I replaced my radiator, it took me too long because it was Sunday ( mechanic shortage) but believe me service people here you can call more than friendly, they gave me free pizza and letting me know step by step how things going.

The showers were disgusting. They had not cleaned the urine and hair off toilets, hair in shower, and there were feet prints all over the floor.

Worst experience I have ever had at a truck stop in my life. Unprofessional, And just flat out running the clock. I've never had someone take 5 hours to do an oil change. And then complain about having to put air in the tires not making any money doing so.

I was OTR so i took it there at 12am but I will not take my truck. thanks for trying to help but i talked to my regular mechanic and they did something that it was right and made it wrong, im still having a problem with my semi. Im back in my hometown and thank god my mechanic is going to fix the problem(again).....if you have a regular mechanic just contact them and tell then your symtomsand just tell TA workers what you want to do. Even though they recommend to do this and that dont thats what happen to us. Waisting double the money

My brake chamber was going out I pulled into petro they had one truck in the bay I asked about service they said it would be about 4 to 5 hours called the TA they said about an hour wait so I told him all right I'll be on my way over for service when I got there told me to go to Bay 2 immediately Trevor had me In-N-Out in 55 minutes and they had four trucks in there Bay thanks for understanding truck drivers needing to get back out on the road immediately and can't afford waiting around thanks Guy

Customers in the lobby, Male employee comes in with a bad attitude towards other employees. Starts throwing things around. I guess places are hard up for help. He should be fired. Took my business elsewhere.

I saw the shop was empty so I wanted them to change my PNDB ( 2 BOLTS, 2 PLUGS AND 3 CABLES) I had the part. "ALL "TA/PETRO shops will only perform work if you purchase their doubled or tripled price parts. I will never fuel, buy anything, from a TA OR PETRO! They're going to lose tens of thousands in sales and service from me alone.

After waiting 6 hours for alignment job i get door4 mechanic shows up and he told Me he is waiting parts for other truck he is working onI have to wait until he fixed, what a joke I did left with no service but wasted time

Unprofessional and worst service ever and the technician TREVOR MCKELVEY is one of the worst technician there didn t even finish the job correctly I would never recommend this to anybody and also the guy at the customer service he so rude and disrespectful. Wish I could given them a 0 for so unprofessional

Your staff does not have time to change an oil filter, but no one works. They stay in the morning , but do their job for which we pay drivers, do not have time.

Being a non smoker, I didn't appreciate the mechanic smoking cigarette after cigarette while working on my truck and having to smell that for my whole 2 hr PM

They charge to park the semi and the money us driver pay to park 20 dollars They should have a clean yards
