If you need an ECM repair this is the place to send it! Within two weeks of shipping my part in for repair it was returned and working perfectly! I had sent the ECM to another reputable company and the part was sent back as unrepairable. MAM customer service called me the day they received my part and listened to my concerns and followed up once repair was completed and shipped it back quickly! Cannot be happier with the service I have received from Mid America Motorworks! I am planning a trip to see the museum and the Last C4 built!

They've been around for decades and have always had great items at great prices for Chevrolet Corvettes from the first generation Corvette (C1) to the new C8.Over the years, I've been very fortunate to have owned 4 generations of Corvettes and have bought a ton from Mid America. From parts, apparel and even jewelry. They have it all.

Ordered seat belts for 76 corvette. Said it would be max 2 months before they were shipped. After waiting for 5 months, called but kept getting hung up on. Finally got through, asked what was going on but got no reason for the delay. Asked to cancel and refund the order. They said the refund would be back to me in 48-72 hours. Over a week has past and that also never made it to me

What a poor excuse of customer service I have ever seen. I ordered a set of fuel rails for my 2019 Corvette on July 17th 2023 and I still haven't got them. One excuse after another with no attempt to help out their customer. After the 4 to 6 weeks from the original order, it was 4 more weeks, and again 4 more weeks then they said they were in paint and would be two weeks to dry. I waited two weeks called back and they told me 6 more weeks......what a joke this company is. Never will I order anything else from them.

I ordered the windshield moulding item number 664 159 unit price 829.99. after I received & inspected it it had serious cut in the molding which was clearly glued. No one should expect to pay for a brand new non defective Broken or used part.Shame on you MidAmerica Motorworks for knowingly & fraudulently reselling a used/broken item as new charging new item price with customer responsible for return shipping costs on an item that was defective when originally shipped.Contact CUST# 24619842-000Full refund & costs of shipping a known damaged reused part as new.

We went to see all the VW's. Had a great time. Nice clean facility. They had the Vietnam memorial wall a great tribute to our service men and women.

Was here for Corvette Fun fest. Sad that it's the last one they're having. It's a shame to let the legacy end. Thanks for all the years. Good Luck!

We went for Corvette Funfest...been going for several years...its definitely a huge event put on by the owners...a great time for sure...its just sad this is the last one!

I've purchased from Mid America Motorworks for around 25 years, and they are my preferred supplier for C4 Corvette items. Excellentcustomer service and prices that are very fair. I could have purchased the terrycloth C4 seat covers from an unknown company for about the same price, but why bother? I trust Mid America Motorworks and they have never let me down.

I received a gift voucher and Mid America has decided to not honor it. I reached out to customer service to resolve the situation but they have denied my request to use the voucher. They declined the voucher due to age but there is no expiration date listed on the voucher itself. I intended to purchase a product of value significantly greater than the voucher but I no longer think I will be due to the poor response I received from Josh, "Director of Sales."

Ordered a Garage Mat in mid February for 48 hour delivery. Next day I get an email that says this item is not eligible for rush delivery..... About 3 weeks go by and I've heard absolutely nothing from them... I call and get told that it would be delivered at the end of March.....Beginning of April and I've heard nothing....Once again call and am told that it would be the end of April!Multiple times during these two months a pending charge is placed on my account.... After I cancelled the order (and got one delivered by someone else) the charge continues to appear on my card.This company cares nothing about delivering to the customer. I regret every attempting to do business with them. They seem to have significant issues managing payments and charging customers.Order from them at your own risk

Stayed as a Harvest Host guest. Wouldn't have found this place otherwise and so happy we did. The owners are delightful and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The museum is fabulous and the grounds are peaceful. A big thank you for the hospitality.

Funfest 2021 was fun had great day, it was very small compared to previous years. Hope that it returns to it's former glory days of many more cars and vendor's. The Fun dome and Install dome weren't open this year and we were somewhat disappointed.

Ordered while at the corvette fun fest and face to face customer service was excellent. I was told what I ordered would be delivered in 10-14 business days and I would know when it shipped after the shipping charges were taken out separately. 8 days after placing the order the full amount was removed from my account and I excitedly waited.... 5 weeks after placing the order and numerous calls later I was finally told it hasn't shipped and could still be another 3 weeks before I MIGHT get it so I cancelled the order and had to wait for a refund after being told they hadn't debted the money from the account, that it was pending. I asked my bank and they said the money had been debted and no credits were showing so I called again and got the run around as to where the money was.

