I called up Troy after purchasing a 2022 Dodge Challenger to schedule an appointment. He was able to get me scheduled in on very short notice. I had side windows, and the rear window tinted in Ceramic film. The job was completed quickly, and the quality was top notch. In the last year, I have had Mobile Shades tint 5 vehicles for us. We have had them do a total of 11 vehicles over the last several years. All of the vehicles looked great, and Troy has been very accommodating with his scheduling for us. I make two phone calls when purchasing new vehicles, first is to my insurance agent the second is to Mobile Shades. I wouldn't go back repeatedly if it was anything less than perfect. My son has a couple of vehicles in Texas and the film has performed as Troy stated it would. Always a pleasure to see Troy and have him work on our vehicles.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Troy did the front windows in our Pacifica minivan. He matched the rear passenger windows perfectly. Couldn't be happier and it looks great. He even stayed over to accommodate my schedule! Will be getting a quote later this year on a few south & west facing windows in our home.

Had my entire crew cab truck done. Price was fair, and didn t take long to get done (you could honestly wait on your vehicle if you had to). Ended up having a scratch in the tint on one of the windows that I noticed a day or so after it was done. Took it back in and he replaced the whole window (tint) for free in about 20 minutes - no questions asked. Friendly guy who does great work, lifetime warranty, very professional. Great service. Did it pretty quick. Only complaints I have is there is a perfect razor blade mark that conforms perfectly to the door in the tint about 5 inches up from the plastic, passengers door tint has some scuff marks all over it towards the top. The trucks old, and the tint works. Bothered me at first but for the price/timeframe it will do.Very kind man to talk too. Holding up to AZ heat well so far.

This was my first and last visit at this business. I took my new Mercedes GLC to get the front two windows tinted to match the factory tint on the rest of the vehicle. I called and made an appointment in advance and was told that would be no problem!When I arrived, the owner Troy discussed the tinting options and told me that ceramic would be best and described the benefits. I agreed and just asked for a match. He told me he knew the percentage I needed and in hindsight the whole conversation was him telling me what was best without considering my preferences at all. After the tint was placed, (1) I noticed water in the speakers on both car doors. I mentioned this and his response was "it's alright". It was quite dismissive (no apology), blatant disregard, and there had been no effort to protect them. Fortunately, there was no immediate damage that I could detect in sound quality.After leaving the dark garage, (2) I noticed that the tint they placed on was lighter than my factory tint. The shop was closed so I called the next morning to let them know that I was dissatisfied. Troy yet again insisted on telling me what was best for my vehicle by saying "I know you won't like it darker" and "you will get pulled over more if the front is darker". Still, I expressed I was unhappy and if the match could not be perfect, I would prefer the front windows to be darker. (If the possibility of mismatch had been discussed initially I would have conveyed my preference to have the front windows darker than the back) Troy told me there were no more openings until the next week so he scheduled an appointment for me to return to darken the tint.I arrived at my appointment to have the tint removed and replaced, and again he states "I don't think you're going to like the darker tint" and continued to try and discourage my already made up decision. It was very unprofessional. Then he says I will have to charge you again. I refused to pay again for a service that I was displeased with and for their mistake. My impression was that the tint would match, and I was never asked if I preferred the tint darker or lighter if it couldn't match perfectly. I then asked why he would have me come back so they could fix it if he planned to recharge me. He provided no explanation and said "we are done". I quietly left the garage very displeased with the service and quality of work.This experience was highly unprofessional and unsatisfactory. The owner is rude, dismissive, and needs training on professionalism. I will not return, and I do not recommend this business.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I don't like to post such a negative review but Troy told me that after he tinted my front windows they would look just like the factory smoked glass in the rear windows. As soon as I pulled out of the garage the difference was glaring (a pun, I know). The front windows had a yellow colored tint while the rear factory windows were a charcoal colored tint. Troy told me that no other shop would be able to match the color any better but I asked him to remove the tint and refund my money knowing that I would rather not have any tint at all than such a different color. Tony only provided a partial refund (he gave me $59 back and kept $50). Out of respect I refrained from writing this review until I could verify that another shop could provide a closer match. After sampling 3 films the next shop I tried found a VERY VERY close color and shade match and provided a more professional installation as well. I don't even notice a difference unless I look very closely.Troy is a nice enough guy but I wish he would have been more honest, both up front as well as when he told me that no one else could match the color. That and the fact that he didn't give me a full refund is why I gave him a 1 star rating. If you go here ask to see a sample if you are trying to match existing smoked or tinted windows.

Troy is superb!! I love my tint.. had to get UV PROTECTION due to melanoma. I feel a lot safer now, with 99% UV block... plus there is no glare now from other car headlights! It is like looking through Maui Jim sunglasses!

Awesome service, Got my 2015 Ram 1500 front windows tinted, got me in right away, pricing was great service was awesome, definitely would recommend for anyone wanting their windows tinted ALSO comes with a lifetime warranty!! They were even courteous enough to put on my window vents I had in the truck for no extra charge. Awesome service Thanks a bunch!!!

If I could give this Company 10 stars I would, you all did an OUTSTANDING job with tinting my Pontiac G6 today. I wanted my passenger and driver windows to match all of my back windows (which are at 5% tint). Fast /friendly customer service and the car looks GREAT! I Highly recommend. Thank You.

If you need your windows tinted, go to Mobile Shades! Troy tinted the front windows on my BMW X5 and they look great. Indistinguishable from the factory tint in the rear. Troy does excellent work and he s very professional. I will certainly be coming here in the future!

So I originally went to Mobile Shades with my 02 Expedition. I had him put 15% on my full vehicle. I went to Myers Tinting to get a second opinion on the rear end as I had noticed some light gaps within the windows. I was instructed by Myers Tinting to get that fixed by Troy as light gaps are unacceptable within this industry. Upon returning to Mobile Shades and Troys inspection, he took out a paint marker and colored over it. Yes you read that right. A. Paint. Marker. I ve still got light gaps in the film but I will just go to Myers Tinting to get it fixed correctly.Services: Sun control window tinting, Anti-graffiti window films, Privacy window films, Decorative window tinting, Heat control window films, Daylight redirecting, Vehicle window tinting

Troy did an amazing job on our new Altima! Everyone else in town said it would take a week to get in so I called Mobile Shades and he got us right in worked around our schedule oh and he was the CHEAPEST in town and gave a lifetime warranty on work. Thanks Troy

Brought my 2012 Chevy Cruze in for a full tint and it looks great!! One of the cheaper ones around but the work will blow you away. Best tint job I've ever had, will be bringing all my vehicles here!!

Wasn't the greatest job and was the same price as Matt Fleming. Normally go to Matt but he was booked so I figured I would try this place. On the passenger side of my vehicle the tint was cut short and you can see the line all the way down the window from the outside. Wasn't to happy with the job. Asked him about it and he said that's the best he could do. He said it's an art form that you have to perfect. Clearly he hasn't perfected it yet. Still had to pay full price. I will be sticking with Matt Fleming from now on.

Fantastic! Very polite, excellent work, and very pleased with the result. We did my son's car, my wife's car, and my truck will be next. Can't say enough good things about it.
