day.

Been in sales all my life and would hire Brandon in a heartbeat. The bank I work for is huge on client obsession and Brandon embodied that. I got him first thing in the morning and he stayed in communication with me all day. He was willing to inspect the vehicle for odors for me as I m 3 hrs away and have asthmatic children. He was kinda and patient with me as we went back and forth all day. He was scheduled off 2 hours before I was set to arrive but stayed despite having a pooch at home that needed to be let out. When I arrived I was treated like a friend and Brandon was the sweetest while we conversed like we hadn t just met. Brandon and Cody were determined to give me the time I needed to feel comfortable while still trying to get me out asap in preparation for the 3 hour drive home. I left as soon as everything was finished so that I wouldn t keep the staff any later then necessary. I pulled over on the side of the road to hook my phone up to my new car. Brandon saw me and promptly called to not only make sure I was ok but ask that I let him know when I made it home safely. Even today, after the sale, he s helped me with two things. Heller Ford not only had the best version of the Jeep I wanted but at the best price as well. I recommend not only Heller Ford but Brandon specifically. Couldn t be happy with my purchase and service.

I worked with Tyler and Kris on purchasing a new to me 2021 F-250. I walked in expecting to get less vehicle for my budge but walked away very helpful and well versed on the vehicle I chose. It s a small down dealership feeling with good hospitality with the large inventory of a city dealer. Couldn t be happier with Tyler and Kris!

Thank you so much Rich for the awesome buying experience of my 2023 Mach 1. The car had plenty of photos of the car. I purchased online through the dealer and they took care of every request I had and was quick to justify any of my concerns on the car such as decals that had been damaged from pressure washing the vehicle from the previous owner! They ordered and sent me the decals and paperwork before the car even arrived which it was here within a week of payment. Thank you again Rich if I buy another car in the near future . Btw if you can get your hands on a 2024 Lexus IS500 Fsport in January of 2024 I ll be in contact! My wife wants one! Thank you to Heller Ford for making this process painless and delivering a great car to me and my family!

Shopped around at multiple dealerships for months until finding a good deal at this one. Nice cars, very fairly priced. Our salesman, Brent, was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and sticks to his word. Finance department was amazing too, but I cannot remember the persons name.Best dealership that I ve been to within 200miles.

Lets be honest car buying is not typically what anyone wants to wake up and do. This however was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The team was responsive and attentive through the entire process. Rich was my Salesmen he was not pushy, he was fair, and had a great sense of humor which made it great. We did the entire deal over text and phone, and I had my new Bronco delivered 2 days later exactly as advertised. Thank you!

Brent Burch was a super salesman to work with. We are 120 miles away. I saw the Ram truck I was interested in and told him I wanted him to take a look at it and tell me if there was anything wrong with it. He said he would do that and take it for a drive. He called me back in 20 minutes. He took it for a drive, looked it over and told me about a little ding and scratch in it that is practically impossible to see. It turned out to be everything he promised. Very pleasant buying experience!

I purchased a pre-owned Audi SQ7 through Mike Gannon. Mike was extremely proactive and responsive throughout the process. Mike made the entire experience extremely smooth and painless. I have been exceptionally happy with the vehicle, it was in even better condition than I anticipated. I would highly recommend Mike and Heller Ford and will use them again in the future.

This is my second time buying a car (23 Ford Bronco Sport) from Heller Ford. Most of my family have bought their cars / trucks from there because the process is really easy. Every time I have been there Cory is my sales person. He always goes above and beyond to ensure I am getting what I am asking for. He keeps an open line of communication during the process and is always honest which I can appreciate when you are going to be spending money on something that will last you a couple of years.Even after the purchase he follows up to see how I m enjoying the car and even if there is a slight issue - like a rock that chipped paint he s ensuring that I get a bottle of touch of paint in the mail. What service!!! Cory is the best and all the staff at Heller are pleasant and make the shopping experience always a delightful one.

When I went to Heller, I was stopping by to look at a couple of vehicles I saw on auto trader. I walked the lot before going into the dealership. I picked out a couple of other vehicles that I might want to look at. I did not have an appointment. The women at the desk helped me right away and got me set up with Brandon Rixstine. Brandon was great from the get go. There was no pressure at any point. He knew exactly what vehicles I had originally come to the dealership for. I drive one of them. But in an effort to make sure I was getting what I went there for, he walked the lot with me to go look at the other vehicles that I had seen before going into the sales office. After all that I went with one of the ones, I originally went in for. Cody was great to get me in and out of his office efficiently, and Cody and Brandon helped me out with delivery of the vehicle as I am two hours away from the dealer. Overall the whole experience was above and beyond. And their coffee wasn t half bad either.

I m not one to write reviews, but I was extremely disappointed in our experience with Heller Ford. My parents bought a vehicle from Heller in 2021, and they referred us based on their positive experience. We drove an hour one way because we were hoping it d be worth it. We were at the dealership for over 3.5 hours. We spent over half that time waiting around for someone to help us. Our salesman was nice enough, but he was waiting on too many customers to keep up. We understand the process of buying a vehicle takes time, but we sat and waited for hours. We politely let him know that we had somewhere to be that evening, on top of an hour drive home. That got us nowhere, and eventually I had to ask for someone else to help us. All of this after we had committed to buying a vehicle. I assumed we d at least get better treatment after agreeing to purchase, but I guess not. Again, I am extremely disappointed in our experience. We will not be back.My parents were also promised a $100 referral bonus via email, but we got the runaround on that as well. They encouraged us to go despite that because they had such a good experience. I m not sure what went wrong for us.

We have bought several vehicles over the years and as always Rich Tom was great. He helped us look at all the vehicles we wanted to see and even gave us great advice on what we were looking at. We will continue to take the 45 min drive down to see him for all our future vehicle purchases. The finance manager was also very helpful in getting us what we needed while staying where we wanted to be. Always a great experience even when we just come to look and not necessarily ready to buy.

Tyler was good to work with initially then delivery kept getting pushed back for this or that once I finally got the vehicle the whole vehicle shudders any time I'm turning and there's an emissions issue. And a cracked windshield that was supposedly unnoticed. They agreed to fix the windshield but I haven't heard anything back about the other issues. Anyone who drove the vehicle, including the delivery driver, would have noticed these issues.Edit: Brought vehicle to local Ford dealer and was told $1800 worth of repairs needed.
