Oh my God I can t believe it. This place are great. The people very friendly happy and helpful. I got there. I had electric issue with harness cut wires. I get out within six hours. I can t believe it. I m so happy and I appreciate them place very clean. I took a shower there and really enjoy it thank you guys keep going. You guys are the best.

This place is phenomenal. I showed up last minute with a busted air tank on my trailer that needed replacing. They were able to get me in the same day and got it fixed. They also were really nice about me having a dog with me which is very cool! Quality work, they did the work in a good timely manor and great folks to talk to!

Came in today for a few parts I wanted to replace. Went to the counter and I was immediately greeted by Joe, in parts. I explained to Joe, that I needed to purchase a few filters and coolant lines. I did not have part numbers or know what the lines were but I had pictures and a video of each filter and line I wanted replaced. Joe took the time to go item by item to find everything for me however there was a line we were unable to identify in the diagrams. That s when Dan one of the mechanics stepped in to help me, he asked were my truck was, I told him I had parked all the way in the back because i didn t want to block anything. I asked him if he wanted me to bring the truck up front so he wouldn t have to walk far he kindly declined and said he did not mind the walk. He literally went through every visible line in my truck and found that my air line was leaking. Dan took over 30 minutes from his day to give me a few pointers and pointed something s out in my truck, Man truly loves his job. Went back to parts and after meeting Dan I no longer wanted to buy the parts and do it myself I know wanted them to do it. There I met Tiara and her co worker couldn t get his name however they were amazing immediately wrote me up and got me in. Jacob the mechanic was great truck was clean very professional not one grease mark on the truck. When Tiara handed me the bill it was actually lower than the estimate never in my life has that ever happened.Overall the Facility is State of the ArtFrom there beautiful drivers Lounge, that has a washer dryer comfortable chairs and a shower with towel.I highly recommend this place if you read all my reviews I am not afraid to call out places for being absolutely garbage. This place should be the model for customer service, the facility and professionalism.I have been unfortunate enough to break down just in about every state in this beautiful country in my years driving and I have found the crown jewel of repair shops. A1, TOP KNOTCH THE BEST DEALER IN AMERICA !!!!!!!

My fuel pump was broken, and I came to this place to fix it. The guy came out and helped fix my truck. This job that was suppose to take a week to fix only took him 1 night to fix. All the employes here were so nice and very helpful. It s very clean here and very good overall. There is a shower here, a laundry. Thank you so much for helping me. I recommend this to everyone.

I rarely write reviews or comments, but this is an excellent shop. One of the best I ve been to in nearly 8 yrs. OTR. Had a One Box replaced here in my 2018 FL in June, and a frayed wiring issue repaired tonight. Fortunately I was in the Joliet area and could get back down here. Night service writer Corey got me in the shop literally within 20 minutes as promised. Everyone here is courteous and professional, and kept me informed on the progress of my repairs both times. Clean and comfortable driver s lounge; with coffee, snacks, microwave, a shower, laundry, and they run a shuttle to area hotels if you need one as well. Shops around the country could learn a lot from this operation. Absolutely no complaints.

Our big group of 50+ people still had many hours to drive when a problem occurred on our bus. After an hour or two in the heat and quick but non-permanent fix, we were able to make it to this Truck Center, where the great workers took our problem in without a wait. In our difficult situation they left all their work to fix our bus, and did a full service. In this process they were polite and nice, and even washed our bus. We are very thankful for their service, and the fact that we can reach our destination on time.

Stopped in to have some repairs done around 6pm they did a top notch job. From the service writer to the technician. One of the best I ve been to in a very long time

They have showers TV and snacks. They get you in fast service with a smile Chris was my advisor he did a super job they are my new go to for any thing maintenance related! They even drive you to the hotel if that s needed 5 stars!!

Needed a clutch put in my international truck got me right in I figured it'd be three or four days, the next day it was done replaced rear main seal and everything did a good job even fixed a couple things that I forgot to tell them about

BEST place to take your truck.. professional %100.. I'm a carhouler and had few issues, came very late but they got me in and got me out. Night crew awesome I'll recommen this place to anybody..

What a remarkable experience I had here! I stopped in to have my air conditioning looked at. It seemed the blower was not working. The problem was diagnosed and fixed and I was back on the road in less than two hours with a new blower motor and filter. This is the way all dealerships should be. If I need any work done on my Coronado, they are going to do it from now on.!!! They have free showers and free laundry. They can even call a shuttle to take you to a hotel if needed. I give this dealership an A+ rating!!!!!!!

Gave it stars because of one apple spoil the bunch but nice facility. They have a shower, laundry room and a truckers lounge where the air was booming nice and cold. The computer guy was cool, one of the ladies at the desk was very courteous. Met the Operations Manager who seemed very nice, gave me and some other guest hats while he went to check and see what was going on with our trucks. I definitely would recommend this place.

I come to this truck center to pick up some parts and some tools to redo an engine at the place that I work at. These people here are very respectful. And they help whatever you need. While I was here, they showed me a fishing pond. That has a blue tint and a concrete slab where they feed their fish You can see their fish when it comes up to eat while they're so big. I wish our pond had a Concrete slab, so there will be a place to feed the fish too. And see them how big they are getting. But otherwise a good place to have your truck fixed. I came to this address to change 3 batteries from a truck and it took almost 4 hours to get out of the repair in fact it would not even take 2 hours to change 3 batteries, still expensive i paid total 1,120$. I told one bearded man who works there that the prices are expensive and it took a lot of time, and he replied that it turned out to be work, I am waiting for payments for the service bla bla and he also said we all want to eat. No, you steal my money and my time. it makes no difference to me, make the customer satisfied This is not a fair service, and I do not recommend repairing and changing the battery in this location.

