Everyone who worked there was so helpful. The manager tested my battery and put it in for me. The employees were knowledgeable and gave excellent customer service. 100% go here. If you have the choice between O'Reilly or their competitor, I can say this store is the place to go. At their competitor's store, I always feel like I'm inconveniencing them when I ask for any assistance or help. O'Reilly in Edwardsville makes you a priority :)

Terrific service from Doug. Spent time figuring out why my headlights weren t working, checked fuses and installed new bulbs for me. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Great store. I'm amazed at the parts inventory on hand. Recently needed to replace the inside door handle for my daughter's model year 2009 Chevy and they had it! Price was great as well. My Genesis uses a unique oil filter and they carry it. Staff has always been knowledgeable. I like O'Reilly the best out of all the parts store in this area.

The staff at O'Reilly's On North Buchanan are really great. I went in to get parts for my new/used car and I thought I was going to have to spend $600 to $700. Well the employees went looking for discounts...they saved me a large chunk of change. Thanks Kristin and Tyler.

Mason is truly the best! My husband called and explained our daughter needs a battery in her car and will need assistance. Mason said no worries he was glad to help. Mason did help he went above and beyond to ease our worries about the battery! Mason thank you very much! Your kindness did not go unnoticed!

Just went in to get a diagnostic on my check engine light. ECM detected that the thermostat was faulty. O'Reilly Auto Parts staff were able to identify the issue and pulled the recommended thermostat for my Dodge pickup. Thank you all very much!

Knowledgeable employees for a new place. They had what I wanted and at a reasonable price. I was looking for a seat belt extender. Not what I would consider a popular item. Keep up the good work.

Make sure you do not lose your battery core receipt or you will be offered $10 instead of $22! I m glad I scan receipts with QuickBooks or else I d be SOL for 4 batteries.

I got an air filter and they could have been nicer and they had to order it it's k&n. They even put it in for me cuz I'm handicapped I can't walk on my foot.

Always have great service here. Wish they'd run auto zone across the street out of buisness. Auto zone charge alot more and have horrible service and order yoy the wrong parts. Always come here !!

I am extremely disappointed in O'REILLY AUTO PARTS. A friend and l were replacing the front wheel brakes on his van. We went to O'REILLY AUTO PARTS for brake pads. We gave the attendant the necessary information concerning the van and into his computer he went. He came up with the parts and away we went. Drove eleven miles back home just to discover that he had sold us the wrong brake pads. We were not happy campers. This mistake caused us more than two hours of lost time.
