Amazing service yet again! My husband was out of town and I was unable to drop our car off and they gave me a ride home! They truly go above and beyond. Reasonable prices and quick service! 10/10 recommend!

As always, Terry Leichsenring and his team provided quality service. When getting an oil change (at another location) I was advised I needed to get 4 new tires and an alignment. Terry gave me my options and assisted with choosing the best tires for my vehicle. His team members made sure I was safely driven to and from their location so that I wouldn t miss work while they replace my tires and did an alignment on my vehicle. I highly recommend this location!

I had an emergency needed help with a belt and it was closing time for them. I called and they squeezed me in anyway no issue. That's great customer service. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Today I took my Dodge Charger to Dobbs for the first time. It won t be the last. I called yesterday and talked to Eric. He recommended a set of Goodyears. I m glad he did. I ve been a Michelin fan for years but these tire feel just as comfortable.I had all four tires replaced. They checked other parts like the belts and hoses and said they are in good condition.I had taken the car to a different mechanic for an oil change on Monday and they recommended replacing the tires, belts and hoses. They also recommended a set of Michelins that didn t have the correct speed rating for my car. They were also going to cost over $500 more for the set.Eric at Dobbs made sure I bought the correct tires for my Charger at a fair price and didn t recommend work I don t need right now.

Ready to leave for Alabama and walked out to flat tire. Could not be happier with the service I received from Dobbs. Despite them being booked with appointments, they took my car right in and repaired the tire. Great fast friendly service. Thanks again!

I have searched, long and hard to find someone who is reliable and honest when it comes to taking care of my vehicles happy to say, I found my crew. These guys always take the time to communicate not only the problem, but solid recommendations on how to move forward whether it puts money in their pockets or not. They go above and beyond and even had the mechanics take the time to show me exactly what they see and what problems they ran into, I highly recommend this location.

Excellent service, great people! Got me in quickly on short notice with super fast turnaround on a battery issue. Did not try sell me unnecessary services. I am going back for tires and oil change tomorrow! Highly recommend!

Make sure you look your vehicles over before you pay for any dings, dirt and parts missing! Had a set of tires put on and they didn't put the valve stem caps back on. Minimal, but should have been checked before it came out of the bay! If you have a technical question, Terry will be the one to talk to!! He's the only one behind the desk that has the knowledge to explain a wheel alignment or any in-depth question you may have! The rest just know how to take your order and Bill you in the end!

Amazing late Friday afternoon I hit some debris on the highway and it knocked a shield loose and it was dragging on the road . I went to Dobbs and they tied it up for very quickly until I can take it in for a repair. I appreciate their professionalism and very quick and helpful service! I definitely will go back.

Update: the store manager called me after seeing this review, and he apologized for the employee that I had this experience with. He was out of the office when it happened.I've always had a wonderful experience, until my last one. I tried to make an appointment, because the website says you can make an appointment. The guy gave me a day to bring it in (2 weeks later), but just said "oh just bring it in between 7-9 am." He would not allow me to make an appointment for a specific time. Once I dropped it off, I asked for a time estimate.... nothing specific, just a general estimate. He was short with me and said "we'll get it done today." He couldn't provide me with a simple estimate of how long it would take, so I was unable to make plans for my day since I was without a vehicle. I just had to wait around for an indefinite amount of time, and it ended up taking them over 2 hours just to look at the brakes. I'm sorry, but they should allow people to make an appointment for a specific time and then give an estimate on how long a particular service will take. Anyone that comes in after that on a walk in basis can get in the back of the line. Even better would be an app with a queue to tell you where you are in line and to let you track the service until done.Anyway, I ended up going to Mark Muffler instead. It was about $100 cheaper there and they let me make an appointment and let me know how long it would take. They were incredibly kind and not rude or short like Dobbs was. Also, Dobbs charged me $75 just to look at my issue. Mark Muffler inspected it at no charge.

I had a blowout on the highway, I called the store and they had a tire ready when I got there. I was in and out in 30 mins! Great experience from the Edwardsville and Collinsville stores

Fantastic customer service. Excellent communication about the needs and recommends of my vehicle. Manager John is professional, thorough and really takes the time to go over all options and find what works best for us. I ll always drive the extra miles to go to this location. It surpasses customer expectations by leaps and bounds!

I am more than happy with the excellent service I received! First, they were understanding when I had to cancel and reschedule several service appointments as my vehicle was with the dealer waiting on parts for a month. And when it was time to bring it in they went out of their way to accommodate me on a busy Saturday so I could head out on vacation truly a rare find these days! The staff was caring, pleasant and courteous. Dobbs, you ve made me a loyal customer!

Terry & his crew are honest and tell it to you how it is. They will not do anything to your car unless you specifically ask them to. Whether it be a diagnosis, simple flat repair, or check up, they have helped me every time and given the best advice! Great to have them so local to SIUE!

Mr. Terry Leichsenring of Dobbs Tire & Auto Center in Edwardsville, IL took amazing care of my car in an extremely timely and efficient manner while displaying the utmost compassion and respectful demeanor toward me . He was amazing! Most auto places would take advantage of a woman who is admittedly clueless about auto mechanics and overcharge and/or add unnecessary items to the list of what needs to be fixed. Not Mr. Terry and his amazing staff! They were helpful, kind and honest, yet realistic about the repairs that were needed for my vehicle. I am extremely grateful for their excellent customer service and impressed with the overall wonderful quality of their work! Thank you gentlemen for all you do!!!

Every time I go into Dobbs, they are upfront and honest by far the greatest employees in service and business. I would recommend them to anyone, Terry, Eric, John, Matt, Ryan, are by far some of the greatest businessman and mechanics in the area.

Wednesday morning on my way to work I happen to run over something dropped by the truck in front of me which affected both tires on my passenger side. My rear tire was flat in 30 seconds. I brought the tire into dobbs around 9:00 by the time I got the spare on and back on the road. They were quick to retrieve the tire and evaluate the front tire which was in need of a patch as well. They had a busy day but they took time at the end of their day to patch both tires re Mount them, reset the sensors and replaced my spare back under my vehicle and never once made me feel like I inconvenienced them. They turned what started out as a very bad day into a better day. I highly recommend this facility for all your vehicle needs.

I love this place! Took my car in for an oil change and for a weird smell coming through my vents. They cleaned out my air conditioning system and got rid of the smell. They were also really quick!

I rarely leave reviews, but this particular Dobbs has saved me in a pinch so many times, I have lost count! They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all, they do not overcharge. They also have the best warranties on their parts & labor. They truly care about their customers! Thank you once again!

My skid plate popped off on my way home from a long drive. I called Dobbs and they offered to remove it the same day for free! Also, without having to ask, they replugged my leaking tire. After all this, they pulled my car up to the front of the building simply because it was cold outside. Great service overall, I could not be more grateful.
