Worst towing company ever. I have dealt with a lot of shops and towing company but this one is one of the worst. I called and asked them to come out and I spoke with Tim and we agreed for a tow of 10 miles on a price of $600. Once they towed me 10 miles to the TA and it came to pay they changed it totally. He said i charge per hour $ 275 and my driver spent 3 1/2hour for 10 miles plus hook and credit card charge. They charged me $1120.25 for a 10 miles towing. They are big thief and liars do yourself a favor and not do business with them.

Amazing company amazing service! We were driving on I70 east and felt a horrible rumbling and grinding sound almost lost control by grace made it to the side. Called one towing company that sounded like I was an inconvenience. Got ahold of Tri Power and no questions we will be there number one priority was our safety. They took every precaution to not cause any more damage. All I can say is Wow! This is a true lesson in customer service!! He took us to an amazing shop that was open late.And made sure we were safe at the hotel. My faith in humanity is restored!!Service: Car towing

Tri power has not heard the last of me. If you want my clothes, family photos, tax and medical records, personally I think you you are a heartless company. That has left me on the street for a profit. Thnx

Roy was cool. Trailer was broke down and unbeknownst to us Tri Power was called to tow it away. We live two hours away. We were able to come two days later. No hard feelings to them for they were just doing their job. Roy knocked about $200 off the bill. Thank you Roy.

Called for a towing on my truck and trailerWas stuck on the side of the highway for hoursWe agreed upon 275 dollars each way plus 50 dollars hook up fee plus 25 dollars credit card transaction feeThat's total of 625 dollars total for a 12 mile towAfter I got to the TA my bill was 1200 dollarsWhen I argued with him I saw a whole new face and rude attitude and simply said either pay or ill tow you to my yard and call the copsThen I would have payed maybe triple what he's askingYou took advantage of me being stock on the road and you changed your price once you finished the job then treated your customer with so much disrespectI paid you because I had no other choiceBut customers beware of this guyBeware that the price you'll pay at the end is double what he offers in the beginningI'd say try a different towing company one that's more legit not one owned by a bully

Definitely recommend! I hit a curb and called my AAA. They sent Tri Power out. Dylan called me to let me know his eta and and arrived when he said he would. He got my tire changed quickly and even put some air in it. I worked at a tow company in another state and I received the exceptional service that I would have gotten from my own tow family. Very grateful for Tri Power & Dylan!

Highly NOT recommended! Charged us more than 5k for a 30 mins work of unstucking a truck from mud.

The operator and the equipment were excellent in their towing of our RV Coach. They arrived with the right equipment and loaded our Roadtrek on the Flat Bed with such knowledge &perfection! .3 mile later they parked us with ease and reminded us they could do long distance towing as well. We really appreciated their service and want you to rely on them with assurance!

Thank you for our rescue. We ran out of gas on I-70 on a 90+ day recently traveling to Arizona. Great service! Your very nice driver made sure we got started and made it to gas station at nearest exit. DL

Had a great experience, took a two hour tow ride with James, he was a good guy. Held a good conversation and went the extra mile to make sure all my stuff was together, I recommend Tri Power s services to anyone near the Effingham area or even farther, well worth whatever they re charging

We got into a black ice accident with our truck on 57. Dustin, the tow truck driver, was so calm and professional. He got us out of a really scary situation quickly and even helped to calm me down. I'm glad I called Tri Power first!

I will not use this wrecker service again and I m currently in the talks with my lawyer about filing a lawsuit against them for violating ada rights. Despite what people think and might say. I have a legal service animal that the driver and owner refused to stay with me. A service animal has the right to go where ever the owner goes public or not. And the driver was worried about following the rules but Rich drove from Oakwood Illinois to Effingham almost 2 hours with no seatbelt. So do we just just rules to follow. Rich said I couldn t file a lawsuit wait till he sees that he is being named along with the company.Service: Special vehicle towing

They did the job. 950 per hr for a winch out is highway robbery. Took a total of 30 mins to do. $1925.00 total!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Call your wrecker service from home it will be cheaper!!!!!!!!!!!! Please listen!!!!!!!!

I used this company for my towing needs and they arrived within a few minutes of promised and the driver, DJ, was extremely kind and knowledgeable on what the problem with my van most likely was. Keep up the great work!

Worst experience ever! They ripped my bumper off and when I called about it they ran around n circles saying the mangers wasn't there and they'd have to call me back over a month later and I still haven't received a call back!!

They ppl are rude they came to help my driver and didnt even hook their truck to my truck(semi) and ask $2700 which is insane. And their boss dont want to talk with customer .. bad service bad bad dont ever call them

We broke down on 57 and 70 junction. They towed our van and uhaul trailer to nearest autopart store so i could fix our van. Tow truck drive was the best thank you.

$405 dollars for towing and 1 nights storage. LITERALLY, HIGHWAY ROBBERY! I could have towed it myself for $20 in fuel but the Illinois State Police wouldn't allow that....
