Where can I even start you guys have been amazing and anything I needed you guys went over the top to show I can trust you with my vehicle thank you guys for fixing my baby and getting her running in no time I don t think I ve even been so impressed if I could recommend a place wabash tire and auto would be the people I would recommend thank you for being amazing and happy holidays:)

Took my car there twice now. They took amazing car of my car. Changed tires for me and got my tpms set properly. Friendly people. Great prices

First time customer and will go back. Took our truck in for an alignment after getting new tires. Figured they might charge a higher price since we got the tires elsewhere. Nope. The price was very reasonable and they were able to get us in the next day. We dropped the truck off for the day and when I went to pay, I got caught by 2 trains and road construction. My husband called to let them.kmow I was minutes away and wanted to know if we could pay by phone. Rather than make us do that, they stayed the extra few minutes until I got there. That to me was awesome customer service. Thank you!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!$1350 later I had Wabash tire and autos lead mechanic put new injections in my work truck spark plugs distributor cap ect basically a tune up with a multi port injection system.. when I received my truck back it ran horrible way worse than it ever has. When I asked Kyle about it he stated it needed to be ran for a few miles. when I call back a few weeks later blake says to me they will no longer work on my vehicle. Blake the owner is about a con artist. With a bunch of idiots working as mechanics . And the secretary Rachel is very disrespectful. Lmao This place needs to close shop if u can t do business correctly at the end of the day it was a cracked spark plug Jacob the lead mechanic said he couldn t find the misfire . 0 stars for effort

Had a rather large screw attack my tire. They were fast, efficient, and had me out the door in under 40 minutes. I was squeezed into their busy schedule and was much appreciated.

My family and I blew a tire on the highway on a road trip to Florida at night we called everywhere and the only place to answer AND be helpful, is this place! Johnny was super helpful and calming and efficient! I was so happy when he only took 15 min and saved our road trip! He was also super kind and patient with our son! If I am ever in the area and need work, this is the place to go! I 10/10 recommend them! They re also a lot cleaner than I would ve expected!Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

Just got a flat tire on I-57. Put the donut on and found Wabash Tire nearby. The receptionist up front was very nice and professional.From the time of the flat tire to driving away from Wabash with a new tire was an hour and a half (Most of that was probably me changing the tire and trying to find a place to get it replaced).Thank you Wabash!

Very good place very friendly staff I take all my vehicles to them. And I buy all my semi truck tires from them. Always best deal and just good at what they do I own a small fleet of semis and they keep us rolling on tires at a fair price.

This is a very Professional and Great Mechanic shop! The Secretary Rachel is very Polite and Professional. Blake and Keil are Highly Knowledgeable and reliable! I have had alot of work done to my Company truck they provide warrantys with most of there parts. I haven't had any problems from the work wabash has fixed at all!!!! 10 Wabash Tire & Auto. The knowledgeable staff and honesty on prices with a Great job every time!!!!The mechanics are all directly on tasks. We were traveling through and staying the night at a local campground in Effingham, IL. As we entered the campground that evening we got an alert that one of our trailer tires was losing air pressure. Overnight the tire went flat and I found a screw in it the next morning. Needing to get back on the road asap we starting calling local tire shops. Fortunately for us, Johnny answered the phone when we called Wabash Tire and Auto Repair. He listened to our situation and assured us he could help. We would be his second call that morning so we settled down to wait. It was less than an hour later when he arrived as his schedule had changed. He quickly assessed our situation and professionally removed the tire from the wheel to plug and patch the tire. He took care not to damage our wheel and soon had the repair completed. We very much appreciated Johnny s efforts and commend his attitude and professionalism. Wabash should be very proud of Johnny. He got us on our way with as little delay as possible. Thanks again Johnny and Wabash Tire for the excellent service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Currently in town visiting my family, had a slow leak in my driver side back tire. Walked in to these awesome gents who were friendly and incredibly helpful. They were able to get me in almost immediately despite what appeared to be a busy workload for the day. They were beyond awesome and got me back on the road again. 10/10 would recommend these guys to everyone! Thank you for your awesome work ethic and customer service experience!!!!

Helped my sister in law while she was in a pinch. Car broke down while traveling through. I was able to communicate with them and they had parts ordered before the tow truck even showed up to get her.

I called this shop right in the morning needing an emergency repair. My wheel bearing had broke and they were able to replace it that same day. They had a very fair price, and the job was done great because I drove 950 miles right after that without stopping, and not one issue. They are so quick fast and friendly I have my tire changed my 18-wheeler in less than 10 minutes mind boggling very great I have been a truck stops and had to wait two or three hours even when they started it would take them an hour to do a 15 minute job but not this place don't even blink your eye you are in and out done

They were not open with me about my cars issues and how long they would take to fix. If they had told me when they took it that it would take more than 3 weeks to fix I would've been fine with it. Instead I called them every day for them to tell me the same thing. Always pushing the goalpost further ahead while never telling me what was going on, until finally I took my car somewhere else and had it fixed and back to me in less than two days.

This is a great place to do business. We were driving thru from out of town and realized we had a valve stem leaking on a brand new tire and new valve stem that was replaced just 8 days prior by another tire company. I called this place on a Saturday 25 minutes before close and they told us to come in and they would get it fixed. Not only did they stay open late for us but then they didn't even charge us. Everyone was very nice and professional. I would highly recommend this place if it is local to you. It's hard to find good customer service these days and these guys went above and beyond. These guys saved me. I am an OTR hotshot trucker owner operator and I run a RAM 5500. All the major truck stops won t work on my truck and the local Ram dealer couldn t fit me in. These guys fixed me up overnight and got me back on the road. I recommend them because they cared enough to fit me in.

Our Truck broke down on us coming thru Illinois, Wabash went over and beyond to make sure we was taken care of. They even made arrangements for us to and from the hotel until our parts and service was done to our truck.Highly recommend.

In the middle of a move from NH to MO our 6 year old Yukon towing our aluminum trailer started shuddering. Jonathan & Kiel quickly took a look and determined that we had a transmission issue. They recommended the local transmission shop. While they couldn t tackle our problem, they were quick and accurate in their diagnosis.

I had an urgent need to repair a tire. I called ahead to see if they could get me in and was told to bring it on in and they would take care of it. They were waiting for me as I pulled in and got my tire repaired in less than 10 minutes. This saved me from so much hassle and I was able to make it to my commitment!

Great place for service!! We are from out of town and blew out a tire on our trailer. We stopped at the closest tire shop along the express way and they were incredibly rude and said it would be at least 1-11/2 hours before they could get to us. Then we called these guys and they were incredibly friendly, helpful and worked us right in! Would recommend this place to anyone!! Thanks!

After sitting all morning at the truck stop across town, I called Wabash and was told to come on over. After 90 min I was back on the road. Steer tires balanced, and all pressures checked and set to my specs. Brandon and the crew just earned a new customer for all my tire needs. Thanks for the great service!
