I had a great experience at Dan Hecht Toyota recently. My salesperson, Clayton, was so respectful of my thoughts and answered every question I had. My last three cars have been Toyotas and I couldn t have been happier with them and the service I got. Everyone is so pleasant and courteous there ..it s a pleasure to do business with them!PS. I LOVE my new Camry!

Great Team at Hechts! Great Service. Mechanics were able to diagnose the problem & fix our car. Performed & drive so much better. Very happy with their attention to detail & good communication. Highly recommend them!

3/27/24 We had a tire rotation and an oil change recently, and that was taken care of very well. The young man who took care of us was very personable, and our vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. That being said, we still have intermittent issues with our passenger side heater, a problem we ve had almost from the time we purchased this new vehicle. Acknowledging there was an issue, the dealership has worked on this several times, but the problem has yet to be resolved.

After a small accident, we went to Dan Hecht auto repair shop for repair estimate. The guy in charge was very knowledgeable about the process with my insurance company. We agreed on the estimate. He slightly adjusted the driver door so it would close better. Our repairs won't happen until the end of February. Great dialog and professionalism.

Was able to bring in a vehicle last minute for a battery replacement. Service got the car in right away, added on an oil change, again last minute and replaced a bad tire. Great service all around

Traveling through on our way to Florida, several check engine lights went on the previous night; went to Dan Hecht service dept day after Christmas AM for help! Such friendly efficient people and service, from receptionist to owner and service mgr. and technician--took care of us in a bit over an hour and on our way. Wish we could use them as our " home" dealership! Well done team!

Dan Hecht was great to work with for the purchase of my new car, along with being knowledgeable about the current market they were upfront through the entire process. I felt the team had my interested in mind and were honest and upfront about every step. I would highly recommend Cody, my salesman, for any needs you may have for a new or used car.

My first visit but definitely not my last. Brought my car in at 730 a.m. done by 10:00 a.m. They took me to work and dropped off the car when it was finished. The staff is courteous and professional. There was an option to pay on line. Excellent service-thank you Dan Hecht!

My TOYOTA CAMRY had a recall on the paint--there was an issue with the paint peeling off. When I took my car in they were very polite and friendly. He looked my car over, took pictures and scheduled a time to bring it back to fix. I ended up having to take my car back 3 times because when they would get one area repainted another area would start peeling! Throughout the entire process everyone I came in contact with at Dan Hecht Toyota were very helpful, friendly and professional. I would recommend Dan Hecht Toyota in a heartbeat for any of your needs. They are #1 in my opinion.Twylla Ingram Dalton

Arrived at 2pm and test drove an tacoma to make sure I would have enough leg room when the 24 tacomas arrive. Plenty of room for 6'4 person. We decided to test drive a new tundra while we were there and loved it. Gene our salesman was very professional and not pushy at all which was breath of fresh air. Was out by 430 with the new tundra.

I bought my Hybrid RAV 4 and I love this car. The fit is great. Love the gas mileage for sure. The dealership was great to work with. I take my car for all the service appointments there.

Couldn t be happier w my purchase! From beginning to end- every person I encountered was kind and friendly. Cody was the best and Paul was awesome too! Felt like the real deal (as opposed to many schmarmy car sales encounters I ve had thru the years. Check it out! I took a chance and drove 1.5 hours south and it was totally worth it! Will go when I need a new truck!

After the Service Department did not return my phone call on a busy morning just before Christmas, I stopped by Dan Hecht Chevrolet to get that appointment. Oh my, they worked me into their schedule, did a full check up, changed the oil, and sent me on my way in less than 40 minutes. I call that going the extra mile. Thank you, Dan Hecht Service Department.

Glad that my warranty covered it, even though I didn t know if it covered it until it was done. What would I have done if it didn t and I had to pay $1600 out of pocket, no idea. Also when I got my car back my alignment is all messed up and pulls really bad to the left. My steering wheel is clearly crooked, so it s not something they could have just missed because they had to drive my car to the parking spot. They just didn t want to fix it, even though the alignment was good when I brought it in. Will not be buying another car from here EVER. Never had a good experience with anything through Dan Hecht.

They had my car a week and lied and the techs said my car didnt have remote start. Couldnt fix it. Id theyd looked up my VIN # they could have found out. Since i didnt buy my car there figured they didnt want to fix under warranty. It s a 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross. Ive only had since july . They gave me a junk rental that rattled with under half gas tank . I filled it up . All they said was im sorry. I went to numerous dealerships . I went home and googled it. I fixed it . Toyota owes me money for all the gas and time off i spent trying to resolve this issue . Nobody wants to work anymore .. i wont be going back to Dsn Hecht in Effingham

Excellent service staff and completed in a timely manner. Only downside to this car purchase/service is that at Chrysler Dealer in Effingham they would vacuum car and clean windows with their car service each time. Disappointed this is not intact Dan Heck.

Acted like they were doing me a favor selling me a car. Said I had to agree to their financing and their trade in appraisal or no deal, I wouldn't be allowed to pay cash or not give a trade. Wild lol

I can say that my most recent vehicle purchase was not my first and is quite possibly not my last purchase from the group at Dan Hecht. Our salesman Trevor was a great guy to work with. He didn t push you to purchase a vehicle. I went and looked at the car twice before I got it. Both times he treated us as a friend and not trying to sell us something. On the day we went to pick up the car, it was Trevor s day off but he came in to be there rather than us work around his schedule. I ve worked with others before had had no issues or complaints from anyone there but Trevor went the extra mile and also sent us home with freebies.

The sales team, went above and beyond to find my new truck. It began as a simple build order but found out the color i chose was discontinued. The sales man informed me of this and began searching. And located the truck in Michigan and brought it back to effingham.
