Fantastic experience left me very appreciative of the team here. I bought four new tires on Amazon and had them shipped here for installation. Everyone here does very high quality work. They installed my tires with a high degree of precision. My car glides seamlessly across the roads now, even better than the day I bought it. All for considerably less than any other business quoted me. I highly recommend getting tire work done here.

I got a flat tire on a road trip in the middle of Illinois. This was the closest tire shop and thank god because Julie saved the day! I came in when they were swarmed an hour before closing on a Friday and she got it done. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. They are efficient and provide amazing service. Julie, the manager, is seriously amazing. She deserves a raise!

Julie the assignment manager did an awesome job this morning. 4 new tires put on in less than an hour and half and cheaper. I personnel think she would be a great store manager. A great representative for the store. The whole store was a great experience. Thank you

I had my car towed in the night prior and I came in right as they opened. They told me they were solid booked and they wouldn t be able to look at it until the next day. Shortly after, the woman said the mechanic who greeted me outside was going to just check to see if we had the right tires and he could squeeze me in before anyone came. I was very thankful as I needed to get my butt to work. Very lucky and thankful!

Needed some mid-road-trip service done on a tire late in the day, and Craig + his team took very, very good care of us. They were incredibly kind, caring, and quick. We would DEFINITELY recommend this place if you need anything done, especially some last-minute saving.

Julie, the Assistant Manager, and the team helped fix my daughter's tire this past weekend. We were in and out within 30-40 minutes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely visit them again, if and when we need a tire fixed.

Got a flat tire. . Called and asked for an appointment! They said they had everything I needed. David came out to look at the tires, Julie set everything up in the office, and Austin changed the tire and put all of the spare tire parts back where they were supposed to be.Great job, great service, great price

Tire choice staff have consistently been very friendly and helpful throughout the years I ve been coming here. Especially Stacy, she is always very transparent and detailed when covering cost of maintenance and repairs, she has great people skills! Overall great work and service, 10/10.

Brought in a tire to be fixed. They put a tube in it. When my husband put it back on and let down the jack the tire wasn't even aired up all the way. I gave them 3 stars because it was on a Sunday and they did fix it, but had we been stranded somewhere instead of putting it back on at home where we had an air compressor we would of not been real happy. Why not air it all the way up?

My daughter went to your estblishment to get an oil change today as she always comes to this place. Well she will not be returning the young lady working there told her she need a new battery she told her no due the the charge would be too high. My daughter is a college student trying to live in an apartment and is on a fix budget. The lady came back in told her that her car will not start and they will not jump it but push it out in a parking space so she will have to get it jumped on her own. My daughter told them to put the battery in but after my husband called and spoke with the young about the company's policy on cars that won't start she told him they do not have any equipment to jump start the car and they would have to push it outside if she doesn't buy a battery. Well we didn't buy the battery and they got the car started after she kept going back and forth with my husband. What kind of customer service is that if they are trying to make you buy parts by telling you your car won't and they do not have equipment to start. That sounds like a set-up. Concerned Customer.

My experience was I thought okay ! I had got my oil changed on 11/11/2023. A week later my flap underneath the front bumper was broken and fell and rubbing on the highway, this was second time it happened. Got my oiled changed three months ago there and same same thing happened but not as bad, so I stopped back in and they fixed it. Took my car to a different car place to have the flap fixed 11/20/2023 they said it would cost 500.00 dollars to order new part because it would not stay up. Well they also did a inspection on the car and told me my oil was dirty in the inspection plus the part I needed was going to cost me 500.00 plus! Then today 11/21/23 took my car out to my regular mechanic and he said my oil was dirty too! And he did another change because it was so dirty! I don t know what happened at Tire Choice with the oil change but they definitely didn t put clean oil in it! So I think I m due a refund! Will never go there again two bad mess ups is enough! After a HORRIBLE experience at a different Tire Choice, I called to ask Staci for the number to contact a district manager since the other store had refused to give it to me, upon talking to Staci, she offered to fix the issue at their store, even ate the cost of it, and began on her own escalating the issue (of a HORRIBLY scratched rim) up the chain for her leaders to take care of.. we were so impressed with her customer service and the fact that she even cleaned up after another store! Happy to have a good experience in our town!

This place should be called the number one choice of tires we were headed to dinner towards St Louis and we started feeling a little shakiness in the front wheel took it into this place called tire choice in Edwardsville 401 North main and the guys phenomenal came out checked it out put it up and balance the tires for nothing I mean we're just thinking it was a tie rod in but man you guys got to come over

Diagnosis and repair done professionally. Gary is a fine mechanic. Staci handled my initial crassness and impatience with courtesy and aplomb. Julie is a key to their complete customer service.

Had a screw in my tire when I get to work today. I live in St. Louis and my spare was completely dry rotted. Took the tire off, took it up there, and they patched it no problem. Able to drive home and not get stranded. Staci was a big help at the desk. All around great people and service! Thanks y all!

Staci IS AWESOME !! My family and I are from out of state. We were traveling with our kiddos and caught a flat. It s currently a Sunday evening and almost every tire shop is closed, but not Tire Choice Auto Service Centers . I called ahead and spoke with Staci to see if our tire size was available and if we would be able to come in ASAP. She explained that we could. Once we arrived Staci greeted us on the lot which was GREAT that made us feel comfortable being that we are not familiar with the area. I highly recommend this company for car emergencies and non car emergencies needs. Customer service IS impeccable. It s a hot and busy day and they still got us in. Highly recommend coming here.

We had a flat tire on a Saturday night late. We went to Tire Choice Sunday without an appointment and they were able to repair our tire within an hour. Fast and friendly service.

I had a great experience Friday. Two Meineke locations were telling me that my brand new rims were bent on my brand new car. They couldn t get my tires balanced and Tire Coice had zero issues at all getting the job done, I sat there for a couple hours but I was happy that the issue was resolved after so many issues with Meineke.

Staci was amazing. She made coming in to get a nail taken out of my tire so easy and stress free. I ve never dealt with a situation like that before and she explained and walked me through the possible scenarios following my repair. Highly recommend coming here. Will definitely do again.

Stacy was very helpful and managed to fit me in when I really needed it. The people that work here made sure that I felt valued and took the time to figure out what exactly needed to be done. They were all personable and I had a great customer service experience