The guys in the shop here are fantastic! Everybody was super nice and they had me inside the shop within a couple of hours, back on the road 30 minutes after that. Thank you so much for doing such a fantastic job! I'll definitely keep y'all in mind the next time that I have to be in the area with a breakdown.

Totally screwed me check my views and put 2 qt of oil in charge me a $175 never said a word that we're gonna charge me that much after I cussed him out told me I need to get manners don't go here

This place is great. I had a problem with fuel rail pressure, truck had derated, they got me in and out in less than 2 hours. As an owner operator, that's a big help. Thank you for the great service.

Let me start off by saying that this is by far the BEST and I mean BEST Freightliner dealership I've ever stopped by. Their customer service was really good and to be honest the prices are absolutely reasonable (especially if you're an owner op) and you are looking for good rates and parts aren't overly expensive. I initially stopped in to pick up a part for my truck and as I was about to leave so I decided to stop by the service desk and ask how long of a wait it was and I explained what was going on with my truck which was a cracked reservoir, red air line snapped off and my Sam chassis needed to be replaced. So I arrived between 4:30-5:00p.m. and let me tell you they checked me in right away and advise me that the wait time was not long roughly about a few hours (which in my opinion is the fastest time I've ever dealt with especially when it comes to service from other dealers) and I know wait times will vary from time to time due to an influx of truck traffic or they can simply be backed up for whatever reason and that's completely understandable especially knowing the amount of time and work these guys put into every truck. I received the BEST service and the guys were very courteous and they actually listen to me explain what was going on with my truck and not once did they brush me off or was rude, they were really nice and efficient with their job. So about an hour after then pulling in my truck they immediately came in and advised me about what they found and explained to me that they had the parts in stock and also advised it was a quick fix. Also they advised me that my SamChassis needed to be replaced and that was the issue I had with my truck lights staying on even after the truck was off. (Prior to this I've been to 4 different dealerships and they could never find the real issue and I was constantly throwing away money for my truck to end up breaking down later on down the road.) They fixed everything I asked them to on my truck and they did it in an timely manner and I was out of the dealership by 11:45 sharp and they close at midnight!!!! The facility is clean especially the restrooms, shower and driver's lounge and they offer free laundry while you wait on your truck. The next time I'm in the area I definitely will be stopping here for any future repairs (if needed) I've also recommended this shop to other drivers that I know come through the area. I can't thank them enough for being fast, friendly and efficient when it came to customer service and the workmanship.

Called about an AC compressor, their price $380.00 . Same exact part at Peterbilt was $226.00 If that's not taking advantage and gouging I don't know what is. I'd spend $2000 on a tow truck before I'd give these clowns a nickle. I guarantee 90% of these 5 star reviews are company drivers who aren't spending their own money.

Absolutely awesome! Start to finish. Service writer was a charming lady, who was very professional and knowledgeable. The teck who worked on my truck was very funny and talented. He didn't just throw parts at the problem, he actually traced and diagnosed the problem. A REAL MECHANIC, in and out within 2 hours! The management team should be extremely proud to work with such top notch people! Thank you MECHANIC Jordan!

I deleted my bad review of this facility reason being I had a conversation with the regional manager and due to an issue that was not their fault my part was delayed and not shipped from the warehouse that they ordered it from the manager came in from home after finding out that I was having issues and the part wasn't there sat me down his office apologized and said that is not the level of service he expects or requires of his staff upon talking to him for good half hour in his office he stayed took care of my repair ticket adjustments himself and I pulled out of that parking lot very satisfied and will be a returning customer if I'm ever in the area and repairs are needed! In this world of supply chain issues they went above and beyond after the mistake was found out to make sure I was back on the road. I would recommend this facility for all your major or minor repairs you may need!!!

As other drivers have said, this by far is the best, fastest, most knowledgeable and friendliest Freightliner dealer I have ever been to. I called in due to a blown seal on a water pump. They fortunately had the part in stock. The part was back order for some time. Chris, the service manager put a hold on it for me. As we discussed, I arrived a couple of hours later and was gonna drop trailer and be ready to begin work first thing in the morning. Upon arrival at about 2030, Chris found an opening in a technicians schedule and fit me in that night. I was so appreciative of this so I wasn t losing any time. He also found the parts and service was under warranty!! Chris was very busy but took the time to help me and answer any and all questions I had without rushing! He has great customer service and a great attitude, not to mention very personable and friendly.John was the technician that performed the work on my truck. He replaced the water pump and when running the truck, it coded and he found oil pressure sensor faulty so he replaced this as well. He completed everything in under two hours, and steam cleaned my engine where the coolant had spilled and blew onto the engine!! He is awesome at his job and very efficient! Not to mention that his customer service skills are great as well. He was very personable and answers questions as well. Most of the time the technician doesn t talk a whole lot and most that I have encountered can be on the rude side. Not John, very friendly and takes pride in his job and his customers!! A rare find here!! Between Chris and John, they made my night, not only with the outstanding service and efficient repairs, but also with friendly customer service. You can tell that they care about their job, take pride in what they do but most importantly, treat the customer with upmost respect and care about their needs!! I will use these guys again for sure, even if I had to drive out of the way to get here because of piece of mind knowing that I would be taken care of in a reasonable time and manner!! Management really needs to take notice of these guys. I feel they go above and beyond!!
