Took my car there 2 weeks. The lady was amazing, so nice too. She kept in touch with about my car. Highly recommend going there if you need work done!! Both the receptionist were very kind.

While it took a while to get the parts, I appreciate that they used all OEM parts to repair my wife's vehicle. Any time I called for an update they were quick with responses. The main receptionist can be very forward and to the point. While I appreciate this, I can see why some people can be upset with this but that's the world we live in I guess. Thank you to Gerber for the great job on our repair. They also detailed the whole interior which was a nice touch!

Car went in to get rear damage fixed. They had the car fixed in a timely fashion ( waiting on parts is not a thing they have control over so can t fault them for that.) The ladies in the front office were super nice. They went over everything that needed to be done after the repairs. I would 10/10 recommend them.

It took so long ( a month) to wait for my car fixed but eventually they did a wonderful job. Just improving customer service and be honest with the customer exactly when the vehicle will be done for the customer's plan and arrangement for any longer time estimated pick up date. I would give a word of caution for anyone insurance pushes to this shop. After a month of poor customer service, my car came back still in mechanic disrepair. It continues to make loud humming noises above 40mph. Even esthetically it was not completely finished. They put on a new fender and left the fender liner cracked. I don t mean to over generalize but the stereotype rings very true here when you are consistently called hun and told by the tech (while laughing) you probably don t know what this is after your vehicle needed yet another push back on completion date. It shouldn t be assumed your customer is ignorant, rather, good customer service would be to educate them. Insurance has been contacted to attempt to find a shop that will do the job right.

I have a mixed review. We took our vehicle to Gerber per our insurance company. They had our vehicle for a month, when asked why, different reasons were given each time. Always seemed to be waiting on parts , when our vehicle was inspected ahead of time so they could order parts to do the repair. We feel they didnt start working on our vehicle when they said they did, which started the 4 week delay. Trying to get a day when it would be ready for us to pick up also took multiple days.We will give kudos to the quality of their work. Our vehicle looks great, like the damage never happened. Attention to detail was obvious and the shop employees take pride in their work and it shows. Very pleased with the work that was done, and very pleased with the shop employees. They were very kind, informative and took the time to explain what they needed to do to fix our vehicle.Its a shame i cant say the same about the office staff. Very rude, snotty and unprofessional ladies on the phone and in person. Im ashamed to say their poor attitudes got the best of me as my level of frustration grew, that is on me. Very disappointing that Gerber is choosing to have that kind of unprofessional behavior as the first impression to customers.They did a fantastic job and we were pleased with the quality of their work. But due to the length of time it took to complete the job, the multiple reasons given as to why it took that long. I got a 7,000 dollar repair done here on my audi last fall. They had to repaint my hood TWICE and it still wasn't done properly. The second time I received it back, it was missing paint on the back corner of my hood showing metal (with clear coat over it). There was also 4 paint bubbles in my hood that caused it to flake. If you need a repair done on any type of vehicle, don't bring it here. You'll end up touching it up yourself or having to get it redone.

Our car had severe hail damage and a broken windshield following a nasty storm in town. I was able to set an appointment online and get the car to them quickly. They worked directly with our insurance company on handling the claim, they returned the car when they promised, and we were shocked to see it looked like it just rolled out of the factory. Great work!

So we just called and asked about a accident we were in and discussing details on needs for fixing the car over the phone about what to do and other things, were told we could bring it in and have a look at in at 11 and they would be able to start it sometime soon, we tell them who our insurance is through and they place us on hold. They come back within 2 minutes and tell us it will be at least 6+ months before they can work on it ...... Wait.... So depending on who we go through depends on how fast our car gets worked on? Thanks Gerber I see how y'all work! Suppose I'll take the business elsewhere

We have had our car here for 3 months maybe more. Paying out of pocket a lot of money. So first it takes a month to get the parts and then another month before they even start fixing the car that s been sitting there. Telling us oh should be done next week or making it seem like it s about to be done. Tell me it s going to the mechanical shop the next day and it takes a whole week before they even get it towed there. The mechanical stuff takes a week and then moved back to gerbers for the air bags and body which is hardly anything. And it s just sitting there for another week because it s throwing a code up and the car won t stay started and he doesn t know why so now another week before someone gets there to figure out the issue. But why was it moved to gerbers and not checked on why it wasn t starting at the mechanical shop. We just keep getting lead on and excuses and it s just sitting in a parking lot waiting and waiting while they do other things. And push it off. They lady at the desk has given me attitude a few times and we have been nothing but nice just sick of being told one thing and watching our car sit in a parking lot. They would keep it all winter if they could they literally don t care about getting it done it s just a whatever for them. I would go anywhere else. My grandmas car was done here and was done in no time. Starting to think they re just pushing it along because it s self pay! Almost $16,000 and wanting to take our car somewhere else! When we decided to do self pay instead of waiting on insurance we definitely didn t expect for them to not CARE about working on the car.Services: Auto glass repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I am beyond happy with this company. I brought my car into them after someone smashed up one side. Not only did Gerber fix the damages beautifully, but they washed the car and cleaned and vacuumed the inside! I was REALLY happy and almost didn't recognize my car when I got there: it looked so new and shiny! I highly recommend them to anyone. Horrible service. Car was in an accident May 30th 2022. They had the car for a month and I came back to us with a bent steering wheel and pieces of the front bumper sticking out and the windshield still needed to be replaced. Took it back to them they had the car for another month and it came back with the same kind of issues that still was not corrected. My insurance had an investigator come out to my house and look at the car and all that was still wrong with it and they had me take it to a different body shop to be correctly. Gerber had my car the first week in June and by the time I had to have a different body shop fix it I didn't get my car back and fixed until September 17th 2022. In my opinion it would be a mistake for anyone to use the shop.

I was given prompt updates and impeccable service throughout. Vehicle was completed within one business day of the projection. Very impressive... particularly given the continuing supply line shortages.I would recommend them to anyone

I hit a deer last week on the coldest day. Spoke with Ashley she helped me with everything she made everything so easy. I didnt have to stress about anything. She was even helpful with rental car contacts.

Was not provided with an estimate for repair to my vehicle. Service writer told me he sends it to Geico, my insurance, and he owed me nothing. Repairs were not explained to me at time of drop off. Service writer, who's office shares space with customer waiting room, was foul mouthed on phone. Trim pieces on repaired doors were mis-aligned.

Referred here by Allstate Insurance. Got good service and recieved estimate in less than an hour. Estimator was nice and seemed to be very experienced.
