Had a head gasket replaced and transmission seal between motor and trans replaced. Was able to be a part of the whole process . Great service offered at a great price my truck has been running like a dream ever since. No issues!!! Would highly recommend S&S and I will definitely be using this company to service my tractor for years to come! A big thank you to Buddy and the whole team! Great Job.!

Best in the business. Buddy and the crew maintain my entire fleet. From small work, to complete engine overhauls and everything in between. I won t get work done over the road, no matter where I m broke down I will tow my truck to S and S.

Time and low cost is what matters, I checked in replacements of A/C condenser, grille and bug screen. In less than hour i was out. If you in st.louis or heading to st.louis just call them.

I called 30 mins prior to closing and S and S took me right in. They repaired my truck and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. They take care of their customers each and every time. You can t miss here.

I went to another establishment and volvo kept confusing me in both locations and they couldn t help me. Someone referred me to this company and I ended up meeting jim. He helped me locate parts and worked on my truck, he is very nice and a hard worker. He is very smart to find used parts. This workplace is nice, friendly and organize. Secretary is a nice lady and helpful. Would recommend this place.

I was pasting through and realizing that I had some type of issue with a brake switch sensor issue Freightliner Cascadia and was in dire help traveling and loaded headed to New Jersey coming from Missouri. After stopping by and realizing what was wrong. They came to the rescue and got me on the road rolling the same day. That s what I call customer service. Thank youService: Electrical

Buddy and his crew are the best in the business.The best word to describe their business is honesty .If your fleet needs any work done do yourself a favor and bring your truck to this shop.I left Rush truck center with a $7800 bill on my 2018 international. I couldn t believe it so I stopped by S & S and Buddy had my truck fixed in 2 days for less than $1,000.Thank you.

This shop has been working on my trucks since 2008, as an owner of DE Transport, I am very satisfied on the quality, professionalism, promptness these guys have. Buddy, Junior and Darrel are great mechanics. This shop details your truck, gives great advice and preforms amazing job. They are not mechanics who take your money and don't finish the job. The price is reasonable and the work is great. I recommend this shop to every one who needs any truck work done.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Absolutely amazing service! We were quoted a ridiculous amount for a repair at Freightliner in the area and they would not work on our truck due to the fact that I personally brought the parts (that Freightliner could not get their hands on for 4-5 days) from North Dakota. We had the truck towed to S&S on a recommendation from ADR towing (also a great company to work with). Buddy and his crew were amazing from the start. Not only did they squeeze us into their already super busy schedule, they stayed in contact with us the entire time and talked us through what they were doing and why they were doing it, no shop does this anymore. They put on the parts I brought in from North Dakota and got us going FOR A FRACTION OF WHAT FREIGHTLINER WANTED! On top of it all they went and picked up our driver from his hotel when the truck was finished! Not only do I recommend this place, in my opinion if you're in the area needing truck service you would be silly for going anywhere else. We will be using S&S for any and all repair needs in the future when we are in St. Louis area.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I just had my truck serviced here Darryl was good at what he does I would preferably refer you for good work with Darryl but the lady is in the office is rude , thanks Darryl Definitely I will come by if I need service.

I am a female driver and had nothing but a great experience here. My engine was surging and the dealer could not tell me what was wrong after charging me $350. I took it to S&S diesel repair, he popped my hood ,found my turbo actuator line had a hole in it, put a new actuator line in it and truck ran great again. At a realistic price. It s not fancy but they did a great job and did not try to do sales job on me. Will certainly be going back in the future if I have anymore problems.

Well where do I start I was stuck on i70 in Illinois I google truck repairs shop near me and this shop came up I read the reviews and they are true good staff fast working and don t give up . But before I went to this shop my truck went to gateway Volvo dealer worse place to take it they don t Diagnose the truck right . Any way dealer said yI needed a engine harness and it will run me 8,400 and couple weeks downtime . So I decided to go with a second Opinion that when S&S truck repair came into play the really diagnose the truck and really found the problem my fuel pump went all I can say is thank you so much to the staff Drew , Ali, Junior ,Darrell, and the owner Buddy . You guys are the best they got my truck running perfect I can t thanks them enough definitely coming back great prices . You won t be disappointedServices: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

My semi s turbo broke down a few miles from this shop on 70 and luckily Buddy was able to assist me on a Friday and have me back running on a Saturday. Daryl took good care of fixing things up for me. Would definitely recommend this shop. Buddy also was kind enough to drop meOff at the local hotel and pick me up the next morning. S&S Truck Repair has a great team of technicians that can handle ALL commercial truck repairs. Drew in particular had a take charge approach to cater to my needs as a happy customer. I will do more future business with these guys and I highly recommend them for everyone's truck repairs.

Amazing shop! Initially, my husband, Mike took his truck to a DIFFERENT shop. When he returned home in a VERY bad mood WITH the truck- I knew we needed to get a 2nd opinion so I told him to try S&S diesal cause a few months back I heard one of his friends talk about how good they was. If he can t work- we can t pay all our bills! This shop was AWESOME! Very pleasant, down to earth & HONEST staff! And AFFORDABLE! Mike & I dont get on the web much but so he made me to promise to find a way to do this (which is a first) so I had to ask my friend to help me. Lol WE want recommend S&S to everyone we know! There aren t enough good people around so when you find one- you should spread the word! THANKS !

Would not recommend this shop to anyone,Young kids who has no experience & not even certified mechanic. I heard a lot of our company trucks go there for repairs , so I also gave it a shot. It was a simple manifold leak job, they charged me more then I was quoted by the dealership. Ok I take the truck after paying $3300 , but the problem was not solved.Still leaked smoke, I went back twice lost two weeks of work again.But the problem was never solved, made it worse then it was. I ended up taking the truck to dealership & spent double the money, it was going to cost me.Please stay away from these guys, your problem will become worse. Rather go to a dealer & atleast you will be satisfied..
