Hello guys, thx you so much for your help after I been towed to yard behind you special thanks is going to Matt as parts manager who without any hesitation offered me ride and pick up my parts (4 bolts for idle gear) in the city when I asked him how much he said we are helping people not money hungry it is wonderful they didn't gain any profit from me and helped me anyway it is how service should be all my break down in this Effingham was just wonderful experience! Wish you good luck all of you and especially Matt.

JX Peterbilt in Effingham IL does amazing work. Amber and her team treats us with respect and always gets us in for repairs when we need them. Strongly suggest taking your truck for repairs here whenever you need them for whatever reason. Lots of parking also. Great location..

It happened by chance that I needed service for an engine derate after treatment problem. While of course no one wants to deal with downtime much less repairs I was pleasantly surprised to find this location. The communication was excellent and professional as well as the service. I would highly recommend this location if you are in need of parts, service or repairs.

I think this is the best peterbilt repair place in the country! Friendly and professional staff had my engine degrade repaired in just a few hours. I have been in trucking for 24 years and have never received service like this. Thanks for caring about your customers.

I just had my a/c fixed here, Nicole is the service representative that I talk to on the phone and at the counter. She is extremely professional and she didn't have an attitude or a condescending tone when I asked her questions. The mechanics here are very knowledgeable and know what they're doing. You don't have to worry and wonder if in a week if their fix is gonna hold up.

REALLY helpful people here. The service manager took time from a project to talk me through an issue with my truck.NOW I have A/C!!! The parts people were very knowledgeable too.If I had time and lived close I believe I would utilize this shop.Very clean.

My only problem with this and some other places is the hours. Trucks run 24/7 not 7:30am to 6pm. We've had our trucks breakdown and if it's after 6pm you're stuck. Driver sits, freight sits and not only do you have a high repair and parts bill but then you get hit with late delivery. Our driver is stuck in Marshall Illinois because his truck broke down at 7pm last night. He's losing pay and we had to put him in a hotel last night for 80 bucks. I know a lot of people can't get employees because people don't want to work but if Trucks run 24/7 truck parts and service should run 24/7.

I ve been an owner op for years and I have to say this is one of the best places I have ever had service at. First Kristi the service manager is by far way more polite and has a hint of southern charm that will automatically make you feel better. Matt the evening service guy is great as well even offered to take me to my hotel when they found out it wasn t going to be done same day. Dustin the foreman excellent very professional and very assuring. But Will my mechanic!!! Don t let his young age fool you he has what I takes informative and not full of ego. I will definitely be doing business here whenever I need work and I m in the area

Christy, the Service Writer was extremely accommodating. Dustin, the Service Manager was also extremely beneficial. It was Friday mid-day with the weekend fast approaching. Dustin said he could diagnose to determine the extent of the repair, to help me decide whether or not to have the load relayed. Well he found the problem and even though he was the Service Manager went ahead and replaced the wiring harness inside the valve cover himself. To all the folks at JX Truck Center, a Big Thank You.

Head mechanic very knowledgeable on DEF. I thought they could of charged me for less hours of work. Got to my truck right away

My truck DPF got Derated on a Friday. I towed the truck to the shop but they were closed. On Monday Christy the service advisor took my information and hour later they took my truck inn. Next day everything is done on the truck and was able to make it to Houston to deliver the load. Special thank you to Christy and Nicole, you guys are awesome . Lastly the technician Willie who worked on the truck was amazing. He explained everything and promise me to get me out on time which he did. I took my 2013 Pete with the engine light on at around 8:00 AM and they took the truck right in. At about mid-day the truck was repaired. Very good and professional customer service. I was satisfied and happy with the service, furthermore content that I was able to get on the road on that same day. I am an interstate driver and if I get stranded again in IL this is where I will go. Great job guys.Happy trucking!!

This is the best Peterbilt to take your truck to. They're always fast and efficient. We drop our truck off here anytime we can make it back to get repairs. There's plenty of food options nearby. Christie in service is always super sweet!

Great place. Broke down on Saturday, due to a bad fuel pump. Steve jumped right to it and told us what the problem was. After this truck had been in two different shops for the same problem. Howard was very helpful also with helping us with motel. Due to we have a pet. Part was order and our truck was back together in no time.

Heartland Peterbilt is absolutely very best Peterbilt dealer in the Midwest. They don't have a lot of trucks to choose from or anything like that but their service is outstanding.. they are a small dealership trying very hard to earn your business and respect.. I bought a 2013 Peterbilt from them have never been happier with the service they provided.. hopefully one day soon they will have more trucks to choose from

They sold me a 2008 379 Peterbilt with 593k on it. Within 3 months needed a full cat overhaul. Had to pay half on new fridge and freezer combo plus half of the freight and labor costing me $1600.00 more. Now the generator that they claim only had a 100k miles on it is shot. Needs new generator. Water pump for sink and shower dont work. Sleeper leaks everywhere. Toilet compartment leaks back into sleeper. THE LIST GOES ON AND ON!!! Miraculously they had no maintenance records or paperwork on it of course. Bottom line they sold me a lemon. I've put 39k miles on it and it's already cost me nearly 27,000.00 out of pocket.Very VERY unhappy with the purchase and the problems once they had their money!!!!!

Well I went in there looking for some belts for a cat 3406b and the guy was kind of rude...he just said he had to order them and that they would be in like in two days .... maybe they just don't like hispanic people as I saw him being totally different to a white guy which he was actually helping or at least providing options ......It's easy to notice the difference in the service just by the way they talk to you.

Please avoid this place, they charged me $600 for diagnostics and the repair end up being under warranty, but you still need to pay the diagnostic time.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

Arrived due to a engine issue. Was quickly sent to a bay. Within 30 minutes I was back out on the road issue resolved. Thanks Heartland
