They towed my car after it was totaled by a box truck that ran a red light. They were very nice and friendly when I went to retrieve my items out of my car. They even covered the rear window with plastic because the whole window was gone protecting what was inside. Thank you!

I was getting my tires replaced at Sam's Club across the street and one of the lug nuts was rusted and swollen and not able to be removed. Went across the street to John and he got me right in and took care of it in 2 minutes in and out as a courtesy. That's fantastic service and I'll be going back.

We are lucky to have this local business here in Edwardsville. To say I m happy with their work is an understatement, Randy was such a pleasure to work with, and so very helpful. Thank you for bringing my vision to life! I would highly suggest them to anyone looking to get their vehicle wrapped.

Nobody loves having to do body work on your car, but they made it as easy as can be--they were quick and courteous. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I need to I know where I'm going.

I don t post many reviews but felt compelled to write about my experience with The Auto Body Shop. From start to finish, the team (including the owner) provided honest and transparent feedback on my options for repair. They also went above and beyond on a couple of items that weren t even billable which was major plus.Highly recommend using The Auto Body Shop if you get into an accident for need any work done on your vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

I have used the autobody shop for years; and have never been disappointed. They continually take care of my vehicles and treat myself and my family like family every time we go in. This review is long over due! I visited this establishment for a quote to repair my passenger side mirror. I was greeted respectfully. The young man walked out to access my vehicle and shared different cost effective options. He was so patient and even went back out to look at the damaged part to see if it was repairable. His communication was golden. We created moments in conversation. The job wasn t completed due to other things in my life. The young man (Randy)went to the extent of giving documents to show that I attempted to get the mirror repaired in the event i was stopped. If I could be a walking billboard for this establishment I would. This is one of Edwardsville s gems! Be sure to support this small business! Clean establishment and great customer service!!!! Thank you!!!!

I was in an accident and had my truck towed to the Auto Body Shop. I was treated with a professional and friendly team. My truck us fixed beyond my satisfaction - became upset thinking something was accident related and they continued to treat me with respect even after I became agitated. It turned out I was in the wrong. Even being wrong, they took my issues seriously and treated me with respect. Very honest and trustworthy company. Wonderful experience! Great detail of the initial damage to my car. They helped me submit the pictures of the damage to my car to the insurance that was paying for the repair. Kept in great contact with me during the repair. I was waiting for Enterprise to pick me up, and after waiting 45 minutes Todd offer to drive me to Enterprise himself instead of me continuing to sit there and wait to be picked up. When I got my car back not only did the back end look great, but the inside of my car had been cleaned too. They just went the extra mile the whole time. Highly recommend The Auto Body Shop. I ll definitely be back.

At this point I ve had both of my vehicles repaired here. Both returned looking fantastic, Just like new. They are great with giving updates as the vehicles are getting repaired, and are excellent with working with insurance companies to get the job done.

Another amazing repair by the people at The Auto Body Shop! They called with updates about my repairs, worked directly with my insurance company when needed, made my car look great again after being hit, and then went a step extra by cleaning the inside of my car too. Plus all the employees were super friendly!

I unfortunately do not have the name of the wonderful individual who helped my 16 year old daughter yesterday, but my husband and I can not thank you enough.My daughter (brand new driver) side swiped our basketball hoop and scratched her new car. As a lesson - my husband and I told her she needed to go and get quotes from auto body shops on her own. She went to a few places and received very pricey bids....not at the Auto Body Shop!!! They said hold on - let me see what we can do ...they buffed it out at no charge. Our daughter was prepared to have to pay for the repairs and so she was beyond grateful.This says a lot about this shop - they didn t price gauge a teen girl, fixed it on the spot and were just fabulous to her.I can promise you this - they have a customer for life in us. As parents of two teen girls, I have no doubt we will need their skills/service at a later date.Much appreciation - keep up the great work!

By pure "luck" a motorist ran a red light and hit me and my car near The Auto Body Shop, so they are who showed up to tow my car. They were SO helpful with insurance on that day. Extremely profession as well as friendly. They repaired my car, dealt with insurance and the car rental company I was using. My car looks perfect and runs perfectly.

Locally owned and overly competent. These folks wont rip you off and they are very upfront about processes availability and pricing. Used to take my BMW here due to alot of electrical issues and this was always the first and last stop. My brother took his car here to. Geeat results everytime.

In town on business and one of our pickups had a door handle break. These guys got us in and had us fixed up in two days. Outstanding service! Highly recommend!

This establishment went above and beyond for me. I had my car repaired here and went on vacation and asked if they would hide the key in my car, I get back into town and the car is nowhere to be found (someone forgot) things happen. So the manager Todd returns my call and says he will drive me to the shop (on a Sunday)... phenomenal customer service!!!

Called about a hail claim and the person who answered knew more about our insurance company than we did, and was able to point me to the app for my claim.

Was taken advantage of here - they said to fix it that it would cost more than my insurance would cover so I paid an extra thousand cash. Later found out I was ripped off. Sucks being a Girl sometimes.
