Came in just before they closed and they were willing to get us in for some trailer tires. Everyone was friendly as I m sure they were probably annoyed since we came in literally 30 mins before they closed. But they had us in and out nice and quick. MUCH appreciated as we would have been sitting over at the TA for hours just waiting around and wasting time. As usual, we prefer Speedco!

Meanwhile Dawson Darren Caleb and Sean all were perfect and went above and beyond. Well deserved raise and or bonus they love what they do and they hard at working I thought I would never be able to drive until 3 days later but they made their way Now I'm off home to Buffalo. Also to mention the attitude and the respect that I receive while being there is greatly appreciated 100 stars.

, I did PM service. I did not had any problems here. Took 1 hour for PM. Lube1 and Lube2 bays are for oil change. Lube3 bay is only for mechanical problems to fix.

Lack of communication and understanding . And will take 3 hours for a DOT INSPECTION . Never come to this location .

Don't go here unless you want to spend money that doesn't need to be spent.The. Manger of this place is out for the company.He told me we needed brakes on the trailer.Went 30 miles east to a Love's and there was nothing wrong with my brakes. Passed a DOT INSPECTION with no problem at all. Watch going here. Because he will dig very deep into your pocket.The manger thinks that everyone should operate like Knight Transportation.Well bud your wrong and if you think their so great go back to work for them and stop digging into everyone's pocket. poor management, can't even stock filters. Everyone else in town has them, but not speedco. They even tell you that you can go buy them and bring it to them and they will install lol.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I arrived at 6 pm on Saturday I guess they didn t have enough people on , only one bay open . at 7:15 the truck in bay pulled out and shortly after a employee came out and said you may not believe this but computers went down. Yes it was raining but nothing severe by no means. I was not happy. I could have continued on down the road.Next morning supposed to open at 8 . One person opened the exit door at 7:45 but did nothing else . Then a few more people came in still nothing. At 8:22 I called let it ring about 50 times then I seen a lady go into the office and she answered the phone I told her I thought you opened at 8 . As we were on the phone my bay door opened. And she said we had some people late . For one thing anyone could have got me started . There was I know 2 other guys here. I was the only truck so no excuses. Anyone could have directed me in asked me my mileage read my vin number. Just to get me started . Until the late person got here . For that matter I should not had to call in the first place one of the 3 that I know of SHOULD have came out to my truck and told me what was going on. That is being respectful of other people s time. Instead everyone was on the front side smoking And chit chatting about god knows what. This location has done my last 2 PM oil changes and in and out in less than 35 minutes.

The fastest Speedco we have ever been to. We got PM done in 18 minutes! They are very friendly and knowledgeable.

$397.69 ??!! For regular oil change, oil filter and fuel filters! Nothing else. 2012 Cascadia with Cummins ISX15. The guys were great but price???SpeedCo, we're done.This would cost $300 max anywhere else.

Our favorite go too.. awesome group of people working there. Going into a shop whether it be oil change, tires, mechanical repair ..what ever.. you are treated like you are a valued customer and friend. 100% recommend to all. Too bad I have to go from five stars few years ago to one. I have to wait over an hour being first in line to replace four trailer tires then they told us the national accounts have to wait after they finish the another truck's that came after us. After over an hour wait they said it mai be a while so we have to leave.

Great place. I had a blowout during the December blizzard. Every other tire shop in the area was extremely booked up or closed. These guys got right to work and had me back on the road in 45 minutes.

Attention professional drivers... Do not go to this place if you want to save your time & and money, they are barbers not mechanic. I have 2024 brand new peterbilt went to fix AC . They took 4 hour to find what is wrong with AC. Then, say AC compressor is not working, which will cost you 1000 to fix . I moved out, and my truck went to a peterbilt dealership just opposite of this "speedco barbers repair center "Peterbilt dealership fix My 2024 Peterbilt AC less than 30 minutes. I asked the mechanic what the problem he said AC compressor was not plucked in . I save my 1000 $ . Bcoz truck was in warranty.I will never ever go. I never advise anyone to go at this " speedco barber shop "

THIS SPEEDCO LOCATION IS WORST OF ALL SPEEDCO LOCATIONS .I STOP FOR OIL CHANGE AND ONE OF THE MECHANICS BROKE SUPPORTERS FOR HOOD WHEN HE TRY TO OPEN IT FROM THE SIDE ABOVE THE STEER TIRE HIMSELF.MANAGER Shawn Steward IS LOW LOW LIFE ATTITUDE PERSONA .Shawn Steward is one of the worst managers I met in my life .Attitude low and plus persona that likes to lie big time.If I could give this place 0 stars I would but minimum we can do is 1 star unfortunately.For Shawn Stewart as a manager and person (- 5 STARS).

Came in for an DOT Inspection. Took about an hour or so, pretty quick. Sean was a pretty well rounded guy got everything handled.

Service Advisor on duty Damian was very helpful professional and friendly. He has his crew trained correctly and very professional. Oil change in and out 24 minutes. Will always come here for service! Thank you sir!!

i dont reccomend this shop they charge me 700 for something what is real price 150-200 and plus they didnt fix problem my driver was waiting 6 hours to change 2 bulbs

Let me start by saying. When I called, I was greeted with the up most respect. By, Damian , who put me at ease. I was told to come on in . We will take care of you. When I Arrived at speedco I was greeted by Tommy my tech. Who took care of my tire problems. And treated me with kindness. So if you want thing's done right, and with Efficiency then you should come here. All the people here love that job and they do a great job. And tell them Valerie sent you.Service: Tires

I had a air bag let go, and so I pulled into the Speedco repair facility, and they were able to get me right in. The tech had the bag changed in no time. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous. I would definitely return. Thanks for the help. Karl Kantor.

Great location. Not all speedcos are the same. But this one was great. Did a pm in under an hour. And also changed trailer shocks. Which was no small feat. Most would have given up but the mechanics here figured out a way to unbolt the old ones. Props to them.

I called them around 7pm for oil change they told me they will close at midnight at 12am so please be here before midnight how ever I arrived at 11pm and bays was completely empty and they told me they re closed I said you guys told me that the shop will close at midnight now it s 11pm. The guy told me we don t take any trucks after 1030pm. Ha really ..!!

Stop there today Saturday 17th of December and nobody working One guy in the tire shop nobody in Oil Bay won't be nobody here till 11:00 a.m. that is just sad. I always do my business here at Effingham at the speedco but they was definitely left down today. No reason for the situation nobody told you nothing lots are turned off it's like nobody's home.
