What a refreshing experience! Completely satisfied with my car buying experience! Low pressure, up front numbers, and quality units to choose from. Those big city car lots could take some notes from these guys! They appreciate your business. Curt Valenti was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Well I thought my days of driving a minivan were over. But for a week I ve been driving a Chrysler Pacifica. Wow minivans have come a long way. This is an awesome vehicle. And if you need a rental Goeckner Bros. Is the place to go. They listen to what you need and we re very accommodating. I am very pleased with the service and vehicle. Thank you!!

DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I took my 2017 Chrysler 300 to the service department to fix a leaky sunroof I was told there was a leaf clogging the vent and was charged $80+ weeks later the sunroof still leaks and they refuse to fix it free of charge I even bought the car from them for $20,000+++

My car broke down 200 miles from my destination which was for work.. they set me up with a rental at a great price and when I got back they drove me to the shop my car was at... top notch customer service!!

Great new express oil change! Will definitely go back! Clean facility and nice Lounge! My 2 rating was from younger sales rep. I believe because I was an older and a woman he just dismissed my question about my interest in buying a Dodge Ram and went to his office. Older gentleman was much more kinder and I thought he was going to wait on me but he handed me over to the younger rude gentleman and at that point just not interested. You can't judge a book by its cover. Yes old women buy trucks on their and yes I'm getting ready to trade. Back to Salem. Was at least a good teaching lesson for my grandkids.

My Ram had electric problems just north of Effingham 3 days before Christmas on the eve of a major snowstorm. Got the truck towed to Goeckner Bros and they took care of the problem for me. They went way out of their way and were extremely kind and helpful. If I lived in the area, this would absolutely be my dealership of choice!

I have bought so many new cars in my lifetime I lost track. I have never had an experience like I have had here. It was amazing. Wonderful. No game playing, no hassle, no hard pressure sales tactics. We bought a new Jeep Gladiator and I called in my credit app over the phone at 9am. That took 10 minutes. Drove to the dealer at 3pm and the entire process took less than 30 minutes. We were in and out with our new vehicle within 30 minutes. I will be back for sure as this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I usually dislike the experience of buying a new car but not here. Just wow!

Fuel pump went out and the part needed was in stock. Traveling long distance and hardly put a dent in our travel plans due to the quick work fixing it. Friendly staff and fantastic experience. Thanks everyone for getting us back on the road because you had the part!!

Great service department! I happen to be in Effingham for work when my truck came due for service. Knowing I only had a limited time window, I called Goeckner to see if they could accommodate. Without hesitation they were able to make the appointment and service my truck the very next day.

Called to speak with the service department about an anticipated repair. They were very helpful at explaining the approximate hours to do the job and ball-park expense. Very helpful for my needs.

After spending all day car shopping we went to Goeckner Brothers and was super impressed! We wish we would've just started there and now know for next time. We were treated great, the service was great and we left with a new car for my daughter that she loves! Thank you to Clint Lustig and the amazing crew for your great service!

They have taken great care of my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country and I didn't even buy it here. Excellent service and parts department and after having them put new tires on it i have been very pleased. Will continue to do business here!

Just purchased a used Dodge pickup from them and I have lost count of just how many I have bought from Mark. I have purchase quite a few cars & trucks in my life time, but Mark has always treated me the best of anyone else. Great place to do business - always fair!!!!

When it comes to parts departments, Goeckner Brothers is top notch. Alex and Luke's customer service never ceases to amaze me. Any hard to find parts they will search until they have an answer. Their customer service and knowledge is better than any dealership you may find hours away.

I was stranded about 2 miles away on a hot summer day goeckner bros was the only car rental service that had cars available. They came a picked me up so I can have a rental and a ride to my destination in Memphis as I was heading that way when my car broke down. Ray was very interested in my needs a I felt like he genuinely cared to help my family and I out. Thank you RAY AND GEOCKNER BROS INC!!UPDATE:so on my way back into town I was forced to take my rental back late because my car still wasn't fixed Ray really worked with me about being late because he knew if I hadn't I would be stuck at there location stranded with my family and luggage and no way to get home. I was soooo gratefulI, offered to buy him lunch of course he declined. But he let me know there's a family restaurant down the block called "CRUISERS" to go have lunch there to support. And that's exactly what I did and the food was great had the Turkey BLT! But that just shows you how he cares about everyone equally family and customers!!! What a bond!

Goeckner Bros is a 5 star Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and Sprinter dealership and service center. Having made several new and used vehicle purchases here, it is the only shop I take a vehicle to be worked on.The service and sales staff regularly go the extra mile for customers, particularly interstate travelers with mechanical problems.They have an entire wall covered with Thank You notes, letters, and cards from travelers that were able to get last minute or after hours help to get them back on the road.

Do not come to this town! Absolute worst experience buying a car. Teutopolis Auto Sales down the road, cleared the codes on a for sale vehicle so when we went to get it checked out here at Goeckners everything looked fine. We think that these to businesses work together to make sales and swindle people from out of town.... Just be cautious, especially of Teutopolis Auto Sales. We have had to put $5000 dollars into repairs as soon as the codes came back after we purchased it.

I locked myself out of my car while I was on my lunch break and I called and they had a door key cut for my car and even delivered it to me! I was back in my car within 20 minutes! Plus it only cost $6! Way cheaper than a locksmith!

Excellent repair service and sales. Not aggressive sales. Dealer repaired my town and country by taking the time to hunt down electrical problem rather than jump to conclusions about modules and other computer compnents. Highly satisfied.

If you're looking a new or used vehicle, you CANNOT go wrong here. Huge selection of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM, as well as a ton of used. Great people and service too.

It is a great place to buy a vehicle as long as you have good credit and they do try to work with you even if you have fair credit.
