We were about half-way home on an 800-mile on I-70. The front right tire on our minivan failed while on the highway and we limped into Effingham, looking for help. We saw the sign for the Goodyear truck store right behind the Pilot facility. About 2:00 PM.The shop manager and his crew helped us out in sourcing a replacement tire, and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. We had a real mess on our hands, and these folks were friendly, caring, understanding with a little bit of humor thrown in. We got home safely, thanks to those guys. "Service over and beyond the normal call of duty."

We called them to see how late they were open. The gentleman who answered the phone said they were open till 5:30 so I told them I was on the way, got there at 5:10 and they were closed.

The guys really have no customer service at all, took a while to get a tire changed over all no bad.just not a 5 star

In the back of Pilot they replaced a blown trailer tire. Excellent service, great job.
