I would say everyone is super super friendly and helpful! I love the car I have and that I got! This was my first car purchase so they were great for walking me through everything as a first timer.Travis ensured the process to be easy and smooth for me. They are very nice and helpful with any questions you may have.I definitely recommend Travis!I loveee my forester sport.

Started the shopping on the internet. Was directed to a sales associate with an appointment. The vehicle we were interested in was washed and ready to go with plates for a test drive when we arrived. Was introduced to the sales associate upon arrival. He went over the vehicle and sent us out for a drive. Upon return the sales associate was able to answer our questions. We started the sales process. We had been given a range of what our trade was worth by the Uftring website. I gave it to the sales associate and asked they do a fair deal. About 15 minutes later we were purchasing a new vehicle. The Sales Associate was comfortable to speak with and there were no surprises.

I was treated respectfully with care for what I needed and wanted with a car. John took the time to talk with me and when I picked up the car he was patient and explained it all to me. He then gave me his phone number so I can contact him if I have questions. I will recommend Uftring to all who are looking for a vehicle.

Bought a new Legacy and Bryce made the process as easy as possible with no pressure. We originally ordered one back in November but ended up purchasing a similar Legacy off their lot for a better deal. Bryce was nice to work with and answers all our questions even after we drove it home.

We had very personalized service from Sales Consultant Rob DeBoer. He was patient with us and very knowledgeable while we searched for our next vehicle. Uftring Automall had an large selection of vehicles to drive and select. Overall, we would highly recommend this dealership and Rob especially. Shout out to Finance Manager Matt Fuelberth for his thorough explanation of the warranty products available, also.

Uftring had the exact make model and trim we wanted. Coram(Red) was a great salesman and then trained us on dozens of features and settings. He also walked us over to the service department which was very helpful.

We bought a Subaru crosstrek sport from Dane Stalnaker and we absolutely love it. We shouldn't have waited so long. Dane was very professional and helpful. We came in to drive something used and left with a brand new 2024 instead. That's the 2nd vehicle I've bought from him. I would absolutely recommend Subaru to anyone.

*BEFORE YOU BUY*I am not somebody who leaves Google reviews, but want people to be aware of the type of business that is done here. I attempted to purchase a vehicle from Uftring Even went as far to put a $500 hold on a vehicle that was in transit. I was told that they (Bryce in sales) needed my social security number to look up my credit to put the vehicle on hold; apparently this is standard. I specifically asked if it was a hard inquiry and was assured it was not and apparently required for the hold.1 hard inquiry later On December 14th, we respectfully couldn t come to an agreement on a final price of the vehicle and I asked for the return of $500 hold. I was told it would take 2-3 business days. Five days passed, I figured it was just taking awhile. I texted Bryce, letting him know I still hadn t received the $500.The next day, I received a picture of the $500 refund confirmation. The date of the refund transaction was December 21st, a week after I asked for the return; why did this take a reminder five days later and would the money have been returned if there was no checking in? Who knows. I try to see the best in situations like these, but I genuinely felt that I was being misled from the first conversation.Side note Ended up driving a little further to Serra Subaru in Champaign to purchase a vehicle and was nothing but pleased. I also had put the car on hold there; no social security number asked for and no hard credit check done; despite this being standard at Uftring.

This is my 3rd Subaru. I will continue to go to Uftring, and I look forward to working with Red in the future.

I recently purchased a used car from Uftrings in East Peoria, I had 3 big takeaways most positive 1 negative from my visit, 1st is the inventory.There was a ton of selection available both new and used, and a lot of variety of makes and models. 2nd is our salesman Kendall was an awesome guy to work with, sometimes going to dealerships you have to deal with those sleazy sales person types and Kendall is far from that, seemed very genuine in trying to discover our needs and what exactly we were looking for and in the future we will definitely be back to work with him, he even came in on his day off to help us out and also stayed after hours for us. The 3rd which is the one negative thing I would have to say about our experience was the sales manager emailing me back and fourth trying to work out a deal, felt like he was very condescending in our exchange, I understand that as my situation was probably more difficult to accommodate than others however I didn t appreciate it. Other than that we had a fantastic experience with Uftrings.

Initial impression not very good. Walked in and not a soul around for at least 10 minutes. Was going to just leave when a salesman walked in with another customer. Totally ignored us so I finally asked if someone could help us. Once assisted, everything went smoothly and landed up purchasing a car.

I had a wonderful experience with Uftring Subaru. I was nervous about buying a used car and they took great care of me. Dave Koehne was my sales person and he provided great customer service. I found a used Subaru that I love. The Uftring team was able to find a bank offering a loan payment that worked with my teacher's budget. At the urging of my co-worker, I had my car inspected by a local mechanic and it passed with flying colors. It's been a week with my new car and I just love it so much. I highly recommend Dave Koehne and this dealership.

What a fun experience! We worked with Bryce, who was knowledgeable about Subaru s and made the process enjoyable with no pressure. Bryce was professional as well as patient with us old folks! He was helpful in helping us obtain the Subaru we wanted and when our vehicle arrived, walked us through all of the features and perks that came with our car. My past experience with buying a car was like pulling a tooth, a needed procedure but painful. Bryce made the whole experience fun and we obtained our dream cat.
