I purchased a motorcycle battery about 7 months ago, a $160 battery. It was 1 or 2 months out of warranty. It was replaced no charge! Excellent customer service

Bought a battery for riding mower April of 2022. Get home to find that it s dead and from August 2020. I came back the next day after leaving a 2 star review and they exchanged the battery and gave me a gift card.

Needed auto paint and had it made up at the store. Salesman very nice. Some parts on the expensive side thou.

My car battery died in a parking lot near Napa. the gentleman working drove his car over to the parking lot to help me jump it. no questions asked, I just needed help getting back to work and they were so helpful. thank you, Napa!

The service is terrible. Employees ignore customers, when the phone rings they only pick up enough to say hold on and hang up. Even when asking if any one is available they just say, no you can wait. Very poor customer care. Don't go here.

The staff is always helpful, and I appreciate that they stock a bunch of special fluids for my European cars.

Stood for almost 10 minutes before anyone came from the back, price of terminals was 6.00 bucks I could of got elsewhere for about 2 -3 bucks not to happy with price but needed to get going
