This place is above and beyond with their customer service. Last week bought 4 new tires and with the help of the manager Nathan I was able to get them on right then. Price was right and kept you up to date on the process.A week later, I had a flat on one of the new tires. Called Nathan, he told me to bring it up and they repaired it in no time at no costAmazing staff all around. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!Thanks Tire Plaza

I needed all 4 tires put on and Nathan did a Great job getting me scheduled and explaining everything to me! He also explained the alignment and cost to me once they ran the FREE alignment diagnostic test. My car drives like it s brand new again! Couldn t be happier with the quick, easy service! Highly recommend!!

Went in for what I thought was a leaky tire. Turns out my valve was leaking. These professionals were very transparent and communicative, which I greatly appreciate with any car service company. Wait was alright, but it is understandable since they were working on multiple vehicles. I would recommend Plaza to anyone looking for vehicle repair.

They were so quick and reasonably priced. Even gave us a hat, ice scraper, and keychain on the house lol. Super friendly staff and the man up front was really helpful with helping me choose new tires.Also would like to note their warranty is great! $17/tire and covers it for a full year. The man up front also gave me a number where they have a 24/7 roadside assistance where they come to fix my tire for free if I pop a tire.Was very knowledgeable, very quick, and I ll definitely come back for my tire rotations and oil changes.

I recently had to replace my wheel and tire on my Nissan Maxima after an unexpected battle with a curb! The rims for my Maxima are very expensive to replace, $800 for one .Nathan went above and beyond to find an OEM Reconditioned wheel which saved me $450!!! Plaza Tire deserves 10 stars!!! Had a nail in my tire and needed it patched up quickly before work. Plaza Tire hooked me up: they patched me up in no time and the cost wasn't too bad. I was afraid I needed a whole new tire, but they took good care of me. I'll be back for my tire needs in the future, thanks to the fast, efficient service and the friendly people who work there.

I had four tires changed on my 2015 GMC Sierra and had some minor vibration issues. Nathan the store manager was more than accommodating to my needs and concerns. Excellent customer service. I d highly recommend this location.

This is my first time visit. I brought in a flat tire. I had made an appointment, and they were on time and the tire was patched very quickly. The staff was extremely friendly. I was very pleased and will return again.

Update....the manager Nathan reached out right away and we were able to agree on a solution for the miscommunication on the shops abilities.Do not go here! Went in last Thursday and asked if they just did tires or also mechanics. They stated both. Told them my car felt like I was driving on a rumble strip. Asked them to check it out. I wasn't sure if it was tires, struts, rotars... They checked out and stated tires were causing the issue. Went in last night and purchased 4 tires $683 (not a bad price for suburban tires) However car still shook like driving on rumble strip. Immediately went back and told them. They had someone test drive it and come back to say it was the u joints, had nothing to do with the tires and they don't do that type of work. Huh, would have been nice to get that diagnosis when I first came in and would have spent my money on the actual problem. I'm a single women and know little about cars, trusted they would be an honest company but nope saw a target. Thank you Plaza tires.

I went in this morning as a first time customer, and they will have a customer for life. Mike was extremely patient, professional, and accommodating. He answered all of my questions, and there were many, he went above and beyond to help me. The level of service he (and Lisa) provided was exceptional. Edwardsville needed a tire store with this level of professionalism and honesty!!

Walked in, no appointment. Lady at counter friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed my tire while I waited, screw in tire. Guy who fixed tire did it quickly and was very pleasant. Would use them again, but hopefully won't need r

The Glen Carbon, IL store manager was very welcoming, polite and professional. Even applied a concession for me at the time of check out and really made my day. I will be returning for all of my tire needs.

I was happy with the service and the time it took to get all of the work done. Mike Tipton is top of the line with helping with the decisions and sales. The mechanic Jake explained each step of the way. The shop is very clean and I will definitely be going back.

Being a female I hate going to dealerships and car repair shops. Plaza Tire is totally different. These guys took me out to my car and showed me just how seriously unsafe it was to drive my car. With no other choice I had to drive home. They told me to get there when I get there the next day and they would take care of the issues! And that they did. I was on my way in no time and couldn t believe the difference. They treated me like royalty! From the salesperson to the assistant manager to even the manager I felt that they cared. Plaza Tire in Edwardsville is top notch!

I brought them a brand new set of wheels and tires. Set of SSR spikes front and rear. I also brought them a set of Hoosier 275 drag radials and a set of Mickey Thompson sportsmen fronts. They mounted and balanced them for my S10. They did amazing, not a mark on them. That's very hard to do, especially when they are black coated. Dobbs down the road wouldn't touch them, because I didn't buy my stuff from them. I will definitely be back again.

I made an appointment online 4 days prior to the scheduled date and time. Quote was given, thought that was a great deal. Well unfortunately my bad experience started as soon as I get there. I check in and they say they don't have all four tires in stock. After some time the person at the desk came back with an offer trying to discount more expensive to price match the original tires, and then tells me the original quote didn't include the mounting and balancing charges. So after thinking it over I still decided to go ahead and attempt to get the tires. My appointment was @ 10 and I was there at 9:45. I left my keys and decided to run some errands in hopes that it would be done by the time I was done. Well after my errand I came back and noticed my car was in the same parking spot they hadn't even pulled my car into the bay at this time it was 11:45 almost 2 hours after my appointment time. No courtesy call to let me know they were running behind. I came asked for my keys and all they had to say to me was we are 2 people down.Key take away moments for whoever manage this and reviews this companies review1st make sure IT updates your website to include all charges in quote that way people are not blindsided by extra fees.2nd if someone has an appointment that day make sure all requested tires are in stock.3rd if someone arrives for an booked appointment time and you know you are 2 people short, it would be professional and courteous to let that person know that there is high probability that there is no chance of getting the tires installed in a timely manner as booked.4th when that person come in and is reasonable wanting their keys back, make an effort to reschedule to make sure that person is a priority another day since it was your business that failed every step of the way to fulfill the work.Very unprofessional and do not care about their customers time.

Shopped around for truck tires and found Plaza Glen Carbon the place to purchase. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was right and we actually got a better tire than we were looking for. 4 tires and alignment out the door in under 2 hours. Going back for Jeep tires in the spring.

The team at Plaza were friendly and efficient. I had to have new tires mounted after one of mine was destroyed by something on the highway. They were able to get me in and had the new tires in place within the hour. They explained everything well with attention to my questions. I had a good experience with Plaza.

Nothing but professional, efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. With no pressure! After getting new brakes, rotors, tires wipers, brake fluid flush and oil change for my 2017 GMC Acadia Denali, I can say their personal service, attention to detail and technology is top notch.

Bought tires at Sam s made the appointment went to the appointment 2 weeks later only to be told they don t have the equipment to remove tires on aftermarket rims?!!! Drove over to Plaza to check them out and they said, yeah we got them in stock. We can put them on and you will be outta here in less than a hour! Boom done and that was that! Highly recommend.

Needed a tire swapped to a new wheel due to a dent. Dealership wanted an absolutely ridiculous $500, these guys did it for $41. Took them 10 minutes and I ll be coming back for any other tire problems

This group of workers at this location is fantastic, I ve had both vehicles of mine in for different work and they have always gone the extra mile to do good work at a very reasonable price, I would recommend this tire shop to anyone that needs work from something as simple as a valve stem to more serious work such as inner and outer tie rods, you wont find a more willing and able group of people to do the job right the first time
