I was very happy with the work and turn around time on my wheels and tires. Dropped them off in the late morning and they were done early afternoon without an appt. I'll be back to get my truck tires done there as well. Fair pricing and treatment unlike others around.

this place has a very family freindly vibe. trustworthy workers that are up front honest. i was in and out less than an hour. the tech that worked on my car was also really nice kind kept everything clean a true proffesional. ill keep coming here for sure

Wow, I'm very impressed with Jerry's after using them today. I will go back for all my tire needs going forward. I sent my teenage daughter to a different tire vendor in town yesterday to get a nail pulled out of her tire. I instructed her to tell them she needed her tire plugged. After nearly a two hour wait, she was told it couldn't be repaired and they tried to sell her a new tire. Bottom line is she left there with the emergency spare installed on her car and they threw the tire and the rim (separately) in her trunk. She came home telling me it couldn't be repaired. I ordered a tire that night on Jerry's website. I knew I didn't want to go back to the other vendor based on my daughter's horrible experience. I dropped the car at Jerry's this morning and told them I would pick it up at the end of the day. They said the tire was in stock and all was good... and it was cheaper than the tire quoted at the other shop to my daughter. But here's where the story gets interesting. Thank God the other tire was still in the trunk. Mike from Jerry's called me, he said the tire could be easily repaired. I said, "are you sure" and he said "yes, we will just plug it for you, and you can come pick it up." I was astonished by his honesty. My wife and daughter went to pick it up and he didn't even charge us. Holy cow! Customer for life.

Wow I can't say enough good about Jerry's tire!! Let's just start by saying I'm last minute for everything with a busy work life it's been hard to get tires. I called Jerry's they had the tires I wanted with the road hazard i needed. They had us in next day!!! But it gets better when we got there I checked in and before we was seated they had our truck in the shop and in the air. These guys don't waste no time. We had an appointment at the dmv and these guys worked there butts off to get us out the door in time. We can't thank Jerry's tire and crew enough they made our tire buying experience quick cost effective and worry free! We will not hesitate to use or refer them again! Thanks again guys for the awesome work!!!

Friendly; on time; and competitive pricing. I am especially appreciative that they care enough about their customers to require masks and social distancing. When I went in to get a bid, and when I went back to get my tires installed, I did not see any employees who were not wearing masks.

Excellent service from start to finish! I got a quote over the phone after the gentleman recommended tires that would work with how I use my car and had an appointment scheduled for 12/30. I was able to bring in my car the same day I made my appointment, 12/27, after calling back to let them know one tire was now flat and would just make it to their shop after I put a bit more air in it. My car was finished on 12/29, a day early! I didn t need the car, and let them know when I turned over the key, but they were able to get it done ahead of time. The quote I received over the phone was exactly what I paid. Everyone is very nice there and they have great customer service! Highly recommend Jerry s Tires if you re in need of new tires!

We have always been satisfied customers of Jerry's Tires but recently I had a very unexpected emergency. Even though they were short-handed that day, they helped me out. Got me on the road & were very kind. Shout out to manager Chris.

Amazing. Had driven to edwardsville and gotten something in the tire that was causing it to lose air. We still had to get back that night and called everywhere hoping someone could help us and this place was the only place that said they could do it! They had us in and out of there in less than half an hour on such short notice! The staff was superb from the receptionist who made great conversation to the people working in the shop who wished us safe travels and were happy to do the job so close to closing time! Thank you so much and I look forward to coming back for any reason I can!

Great experience Jerry s Tire WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!I should have done this review several months ago. We bought a relatively expensive set of tires for our car. We didn t like the road noice. After 3 months, Jerry s convinced Michelin to give us another style tire/tread pattern for a small fee and our probably was solved.

I've known the couple who owns this place for many years. They'll always let their customers know what they need or don't need, charge very fair prices (they'll never charge for anything you don't need and ask first if you want to repair things outside of what you request), and you will get top-quality care for your vehicle there. I got my car fully tuned up (new tires, filters replaced, axles and steering inspected, etc.) before moving out to Phoenix (a 1500 mile drive) and my car drove beautifully. Judy and Brian Lee are amazing people and know what they're doing. Both of the mechanics named Chris are absolute experts in their trade. I would recommend Jerry's for tires, oil changes, or any other car fixes (engine, steering, axles, brakes, etc.) over any other place not only in the Glen-Ed area, but even over any other place anywhere in the STL region. Also, free tire rotation with every oil change if you get your tires from them. Truly impeccable service. I'll genuinely miss servicing my car there.

Decided to give them a try for the first time when it was time for new tires. The entire staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. Fast service, fair prices, and quality work! Excited to try other services from them as well, and will be going here from now on!

Reliable, great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and just top notch!We have been taking our vehicles to Jerry's for about 30 years. They have always done a great job of taking care of us. They always provide fast and dependable service. They provide fair pricing at a great value. We own a small business in the area, and have a small fleet of service vehicles, they have always done a great job of limiting our downtime by going the extra mile to repair our vehicle(s) in an expedited manor! The staff from Brian, Judy, Keith, Mike, and Chris have always provided that small hometown friendly appeal that makes you feel comfortable knowing your vehicle is in good hands. It can be very difficult to find a reliable and trustworthy service company. Do yourself a favor and trust Jerry s with your vehicles by taking that uneasiness out of the equation.

We've used Jerry's for years. These are some if the nicest folks around. They consistently provide excellent, professional customer service and do great work. I've never felt that they were "selling up" and have always been treated very well and respectfully. Highly recommend Jerry's!

Jerry's always does excellent work. The staff are honest, straight forward, and helpful. They never try to sell you a service or repair you don't need. I have 100% confidence in them. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I recommend them to all all my friends and family. This is based on more than 20 years of doing business with them.

I love this place! I have the worst luck with tires, they have helped me so much they know me by name. They are extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. They may not be the cheapest out there but they're very upfront and honest and do great work so it's worth the slight upcharge I might have to pay. It's basically the only place I'll go for tires or for an oil change.

I've been a customer for more than 20 years. Quality of work is consistently excellent and the staff is exceptional, extremely knowledgeable and patient. I've never witnessed an employee be anything less than professional and courteous with customers. If I could make one recommendation as a customer of more than 20 years, it would be for more comfortable seating in the waiting area. The chairs have been there at least 20 years.

Ran over a screw which put a leak in my tire, called them and was able to drop my car off that night. By that afternoon they had patched the tire and when I picked it up it was free of charge.Service was also incredibly friendly if you wanna be greedy and ask for anything more than a free tire repair.

I have been going here for over 4 years now after living in other places and using other shops for my car needs. This place is by far the best. They always seem to have the customer's needs as their primary concern. They will not recommend that you pay for unnecessary parts or services. They also seem to sell quality components. If anything goes wrong they go out of there way to make it right. They are always very friendly and reasonable. It has been a great find for me.

Yesterday started off with a tire catastrophe and I was in desperate need of new tires. After price checking a few places I called Jerry's tire sales and was happy with the prices and options I was given. They also told me they could get me in at 9 or 10 am that same day and I called at 8 am when they opened. I took the 9am appointment and they were done by 9:45am. I was impressed with their professionalism and the quick turnaround it took them to get my vehicle in and fixed.
