The team here is amazing! Everyone was very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend Legacy HD for your 1st bike or your 5th! They've got a large inventory and very good pricing! The atmosphere is very laid back and the building itself is very nostalgic. Def a place to go even if it's just to stop in! Thanks again for making my purchase easy and painless! I love My new to me soft tail!

As promised met by 2 friendly dogs and friendly people. Paul your secret is safe with me . Oh the only thing I can say is your sales person was wrong! The puppy was not in the way at all thanks for a great experience. We will be back!

Matt, John, and Clint went out of their way, above and beyond, to make the buying experience at Legacy a breeze. Jim made quick work of the necessary name-signing and talked with me like we were old friends, which was very nice. Everybody that I met there treated me the same way, kinda like family! Had a great experience on our 1 day visit to Effingham. We were greeted by a couple of friendly dogs and a friendly staff. A very clean and organized store and found some discounted attire for my wife.

Legacy HD rocks! After the reveal show,I had to have the new Raven metallic CVO Road Glide St. John and Clint informed me that they had a white one scheduled for delivery in a few weeks but my heart was set on the Raven. The next day, they called with good news - they located a Raven Metallic CVO but it was good distance away. They went and got the bike I wanted; Clint & John stayed in touch keeping me informed and I was blown away by their awesome customer service at Legacy HD. You guys made buying my 1st Harley from Legacy a wonderful experience

Went here to buy a leather jacket. Didn't have one that I was looking for in Stock right now. The gal that helped me was very professional and helpful, however, and I will probably return later when they get more. I was in a hurry and had another appointment, so I really didn't have time to look around like I wanted to. Plan on returning real soon and taking my time to thoroughly check the place out. Love the cool building and silo though.

Great customer service is hard to come by these days. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted, John was very knowledgeable and everyone was very willing to help. Everyone in parts was great, very helpful.The dealership stood out for their customer service! You don t see it much anymore and everyone we encountered was amazing!Thank you!

Took a little 2.5 hour road trip here. Love the look of the ole barn silo. Service was excellent and very helpful when looking for a place to have lunch. Definitely worth the trip.

On my travels today made a stop at Legacy for my dealer tshirts, patch & pin and to avoid a big thunderstorm, very welcome staff, let me hangout to wait out storm, before continuing journey, thanks Legacy for looking out for bikers on their travels, will be stopping by on my return home.

Great experience, the owners went out of their way to help me after hours loading my Bike into the truck. Excellent work ethic as well as commitment to the customer. These people are the real deal you cant find this dedication anymore. Also very beautiful store the barn is Unique. Thanks so much.

I've purchased all 3 of my Harleys here, but they really stepped up when I had cancer. They bought my ultra at the beginning of the off season and gave me a very fair price. They helped me when I needed it and now that I'm cancer free I'm about to buy from them again.

I was driving through town on a several month long Harley trip. I noticed they had a new motorcycle that i liked. we were in a bit of a hurry, these guys put the deal together quickly and at a fair price. Clint and Randy were a great deal of help and i appreciated them getting us out of there quickly. if your in the area and looking, I would recommend checking them out.

I had a question about motorcycle bells. Asked if you could use up all the magic they had. If I should remove the one currently on the bike. Amber was very kind and answered my questions honestly and without judgment. ANSWER Leave the original bell and place a new one close to it.
