I ve taken my Fusion to a different Ford dealership many many times in the past. Truthfully, I haven t had such a pleasant and easy experience like I have with Uftring. They re very thorough with a very nice staff. My car was out of commission due to a recall the previous dealership did not relay. They were able to come fix it within a week with their mobile service, and also pointed out another recall that needed fixed along with their full inspection to pin point a couple of minor fixes to be done.I d recommend them to anyone.

Very poor experience start to finish for my first time utilizing their services. I have never written a negative review in my life. I will just detail the events of what happened and I why I recommend avoiding this place.I booked a "comprehensive service" appointment online with a shuttle.When I arrived as the first car in the service bay, I was met with "Are your keys in it because someone will have to move it." I apologized and let them know it was my first time there. I moved my car and then waited for a service representative, all of whom seemed very interested in avoiding eye contact.Eventually, I started the check-in process and was asked if I was there for a tire rotation. I explained that I had booked the comprehensive service appointment, my car was due for the 30,000-mile service, and had some software updates. I was told the software updates take took long and wouldn't be done that day. I would have to make a new appointment.Next, I was asked if I would be waiting for my car. I explained I had booked a shuttle. The representative looked over their shoulder briefly, told me the shuttle didn't appear to be there, and I would have to wait. There was no direction on where to wait, what to do, or how long it would be. Thankfully, the shuttle driver was a wonderful Saint and took me home.Thirty minutes later, I received a call that my vehicle was done. I was sort of confused that the comprehensive service didn't take any time at all but made my way back. On arrival, I was again met by three representatives adamant on not making eye contact with me until I eventually just approached and asked for my car back.This exchange included being handed a key with no tag and the statement "hopefully this is yours." And then after check out being told "I'm good" and then me having to awkwardly ask.. "so where's my car?" Only to be met with "...what color is it?"

Had to get a new security key cut and programmed. Glad I ordered the key online. $40 to cut the key and $80 to program it seemed a bit much but, compared to buying 1 from Ford it was a quarter of the cost. Everyone was great and got me in and out pretty quickly.

They had my truck for 2 1/2 weeks. went to pick up Tue. Paid 1000. Got 5 min. way and it died. same thing it's been doing. They had to come get it. It's now Fri. and nothing. I believe it sits for days at a time that no one is working on it. The plus side, I have a very nice loaner.

The service was outstanding! The oil change was completed quickly and I loved the new feature of the text notifing me that the job was done and I could pay right from the waiting room even before the attendant came in! All they had to do was print a receipt! Great time saving measure!

The mobile service was great. Saved me from having to miss work to have my recall issues resolved. The mobile service tech. I believe Tim was his name, was super nice, and very pleasant.

Scheduled for an oil change - they call to see if I was interested in the valet service. It was wonderful! They picked up my car and brought it back when it was done. They were very prompt and polite. I will definitely use this service again!

Had the Electronic steering rack replaced in my 14 f150. Taylor was great keeping me posted even letting me speak to mechanic when they thought there might be another issue. Great service, keep up the good work.

The gentleman was so nice and easy to talk to. He explained everything and his people did great work. It is so important to have a Ford dealership close to Peoria because the one in town couldn t even rotate my tires. Thank you.

I get all my F-150 service done here and would recommend. I THINK they are competitive on service prices and I KNOW they do quality work. The waiting room is well stocked with great coffee, snacks and free wi-fi so I always wait.

A couple of months ago I purchased a car from East Peoria, Uftring Automall. The staff there was amazing as they were very attentive to what I was looking for in my new vehicle and met all of my expectations!I absolutely love it!I recently had my first service on the vehicle, oil change & tire rotation with a complementary car wash after. I waited in a very nice area where I was offered coffee or water, and service was done in a very timely manner. I would recommend to come here if you re looking to buy a new or used vehicle.! Thank you to the staff and all departments at Uftring for making my new purchase so much easier than I thought it would be!

First of all, I find it hard to believe that they would send me a link to leave them a review. This was by far the worst car buying experience I ve ever had partially by the manufacturer Ford and partially through the dealerships, body shop. I received my brand new truck after ordering it taking nine months to get it, arrived with numerous paint flaws and when their body shop fixed it which took 5 1/2 months in the shop they caused $7000 worth of more damage to it. After a long lengthy process it was bought back through the lemon law.

