Came here a long time ago after getting burned out of a lot of money by a local Meineke; Steve and his team have been incredible from the start. They turned that issue I'd been having around and I've been going back for all of my repairs and maintenance needs since. I cannot overstate how reasonable their prices are, how thorough they are, or how easy they are to work with.

This place is great place to take your vehicles! Trustworthy business. The owner and employees are friendly and give you all the information about what they re doing, how they do it, and why. Quick but thorough! Fair prices and they know their stuff! Thanks guys!

It is a great experience. I like taking my car to Jack's 66 because they know what they are doing. The ce crew will also let you know if they have found something else wrong with the vehicle.

I tried this shop after seeing several good recommendations. They were able to look at my car the day after I called them. They gave me an estimate the same day I dropped off car. I don't think they tried to oversell me anything my car didn't need. Pricing was comparable to other repair shops, maybe a little less. I'd consider them again for future work.

The staff at Jack s 66 perform excellent work. The owner Steve is great and he is very fair in his prices. He has never tried to scam or short change me. I would recommend this shop to everyone!!!!

Went to get a battery for my car and they took me right in and took care of business for me and were very honest and fair. I will definitely return to have other work done on my car and would definitely recommend them to others.

Putting this up for my aunt and uncle since they were spreading the news about Jacks 66 auto repair once they arrived in Georgia to see us. They left their home in Iowa headed to Georgia for two highschool graduations. Along the way their van AC stopped working in the heat of the day. They were forced to find a business that day and hope to have the AC fixed and dollars left for the trip . After a google search they placed a phone call to Jacks 66 and they said they may be able to look at it same day. Upon arrival they pulled the van in and the technician realized the compressor was over charged. Fantastic experience and only charged them the labor and my aunt and uncle were provided great conversation along the way while the repair was being made. Thank you to Jacks 66!

My daughter, who is a student, called a few other shops and was treated rudely over the phone. Jack's was very nice to her, helped her with the tow, and fixed her car quickly for a reasonable price. I will recommend them to everyone. Thanks for the great service!

Can't say enough good things about these guys. They fixed my wife's Camry up no problem and are extremely transparent and fair about pricing. And in this economy that is extremely important.

Have had a few different vehicles serviced and repaired here. The price is right, the service time was great, and all the employees seem knowledgeable and more than competent. From the beginning I knew this was an amazing company! The owner, Jack took me to my house as my car had broken down. Then Steve called to give me some not so good news on my car, but took initiative to contact my car manufacturer and discovered my car may be covered under manufacturer warranty. They took time to evaluate my car and yet did not charge anything for their time and service! Not too often you experience this type of customer service! I would highly recommend Jacks to anyone who appreciates exceptional service from start to finish!

Honest, helpful and quick. We were originally told it would be several days before they could even look at the car. They called they day it was dropped off and conferred with my husband that triaged the issue as best he could 90 minutes away with info from a 20 year old college student. A call back confirmed the suspected diagnosis. The car was done that day and at a fair cost. Communication was outstanding and even let the kid pick the car up after hours. If your student is at SIUE and has car issues, do not hesitate to call Steve and trust that you will be treated fair and with respect. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

This is by far the best auto shop I've ever visited. They've treated me fairly during every visit, and they have never tried to upsell me with extra services. We have been living in Il for 3 years now and we only take our cars here. They're honest and reasonably priced. I drive my cars until the wheels fall off so when I had to buy a new van I new my old one was DONE! because they did all they could to keep me rolling. My new van needed a new radiator hose and if course they fixed it in no time!

I ve been using the services at Jack s 66 for over 20 years. These guys are great. Friendly, professional and honest. They ll work hard to diagnose the problem and get it fixed right. Couldn t ask for a better place to take my cars. Excellent service at very reasonable prices. I've had several instances where another shop will quote prices way above this place or even quote work that this place says doesn't need done. They're very honest - they only do work that needs done and charge fair prices! I'm moving away this summer, but still plan to drive 50+ miles to have my cars worked on here.

I've taken my car to big franchises for the past several years and was told I needed over $2500 worth of work on things that I just had done a couple of months ago. I brought my car in to have them inspect it and they gave me an honest opinion and did not try to up sale me on anything. I highly recommend these guys to anyone in the area!!

I'm very pleased with the kind treatment and careful service that I received from this shop. Steve & his son were very helpful and kind when I found myself caught in a bind. It's refreshing to be taken care of rather than taken advantage of and I will be recommending this shop from now on.

i can't even begin to say what a great team of men this station embodies. Recently I had a timing chain break and the car was stuck in St. Louis with my son who was driving. Dominic went over and beyond what a shop would normally do to get the car back to his shop. Their customer service is beyond an A+. Our city is lucky to have this business in town.Thanks for all you have done and we will most assuredly be return customers.

Dom and Steve are extremely understanding and do everything they can to help! My car was in and out of the shop for 3 months and they helped me through getting it fixed as I have little knowledge of cars.
