We had our vehicle towed in unexpectedly and they were more than willing to fix quickly even after finding out there were major problems. They charged us a very fair price. I will definitely recommend them and if in need will go back there again.

Must have caught them in a rough patch. Far less than thrilled. Called on a Monday and made an appointment for Thursday. Was told they would get to it first thing Thursday morning. Dropped the car off Wednesday night and explained the issue. No word Thursday. Then told we d get to it Friday morning. No word Friday. Weekend. Repeated calls Monday. Finally got to the car the following Friday night at closing time.. We picked up the car the next Monday only to have the check engine light almost immediately return, break down, and leave us stranded on the way home. Very clear my concerns were not addressed nor fixed. 10 days and a couple hundred bucks later here we are.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

BAD EVERYTHING GO ELSEWHERE!!!! I was recommended to Tucker Automotive for repair on my vehicle. When taking my car in and hoping to get it back fixed It was not. I had to take it back because there was a popping noise in the steering. Before taking It back I was told by Shaun to drive it over the weekend that it would fix itself. It was getting worse so my fianc� spoke to Shaun who said to bring it back, when taking it back Shaun said it was the struts we said listen to the popping when turning the steering wheel. FINALLY he listened to us and said he would warrant this lower steering rack out and get a new one. Shauna was very rude and told me if it was fixed this time I would have to take it somewhere else. After 3 days guess what it was not fixed.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I was referred to Tuckers b a family member. I had a regular mechanic, but. I had taken a new job offer and isn't. Able to work at this time. I heard Tuckers got Its reputation. Mainly by word of mouth

The tow service they recommended was rather pricy ($75) but the shop itself had a new strut installed on my van in under two business days. The part they used was a $96 strut and they upcharged it to about $250, but they only charged one hour labor for a 2-3 hour job so the price they charged was perfectly fair. If I'm ever in the area and didn't need my vehicle immediately, I'd happily have them work on my vehicle again. They're a busy shop and I completely understand why. Can't go wrong with having them work on your vehicle.

I never go anywhere else! Dan dose a great job with my car and getting back on the road. He is extremely nice and never tries to over sell like some places. I trust him every time! They have been such a great help over the past 5 years.

Dropped my truck off for a misfiring issue and to get the rear shocks replaced, also needed an oil change. Later they advised that I get my rear brakes replaced, told them to go ahead and replace them. Two months later I was finally able to pick up my truck, never replaced the brakes and didn't bother to do an oil change.

We took our Acadia to Tuckers knowing they do quality work and we needed a engine since our timing chain jumped and wrecked the old engine.. Tucker's is the best in the Peoria area to get good honest work.

Fixed ignition control module 218 with labor cheaper than the part would have cost me I would recommend them Sean seems to be a good man

Auto work seemed fair. 2 gift certificates were missing when I got my truck back . $250. What else I can't say I didn't inventory it before I dropped it off. They reimburse me for the one that I had the receipt for. Hard to give that 5 stars.

I wouldn't even offer one star. They have had my vehicle two months with promise after promise of finish dates.... they don't return calls... Customer service is key and if you can't do the job, be honest! It could have been on the road a very long time ago! Highly disappointed as this company was recommended by a family friend.

I mean, they finally figured out what was wrong with my car, but every time it was supposed to be done, the "main guy" wasn't there to finish working on it, and they never bothered to call and tell us it'd be another day. Keep in mind my car has been there for about two weeks now, was supposed to be done Monday. I'll be satisfied it they actually managed to fix the problem

They do a great job at fixing vehicles. I have no complaints there. I did find communication a bit of a disaster and wasn't very pleased with how dirty the inside was left from dirty hands and clothes. It wasn't hard to clean just wasn't what I was expecting. That is the only reason for 4 out of 5

I broke down on the interstate. My F250 was towed the their shop on the recommendation of the tow truck driver.My truck was there about 2 weeks till I was able to trailer it home to Tennessee. They didn't charge me anything.Love those guys.

Dan did a fantastic job replacing my timing chains on a 2010 GMC. My Acadia is running like new again. Pricing was good and the work was done on time.

Left my truck there for a rear differential rebuild, had already boughten the parts. Quoted me 500 bucks for the labor. They waited 2 months just to tell me that it would be easier to buy a new rearend on ebay or somewhere. Even though I had already spent 350 or so on a rebuild kit. They just didn't want to do the extra work. Figured it would be easier to rearend swap it, I could've done that myself but don't have any experience with rebuilding differentials. Very lazy employees. Would not recommend this shop to anyone. Only reason I tried it was because it was down the street. Took my truck to another shop and they said the same thing. That a rebuild wasnt a big deal and they just didn't want to do it.