Time for my oil change, oh and I tried replacing my rear windshield wiper and might have broken it, oh and when I cross a white line on the road my car s steering shakes, especially on merging will you have time for all this. Yes! My service guy was wonderful(so sorry I forgot his name), he asks if I use my turn signals when merging sometimes..he says: hmmm..bet it might be a safety feature letting you know you are not in your lane and not a front end issue .He was correct! After being very embarrassed I was so thankful! Oil was changed, new windshield wiper installed and a simple on and off fixed the shaking! I went in expecting a huge front end repair charge but because of the experience of my service guy, left a very happy, satisfied customer!!

48 hours after picking up my vehicle from Uftring s. It won t start! Had the Works done including new spark plugs. It has been sitting in my driveway since I drove it home on Monday. When I went to use it today it wouldn t start. Battery checks ok. Light flash and clicking noise.Terrible

Valet was 50 mins late. After work was done, had to play phone tag to get ahold of someone because no one answers the phone. Same problem with scheduling. They really need a dedicated person to answer phone and do scheduling only. I drove to the shop once just to schedule an appt. Nothing has changed in 10yrs or more. They have a monopoly in the area after buying up the small dealers and take full advantage of it.

Was surprised that they found 4 of the 8 spark plugs were seized. Had them changed around 50,000 miles and again around 96,000. Was told when they were first replaced that the replaced plugs were made differently an probably would not cause a seizure problem if changed again and soaked with penetrating oil. Still satisfied with the replacement.

My E350 van has 213,000 miles on it. Because of high new car prices It is important to me that I maintain this car and get as many miles as I can possibly get from it. Even though the car is old and slightly rusted, Uftring still treats me as if I was a new car customer. They are probably slightly more expensive than other high quality shops, but it is nice to know they always have the latest in Ford training and they have some very long tenured technicians that are always there to troubleshoot the difficult problems. I do have one small complaint... When they return the car to me the steering wheel had a oily film over it, but I was pushing them to get it done quickly so on the rush this was probably one step they failed to do.

Picked my truck up from being there for almost 2 weeks and battery was dead. Got truck home and went to drive it next day and my touch screen wouldn't work. Brought it back and they had to get it back working for me.

I came in for a safety recall. That particular issue was fixed. But there was a related issue that was not working and I already knew about it. The service advisor mentioned that it wasn t working and they could look at it and see what was up while they had it back there. I guess I m too naive. I said ok. Then they charged me a $75 diagnostic fee. It was real slick. Made it seem like they would take a look and it wouldn t be a big deal. But since I was there for a free service they weren t going to make any money, so they made up for it but being all friendly and helpful and then handing me a bill before I left. The service advisor should have made it clear they weren t really there to help me, they would take a look but they were going to charge me. I d like my $75 back but I m not gonna hold my breath. I will not be going back to Uftring for service, repairs or vehicles. I will not be recommending Uftring to anyone for anything. The Uftring name used to mean something. They cared about the customers. Now they care about lining their pockets. I can find someone else to work on my vehicle that won t scam me for $75 for a 2 minute computer diagnostic.

Fast and they always get me in for service but have asked and been charged for fluid top off only to find windshield wiper fluid still empty. Not sure if there's something broken or if it's not being done.

Been going to a different ford dealership for many many years very very disappointed with the new dealership switch to uftrings for my first visit with oil change and a problem could not be more pleased with the service department they kept me informed of the problem and were very polite!

When I bought the truck,I bought a maintenance plan.Maintenance plan is good until 2025. I had asked for an oil change,new wiper blades,and possible wheel alignment, due to new tires just put on the truck. Was told I needed wheel alignment. $129.95.When I got to dealership to pick up,was told the bill was $284.00. Maintenance plan wasn't recognized,which included oil change and wiper blades. Was gonna get charged twice for these items. Didn't get a truck wash or a coupon for one.Services: Wheel alignment, Wiper blade installation, Oil change
