Went in for a head job they did it wrong. Took it back they took it apart redid it again didn't charge me the second time that i had to bring it back. The engine still leaked so I brought it back for a third time they put a lower spacer plate like they should have done the first time on it and charged me for it. $27,000 later and 60 days out of work!!!!!! I wouldn't recommend these guys.

I ve had my truck since Tuesday, no one has called me from the shop, no one knows what s the status on my truck, I ve called so many times that I lost track. It would be professional of them to give me a curiosity call to give me an ETA on my rig. Their lack of communication is costing me money. Disappointed with their poor service.

Had a bad turbo actuator as told it would be 5pm before they could get to me. They called me into the bay at 4pm. Wayne was the mechanic working on my truck he noticed my water pump was leaking and informed me about it. Told him to go ahead and replace the water pump. He walked me threw step by step on my repairs. Truck was all done around 8pm my clock was up and they let me take my break in there yard. Very nice people and great prices as well definitely will be back here for future repairs.

Great guys. They were able to repair my diesel powered RV and get us back on the road within hours. We were allowed to park in their lot over night while waiting for early morning service.

Great mechanics and good people .. they will find out the problem with your truck . Also they are good with communication prices is very reasonable

Came there to drop off a whole bunch of brakes shoes for semis. there is no dock so even better back up behind building they will unload you and your gone in 30 min

Wonderful folks at this shop that understand flatbedding and steel hauling. There's a trucking company in Remington, Indiana that looks at this shop in very high regard. Thank you for the wonderful service today.

Honesty and integrity should be expected from a place where you have done business for years ,unfortunately this is not a priority for the crew at the Effingham shop .
