1 star for multiple reasons but chief among them is because of the shower quality, had to pay for a shower, using points. (regular costumer of the brand nationwide.) dirty sink, hair and grime, along with trash still in the can from previous shower.secondly: clearly I'm a CDL driver, the reserved parking situation at this TA firmly places this location in the position of what I call night time greed, it's understood that this is a business. when you are making 80% of your parking lot payed "reserved" with no cash spent allowance for free parking that's unacceptable. regular night as a driver here you can expect to pay cash about $50 for a meal and shower plus well over $300 in refuel. and then due to little free parking at that parking charge as well. by the way... there are always open reserved spots, it's about the money. your customers are the same day and night.

I parked here last night. It's ridiculous that we as drivers have to pay $22.00 to park in this truckstop. These are the only places we have to park at night. The truckstops make money off of us by what we buy in them.

shop manager super PRO ( ) I'll never come back hereCouldn't repair the tires, holes are too big. They only took money to remove the wheel and putit back. the next shop repaired it without any problems

Stopped in to have some service done on our truck, and the lady's I delt with were AWESOME, they both were Polite, Kind & Helpful. And to the mechanic that was willing to stay over to get me back on the road, Thank You.And a Big Thanks to Peyton & Stephanie!!

I arrived to the business approximately 4am. I was told the tire tech would be in at 8am to repair a tire. Which means the business is not 24hrs. When 8am came around I was told the t we vh will be with me shortly to replace my tire. 2 hrs later still waiting for the technician. There is no truck in the service bay for tires. This place is not 24hrs for service, they mean 24hrs for someone at the register. I should have went to speedco the business open at 6am which my tire would have been done. I called speedco which they immediately replaced my tire. I still haven't received that call from this petro/ta to repair my tire. Bad experience at this location.Service: Tires

We got in and pretty quickly. Friendly staff and mechanic. Had lights go out on trailer, got them fixed in good shape.

Don't try to get oil change here, even if paying with your credit card they think they need company approval, I'm a owner operator, waited 2 hours in the shop to be told this, a complete waste of my time

Stop by to get a oil and fuel filter change and they got me in a bay right away, problem was they didnt have my filters. But that's a problem everywhere right now for these 2023 kw's. The next morning the counter guy tried his best to find some for me. But I ended up just going north to effingham, cause theres a kw dealer up there. So 4 stars for trying, there friendliness and there hustle.

Wasn't too bad had a decent amount of parking, if you do park in reserved spot they do go around and check to make sure you paid shower was nice and hot with good water pressure, only decent food is IHop

Worst service they charged us more then double beware before you call they ll take advantage if you re in need, the guy was very unprofessional and disrespectful doesn t know how to talk

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had they are completely slow slow I've been 4 hours getting a tire and a mud flap changed they need some help bad I will never go to a TA again will find somewhere else more timely and more professional

Do not stop here to get your truck fixed. Had to pay $490 for labor only for the tech to come to the conclusion of taking it to the dealer and nothing got fixed.

Really upsetting when you pay for a reserved spot and get there and there aren't any reserved spots open or anyone to have those taking up the spots without a reservation to move. I don't blame TA for this just the idiotic and inconsiderate drivers out there.
