Highly recommend. Great customer service and great staff. We should all choose to do business with places that do things the right way - Ron's Shell does that - every time I have been here I am impressed by the customer service, cleanliness of the entire station (inside and out), and the ability of their auto mechanics. It's the most well run gas station/service shop that I know of.

Five stars, no doubt!! I have had great experiences at this shop, wishing I knew they existed years ago. I often do my own car work. However, when I am not able to do something, this is my first shop of choice. I am always charged fairly, not price gouged like the other shops. The guys at this shop are honest and kind. They really care about their customers. It is the old time small town values (treat people as if you would like to be treated) that makes this a gem of Edwardsville. I highly, highly recommend this shop service.

I got there right at closing time. Even though the employee was talking to his friend he wouldn't fix my tire. I slipped and fell in their parking lot but he didn't even bother to help me. And yes, he saw me fall. Don't plan to go back.

Terrible. My son had a flat tire on his bike while on a bike ride and the manager refused to air up his tire for him. No apology and a hateful attitude. And while I'm ranting the woman who works the cashier is on the phone(on speaker) everytime i go in to pay. What a joke this place is.

I Had a flat tire that I couldn't drive on I pulled in to ask to get some air so I could make it to the tire shop the service team wouldn't even ackonlogde me so I finally went in the shop asking some one for air and they ran me out of the gaurage cussing me out so then they wouldn't let me get air so I had to drive down the road and my tire had a run flate Which means it's not repairable so I had to get a new tire because they wouldnt let me put air in my tire so a simple 30 sec of someone's time cost me $200 and almost cost me my job as well I would not recommend this people for any kind of service if I could give a zero star review I would

Good old American shell station! Full service garage, awesome people, it's my only gas station in Edwardsville. Always clean and smelling fresh.