I bought the door seal kit for my 71 super. After installing I had a hard time rolling the windows up and down. Also the outside scrapers didn't even touch the windows so I called them up, told them the problem. Was told to wait awhile and the window will seat themselves and was told to send the wipers back and I would be refunded the money for them. I only received some of the money back. Now it has not been five months and the window channels are falling apart. I have called them back and sent pictures but yet to hear back from them. That was three hours weeks ago. I think it would be foolish of me to deal with them anymore.

Waited nearly a year (!!) for VW sound deadener after which time they sent me an email indicating that they were not going to be able to get it from their supplier. They could substitute a different product. Replied to the email saying that I would be fine with that. No response for 2 weeks. Called back, got someone who said they would get it sent out, but it would take 2 weeks to get from the manufacturer. Called back the next day, told them that since I could get this from the local auto parts store, I wanted to cancel the order, which they did. 2 weeks later I get a shipping confirmation and a charge to my credit card for half again the cost of what I had originally ordered. Called them to find out why my card was charged despite me cancelling the order and they say they will send me a return authorization, but I am going to be responsible for shipping costs, refusing to send a prepaid return label.There are way too many VW suppliers out there to give any more money to support this nonsense.

Called and ordered an intake manifold for my vette. They put the funds as a pending charge, and after 3 weeks no update. I call, they have no answer as to why it hasn t shipped. Oh it ll be in the next couple days . After 3 more phone calls they say it ll be another 2 weeks. I cancelled and had the part from another company within 3 days. We used to get their catalog every month. I m done.

I've had nothing but good experiences with this company.I never been to their building, I only order their parts online from Colorado. I've been ordering stuff from these guys for the last 10 years, No order is too small for them! I've literally ordered a $5 part from them and it came within 1.5 weeks. I've also made 200$+ Orders and they ALWAYS arrive on time, and in mint condition and parts ALWAYS FIT!! (Try doing that with ebay and amazon) This company is my go-to for my 1974 VW Bug.

The only reason I rated one star is that zero was not an option. Ordered shocks for the corvette. Shown as "in stock" when ordered. 12 days later no shocks have arrived.Called and they are back ordered. I asked the Rep when someone was going to provide an order status. She agreed this is poor customer service never telling me of the delay or change in status. Worst customer service ever with an online order.Do not depend on these guys to come through when you need them.

I ordered a ton of VW parts and paid for overnight shipping so that my wife and I could spend our vacation time rebuilding our engine. I got an email 3 days later after wondering why my parts hadn't arrived yet. This email stated that a large part of our order would not ship for 4 more weeks. I called them the next day and the response I got was not helpful. The representative was frustrated with me for calling and asking questions about the order and just kept telling me that the shipping time varies. When I asked about the rest of the parts she said that those would be 6-8 weeks!!! This is ridiculous. Post your lead times on your website so that people who want to order parts from them know that it will take quite a while to get them.TLDR: Rude rep on the phone and very long lead time (6-8 weeks) without any indication that this is the case...

I ordered a part for my Corvette when I received it got something different won't work but has the same product number invoice stated for 2000-2004 but my email says for 1998 I'm going to have to return it's not my fault

Stopped to see the free Corvette museum. Clean and comfortable. Had a few classic Corvettes and a half dozen racing Corvettes. Good history about all of them. The store area was larger than the museum. Easy to get to and plenty of parking.

I have used Mid America for a long time, however they went down hill drastically. Back orders are ridiculous with unknown wait times, several parts don't fit or poor craftsmanship and their customer service is horrible. Just pray you don't have problems because they won't help you or take care of it. I don't think there is a single Volkswagen enthusiast working there. If I treated my customers this way I would be out of business! I won't spend a single dollar more with this company and have returned a few I didn't use yet.

I ordered a convertible top for my Corvette on July 10, 2015. I have contacted Mid America Motorworks several times to find when it will be shipped, each time to get a little different story, but the bottom line is they have no idea when it will ship. They won't tell me who the manufacturer is, where they are located, how they ship products, nothing. Simply the worst customer service I have ever experienced

I used MidAmerica exclusively for parts rebuilding my 78 several years ago they were . Starting on another c3 this year and i have cancelled most of what I have ordered after lomg delays and no communication from them. Used to be great, even worth driving over occasionally, now very bad terrible customer service. Zero stars.

It would be helpful if MAM would let customers know when they order if something is not currently in stock. Our corvette is now in the shop for paint, the funds for seals were taken from our account, so we assumed they had shipped. When I did not receive a shipping confirmation or tracking, I called customer service to find that the items were on back-order from a drop ship location and were due in a few days. Not good! $$ should never be actually taken from your account, only pre-authorization until an item ships. This is the second occurrence that a MAM customer service rep did not inform us over the phone that an item we placed on order was not readily available to ship. they just took our $$ and let us find out later.
