Jake and everyone at J and R could not have been more helpful and thoughtful when repairing my wheelchair accessible vehicle. Unfortunately, circumstances didn't allow me to coordinate for accessible rental via my insurance, but Jake did everything possible to fast-track the repairs so I wouldn't be without transportation for a moment longer than necessary. They not only were able to get everything repaired much faster than originally anticipated, but it is legitimately better than new. It's quieter and looks sharp as hell!Thanks so much J and R!

Took my car in to have the ags fixed. $850 later and it's still not fixed. I have had it in several times as well. Good luck getting a loaner car as well

J&R took good care of my wife's car after she was hit by another driver. They kept good communication using texts to inform us of the progress of the repairs. The car looks great where we had damage. We appreciate the great service, and we just hope to not be in the situation to need to visit again.

Seem to be unable to properly schedule when work is to be completed. I had my completion date changed on me twice for no reason other than "we didn't like how it looked". Do it right the first time and quit wasting my time. I will be finding a new body shop for all future work.Service: PaintingService: Painting

They do great work and getting everything figured out with insurance was a breeze. They make the process easy and did a quick job of returning my car. It was like a brand new car

J & R did an amazing job on our truck. It was rusting out over the wheel wells. They restored it to showroom condition. It looks awesome. My husband calls it his "New Old Truck". They are very professional and have great customer service. We highly recommend J & R Collision for any auto body work!

J & R collision was incredible to work with! My Husband got in a car accident 5 hours away from home and the vehicle was towed to their collision center for repair. It spent 3 weeks under construction and Scott the manager was an excellent overseer on the project. We were confident in their work because of Scott's constant communication regarding the car's status and updates. Overall, it was a seamless experience, thank you J & R!

We've used J&R Collision for most of our accident repairs though the years, which have been several unfortunately, LOL. They always do a great job and are super friendly and helpful. The one time we used a different body shop, we were not satisfied, so we've used J&R ever since.

Awesome is only word that comes to my mind to describe my experience with them. i hit a deer and they fixed my baby like new. they worked with state farm and i had no problem on that side either. i highly recommend them to everyone!!!!

From the estimate to the finished product, there were zero hiccups!! I hit a deer with my truck and it looks better now than it did before! Highly recommend J&R to anyone.
