The staff is extremely helpful. Traveling from Mississippi to Wisconsin and had to stop for replacement windshield wipers. The young lady even changed them for me. Thanks You. A little help goes a long way!!!

Bought a bunch of parts but found once I started replacing that I didn't actually need all of them. They accepted the return of the remaining parts with no fuss after looking up my purchase based on my phone number (I didn't have the paper receipt any more). I also lost a bolt during the install and they didn't have it in stock, but they called around to other local repair shops to see if anybody else had it in. Nobody in town had it either, so O'Reilly ordered it and got it in for me the next day--a Sunday, no less.

I witnessed a man who I assumed was working for O Reilly as he was behind the counter, not even in uniform, start screaming and cussing and throwing tools on the floor. Scared one of the other customers. The other young man, Mick, handled everything perfectly as he helped me with what I needed and get out the door as quickly as possible. A shame what kind of places will hire such a violent person, he was tall and had a full face of hair, and wore a hat. I will never be shopping here again for anything, thank you to Mick who helped me out regardless.

They had the part we needed, but it was like pulling teeth getting help from the staff member. They were rude over the phone and that didn't change in person when we got there. Couldn't be bothered to help much. Just very yes or no answered to our questions. Luckily, google was able to provide the info we needed and the staff member was at least able to sell us the part without incident.

We unfortunately found ourself stranded 2 hours from home on a Sunday and didn t know what to do. Needing to get back home asap as I am a business owner we called this location to see if they knew of any mechanics that worked weekends. Not only did the helpful employee named Melissa point us in the right direction to a awesome 24 hr mechanic which I thought was to good to be true, she also helped us to get in touch with Lance who owns a wonderful business ( L an C automotive repair ) She had the parts ready for him and she was so helpful in assisting us in a stressful situation. She is a 10 star employee

Great customer service and helpful in finding what you need. Parking lot was big enough for a 43ft rv, you can come in the front entrance and go out the back exit with ease. Good job!!!

Fast, friendly service and they keep parts in stock! I went to AutoZone first & regretted it. I couldn't even get plugs and wires without special ordering it! O'Riley had them in stock! Better prices and quality too!

Talk about wonderful service they have always had everything that I have needed even if they have to order if from one of their other locations and talk about fast order it one day and get it the next can't go wrong with this company.. I have been going to them for years. You can loan any speciality tool for a small deposit. If you want true professionals to help you find something these are the guys/gals.. Thanks guys

After stopping in at Auto Zone because I was driving by and being treated like I was an inconvenience I put back my aprox $50 worth of items and went to O'Reilly. A Travis and Brittany waited on me and we're extremely friendly and helpful. Travis even clocked out and on his own break changed my headlight for me I highly recommend them Thanks for making my day much better.

My check engine light came on so I went in to have it checked. I had my fussy 2 year old with me as I stood at the desk while servral employees stared blankly at me. The employees ignored me, helping the people who came in after me for whatever reason until I finally said "guess I'll just go to autozone" to which an employee barked at me "idk what to tell you WERE BUSY". I said "Yeah but I was in here first and you guys have just been walking right passed me and ignoring me then helping people who came in after." The customer the employee was helping chimed in and said "She was in here first". The whole time I'm trying to sooth a fussy 2 year old. So much for women and children first. Even when we were literally in line first.. Never again. You guys just made an autozone girl out of me.I would like to add, there was no apology from any of the employees aside from whoever I spoke with when I phoned corporate. Those employees should be ashamed of themselves.

Less of a warranty on car part & they required a core charge. Auto Zone did not & same part had a lifetime warranty for same price.

Had a brake light out, stopped in to get another light. MIK asked what I needed. I told him a brake light, he was out the door before I could finish. Hell of nice young man

Not sure of his name but the young Latino boy was very polite ans knew what he was talking about when explaining what part was needed. I was in and out within 10 mins. On top of thag he recommended LandC for mechanic work. Thanks to him my vehicle was up and running a short hour later. Thanks for the great service!

Stopped while traveling because engine light popped on and I can say that the staff treated us like family and did everything to make sure we understood and all was okay. I recommend this place to visitors and all the local in area. This place is great

Love how generous they are to give free diagnostic testing. Helps me save lots of money that I can buy the car parts and do the repairs myself rather than having to go to a mechanic who might charge me for things that don't really need fixing.

I prefer my local O'Reilly's Auto parts store over the other chains in town they are a lot more apt to help you to really get out there and show you what's going on not trying to always upsell you on everything and the overall good people great service and even offer delivery

Not one of the better one's. Couple of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The rest playing on there phones. Day shift guy is rude . Not near as good as the mattoon and Charleston stores.

The staff wasn't very helpful. It seemed that they were in a hurry to get us out of the store. The cashier even missed a product I had on the counter, they didn't want to bag my items. I'm going to stick to AutoZone.
