Cool crew and great customer service. Keep in mind the business is first come, first serve with no ability to schedule appointments. The prices are comparable to others that do the same or similar service jobs. The staff is friendly and welcoming, this location is also hiring!Will recommend.

After going here for over a year, asking for conventional oil, I'm told I've been getting a synthetic blend. I find it extremely rude that they didn't tell me this whole time, because I don't just go here for oil changes. I don't care that it's not a big difference. I care because I was not informed of this decision before it happened.

Checked my tires and oil. Oil didn't need changing and they were fair with that. They've always seemed straight about potential problems or likewise non problems.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Went there for the first time today to get an oil change they come back to me that they broke the valve stem off of my car tire. Offered No replacement. offered no reimbursement. offered no discounts for the services that they provided very dissatisfied with rapid lube and their solutions to the problems that they caused to my car while I have to put out more money to fix the problems that the caused.

Have never been dissatisfied at rapid lube before..... I get coupons every 3 months for being a dedicated customer. Well today I am not happy about my experience. Mind you I pay close to $100. Every time I get an oil change... Thursday is ladys day which is great they offer this, but I was unable to honer my coupon and ladys day at the same time... Completely dissatisfied !!!!Service: Oil change

I have never had any of the negative experiences that other users have mentioned. I take my car and my wife's car here all of the time. They are always fast, friendly, and polite. As for the comment I read about the looks of the employees, please don't be so quick to judge based on appearance. The employees here are professional, always conduct themselves in such a manner, and they do good work. That is all that matters.

Rip off. They charge you $125 for what is posted as $88 dollars. False advertising. Save your time and money and simply go somewhere else. They tried to say it was "taxes" but the percentages didn't add up.

I asked Lot of questions, that were answered simply and very understandable. Gave great suggestions and even ways to save money. Will definitely be going back. Also had very quick service my car was done in less than 10 mins!

Always fast. Always right. Yeah, they try to upsell you, but everywhere does. Be educated, know what you want, and go for it. Fantastic local business.

Do not trust these people with your car. I went in for a simple oil change and after topping up the air in my tires (which I did not ask for) they forgot to put the air cap on one of my tires and it became flat the next day. I explained this situation to one of the men that worked there and not only did he deny any liability for potentially damaging my car. He became visibly frustrated and got an attitude with me when I requested the tire be checked for damage and even lied to me stating that a missing air cap cannot cause a flat tire. They did not even bother to apologize for their mistake, please give your business to those more deserving.

I've been getting my oil changed here off and on for several years. So far I haven't had a problem with that. However, I would not recommend them for anything else. I got a coolant flush on the recommendation of my mechanic (he was booked and couldn't do it for me). I got my car back with an empty overflow bottle. They filled it back up and told me they couldn't find any leaks. Went through 2 months of overflow bottle constantly being empty with no explanation. Finally had large puddle of antifreeze and went to mechanic. Radiator was blown. Not sure what happened or even if it's their fault but it makes me not want to even have them change my oil again.

Pulled up at 5:25 knowing they close at 6 but they advertise a 15 minute oil change. After making eye contact with an employee we waited 5 minutes before I walked up to an empty stall and asked if I could get my oil changed. I was met with an eye roll by the same employee who made eye contact with us. The manager was of no help when I called. I guess he didn t realize his employees are giving dirty looks behind his back! Took my business to Valvoline where they had a two car wait in both lanes! Guess this would be why Rapid Lube only had one car!!

I did not have the fast friendly service experience that others have stated. The guy was told me it was going to be $3 more than the stated fee for taxes. After the service, the guy in the back came up and said it was an extra $15 above their normal pricing. I questioned him and he said that's what it is and walked back to the shop. Having gone to other quick change places, this was inconsistent as i drive a normal car. It also took about 40 minutes, not 10. I gave them a shot, will pass on returning. I gave an extra star because they didn't spill any oil in the engine compartment or grease up the inside.

I went to get a basic oil change. The technician told me my car required synthetic oil and did not give me any other options. He didn't even tell me a price until after the job was done. I got ripped off for double the price of a regular oil change. When I called to complain the technician told me they only carry that weight of oil in synthetic so they tell people they need synthetic. Guess I'm just another woman getting ripped off for an oil change.*Update: The owner left me a voicemail saying he was dropping a booklet in the mail which will show they did nothing wrong. He was going to include his business card if I had any questions. The customer service of this establishment from the mechanic all the way up to the owner is a condescending joke.

After getting oil change. They said they filled washer fluid. It was empty . Was worker before got there. It s says they cleaned windows but they didn t. When you pay for the full service and only get half. Now I have to go home and check my own oil. Relook over everything.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Classic attempt to rip off my 17 year old. Simple oil change except he was told he will need his oil pan seal replaced as it is leaking. Meanwhile, the oil filter they installed was almost a half-turn (by hand) loose! This car's engine layout is conducive for that as oil from the loose filter seal makes a beeline to the bottom of the oil pan. So they don't get the commission on the repair. Wonder if they will man up to this deceit, and clean the oil drops off the driveway. Nah, they won't. Ripoffs. Oh, I see they gave THEMSELVES 5 stars to no doubt boost their sucky rating.

Despite all the negative reviews, I have not had a bad experience here. I bring our rental vehicles to them for quick oil changes and they do a decent job.
