Older gentleman at the counter was very nice, helped me check my oil and add more to it. Didn t judge me! If a girl asks for help confirming her oil level, people make fun of her it seems, but this man didn t and made me feel like I was doing the right thing. Very knowledgeable and attentive. Store was clean and organized. Had exactly what I needed and in multiple options at that. Parking lot was clean. Very convenient location!

Staff were kind enough to show me what size wiper blades I needed. I wish they would have offered to help me change them though. They had a lot of wiper blades, but most of the options for the sizes I needed were out of stock. Only ones left to choose from were the more expensive options.

Very helpful employees that truly care about you as a customer. They will even try to save you money by selling you refurbished parts (this once saved me $200 on an alternator), it s honestly refreshing to have a business that cares enough to find good deals and doesn t screw the customers. They offer many services free of charge and don t pressure you to buy anything (unlike Valvoline). They will install many parts free of charge and for this and many reasons they are my one stop shop for car parts.

I went in to do a return and my card used did not match the card used on the receipt. It turns out when you pay with Apple Pay it may show as a different card . The guy servicing me was very rude and pretty much told me since my card didn t match he couldn t refund me even though I was showing him the transaction history on my app from the purchase. I asked could he call the location I purchased the item from and he refused and told me he couldn t help me . I myself called the location and they told me exactly what the issue was and to return to the location to continue my return. I felt so disrespected I decided to go to a different location . I am also a black female who strongly feels that was underlying issues as to why he did not look into my obstacles further . I will not be returning to this location ever again .

Zero stars. Each time I ve been in this store the past couple of years, they don t ask if you need a bag and they don t ask if you have a rewards card. Now I only come to Autozone for convenience than need.

Just want to say this store is great if you get ahold of the right person. I just recently purchased 2 Rain-X Advantage Silicone Wiper Blades for my 16 JEEP Grand Cherokee and low and behold, 1 just disappeared??? Took it there and talked with Tim. He looked at it and had never seen what happened to me, ever happen to anyone. Tim was helpful and kind & got it replaced immediately. Big KUDOS goes out to Tim.

Their staff took the time to check my vehicle's error code, found the failed part I needed, saving me $$$. I usually notice they help other customers in their parking lot as well. Always my first stop with an auto problem.

Came in the morning AND afternoon of the 17th in July after discovering my positive car battery terminal was corroded to the point of turning into dust. Not only did the staff show understanding in the situation they even installed a new terminal for me to make it easy and simple. Kudos to the staff and thanks again!

Got BIG MAD when my dog walked in there with an erection. Did not even provide the happy ending service. Waste of time!

Very disappointed. Went in for 2 things and one item we were told it basically didn't exist (despite it needing to be replaced in my boyfriend's car) and one item we were given wrongly. Not impressed at all. By hiring people who don't know what they're doing you lost money and customers. Will not go back.

Ordered a windshield wiper switch/multifunction switch from here and when it came in I installed it and it was broken from day one. Left blinker would stick on and not shut off and the wipers choose whatever speed they wanted when they did turn on. Product was not a Motorcraft. Wo I went into the store and ordered a Motorcraft one to replace and swap out for this one. Waited a couple days for it and when it finally comes in the product is not Motorcraft and the product was not even the product I needed. Was for something completely different. They argued with me saying it was right and as anyone could see a window switch doesn't work for a wiper switch and it wasn't even the brand I ordered either. Exchanged everything in for a full refund and took my money to oriellys and they took care of me that day and was 35 bucks cheaper. Moral of the story is shape with oriellys. Autozone always messes up and charges more. Save yourself the headache

Great experience with this location. I didn t know how to fix my car, what was wrong, or who to take it to, but Tim was extremely helpful, & knowledgeable. He had to order a part, which came in quickly, & referred me to the right person who could fix it. 10/10 would work with this location again. Thank you!

We went in for 1 item. There were three employees working. One was outside helping someone. One was standing behind the counter off to the side and appeared to be doing nothing. The other person was being cashier , helping everyone find things, and answering the phone. This is absolutely ridiculous. The line was very long and wait time 20 to 30 minutes for one item. Seriously disappointed. I will take my business elsewhere.

First day of our family vacation and battery light came on while on the highway. Coasted into AutoZone on a Sunday. The gentlemen in the store were extremely helpful locating a towing/auto repair company Hamel Sales & Services. On our way the next day. Thanks so much for your help!

The employees are great here! My old Miata s horn started honking by itself when I pulled into their parking lot and one of their staff came out and disconnected the horn which to my relief stopped the honking. I really appreciated him going above and beyond!

A big thank you to Bill Welch for going out his way to help me get the right gas can and hose attachment after running out of gas. I walked to the store and told Bill my situation and he offered to take me to get gas and back to my car. We realized I needed a special hose for my gas tank and he even drove me back to the store to get that. He put the gas in the car for me and everything I am so appreciative of his help! Thank you Bill in Edwardsville for your top notch customer service today!!

Clerk thought it was better to spend time explaining lug nuts to a fellow in stead of checking out the four customers standing in line. Clerk could care less if we made a purchase or not. We walked out as did 2 other customers.

Really helpful guy assisted me with finding things for my oil change. Efficient and knew his stuff. What I needed was in stock.Prices are very inflated. 5 quarts of oil is maybe 25% to 33% cheaper at Walmart. This place does have a wider selection of other auto parts though.

Only went for a cheap lawnmower battery. They tried to sell me the more expensive one for twice as much. Next I just needed one bolt and nut to attach the cable to the battery. The best they had was a box of 3 bolts for over $3.00 and a separate box of 4 nuts, another $3.00 +. I think they saw me coming. Too bad I was in a hurry. The bolt and nut added 1/4 more to the price of the battery.

Always chose this store because it was close. Had bad experience a few times with a lazy employees, or at least employees whom are too "busy" to give customer service. Today was horrible. They lady who was tryi.g to help was wonderful, but needed help from.others to get clarification on a part I needed. The guys she asked gave her half answers and didn't even listen to the whole question. She eventually got frustrated and got a different t guy to assist. He started off by explaining ing what he thought I needed. When I clarified what we needed he explained to me the engine layout and where plug one was. I explained I had just checked the engine as instructed by the other guy, and confirmed my original belief of which side was bank one. He told me I was wrong. Didn't even ask if I was sure. Told me I was wrong. Now guy one comes back over while guy two pulls up diagrams of my engine to show me I'm wrong. His diagrams are not correct and explain that to him. He tells me I'm wrong again. Guy one confirms I'm correct and the diagram is off but tells me bank one is on the opposite side of where I just saw plug one. Guy two now moves to google. I explain what part I need and codes which tell me the most likely parts. They are now engrossed in Google and I ended my ttempt to buys my parts there. Names left out on purpose. Good luck if go here with questions. Save yourself time and go to Google first and then order online.
