Long story short, we lost an axle on our way to Ohio at 3pm on a Saturday. We called and they said they would stay open to accept our camper. They said they could not fix it so we could continue our journey, but they would put it on their lot until they could look at it on Monday. The repairs did take some extra time to get parts and repair other damage from the towing company. During the extra time they kept us informed as to progress and if there were any additional delays. Yes the delays were a bit lengthy but it was what it was and was not a fault of the dealership. Once we got the camper back, it was just like new and you would not have known there was damage.

We had to stop for a rear view camera, and they had exactly what we needed, but it was the absolute friendliness of the people who made coming here a great choice!

Four winds had been absolutely amazing!! Bought my brand new fifth wheel from there and from financing to a few small issues I ve had they have been more the helpful! Absolutely the best customer service! I recommend them to any and all who need work or parts or are shopping for a new or used camper!!

Best place ever to buy an RV. Sales staff (Charlie) very helpful in finding the one that right for you. Our experience was fantastic. The same can go with their service department. On our first camping trip with our camper we had an issue. We called and Don returned our call promptly and walked us though the issue. If you want friendly service, great advice, and a good price this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed. We have already sent people we know to talk to them. Great job guys. Its hard to find business like yourself that cares about your customers.

No customer service! Their answer is just haul your 40' toy hauler 40 minute here multi times for us to attempt to fix. If the company you're purchasing the ac units from can't get it right either then stop using them

We travel each summer in our travel trailer for 3 1/2 months. This year we were 1 month into our travels when our refrigerator decided it had had enough. You can imagine our thoughts since everywhere you turn there's another horror story about supply chain problems and 6 week waits, etc. We were visiting in Morton IL and found Fourwinds nearby in East Peoria. Carol and Don, Parts and Service managers, not only found a replacement that was delivered overnight but also worked us into the schedule to get it installed. They turned a possible terrible situation into a fix like miracle workers! We highly recommend Fourwinds to anyone who needs service on their RV. Thanks Carol and Don!

Small town RV shop so I stopped in to take a look. Did not have what we are looking for but will keep them in mind. Nothing else to give you as I spent maybe 20 mins there. Not sure if they have a repair shop or what.

Ron and his wife gave us excellent customer service! They were helpful with all of our questions and didn't try to sell us a trailer or equipment we did not want or need! Super place, with knowledgeable people and a no pressure environment! We are very happy with our new travel trailer.

Amazing service and great prices. No pressure from the sales staff and they made you feel comfortable with your purchase. The walkthrough and setup was quick and easy and answered all my questions. When I was done with the setup and test drive of my travel trailer I felt completely comfortable with towing my large travel trailer. Thanks Fourwinds RV!

Found the Jayflight that we had wanted for a while. Jessica was awesome and gave us great customer service. From sales, financing and the final tech walk through, it was a great experience! I've been here before and knew their reputation was top notch. They didnt let me down!

Went to the Service Department for parts today. Carol is always knowledgeable, helpful and has a way of perking you up when she is helping you out. Charley spoke with us as we browsed the new campers. He answered all our questions and it was a good with no pressure.

Once again my Wife and I had an awesome experience with Fourwinds RV in East Peoria. The Staff were very friendly and able to answer all questions we had. Ron in the Service Department was GREAT when he went over everything the day I picked up the Camper. My Wife decided we needed to upgrade from the Pop Up camper so it was easier to take our 4 Furbabies with us on camping trip. Keep up the GOOD Work Folks.

Excellent customer service, great prices and super smooth buying process at Four Winds. Ron was good about helping find the travel trailer that had the bunk house floor plan we wanted and was still well within our budget. We bought a new Salem Cruise Light and have already been out with it. We are very happy with our experience, and recommend them highly to anyone we know looking at RV s.

I had a great experience here! Everyone was kind and gave personal care. One of the days I was there they let me borrow their car so I could run and do things while while waiting for the hitch to be installed. I very much appreciate the level of service they gave me.

Wonderful people here! They got me same day to winterize my motorhome to prevent me from having things freeze up on me with bad weather coming.. Kind reception lady. Knowledgeable man who worked on motorhome. Very fair prices. I will be back. Thank you.

I purchased my RV here in July of 2017 and they have been great to deal with. Their parts and service department are very good at what they do and have helped me out for free on more than one occasion. A great place to purchase your camper/trailer and get repairs/service done.

This was the fourth RV dealership we visited in our search for a small Class C and the first one where the salesman was actually a RV-er. This is a laid back, no gimmick, no sales pressure dealership with a small town vibe to it. During our initial visit the salesman, Charlie M, spent a lot of time answering our�questions about the motor homes and the RV lifestyle even though we made it clear we were not buying for 6 months. When it came time to buy the price was competitive with the super stores you find on the internet. The process was easy and more enjoyable than the last 2 cars we bought. I highly recommend this dealership.

We bought a travel trailer in July from these guys in East Peoria, I must say this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at any dealership. I've gone back a time or two to pick up a few things and the folks there are more than willing to help you get what you need....... Very satisfied customer!

With the unprecedented demand the RV industry is facing right now as well as the supply shortages we weren t entirely sure what to expect. Ron at the East Peoria location was able to answer all our questions throughout the entire buying and waiting period. In total it took 4 months for our new travel trailer to arrive, but Ron had prepared us for that. On the day of pickup, a technician walked me through the RV to not only inspect it but also to explain how everything worked and answer any questions I may have. He even showed me the paperwork for their own PDI they conduct and any issues they found and corrected. They also set up my hitch and showed me how to properly set it and hook up the trailer.This was just an overall great buying experience and I encourage anyone looking to buy an RV to give Fourwinds a look.

Didn't seem very professional. Handed me keys to the camper doors and said this one and this and that one are sold, and when I picked one to look at I was abruptly met by the guy who says "I told you this one is sold, don't you remember?"Well obviously I didn't so I looked at two more, and handed him back his keys and went to another RV dealer that was way more professional to deal with.

Went here to kill time a few months back. I always feel bad wasting the salespeople's time, but they were super nice, answered all my dumb questions, and some really great insight on full time living in a camper/rv. In a few years when I'm ready to buy one, this is absolutely where I'll be going to first, the staff was that pleasant.

Great RV Supply Store. Have some good deals on RV s as well. Parts selection is fair. Generally if they don t have it, they can get what you want in a matter of days. Staff is friendly and helpful. Ready to assist you.Location has Easy access and off street parking.

Stop going here for gas and parts from the service desk for about a year due to the rudeness from the service staff. Went back this week and was told in a very angry tone that you cant pull your vehicle up to the propane tanks. It was a quick reminder of why I stop going here. I not lugging 80 pound tanks from the parking lot and they were not offering to help! Took my business back down the street.

Charlie made it a much better shopping experience than I expected.did make the wife happy eventually.lol everyone seems to enjoy what they do and it shows!.new adventure with the service people.while having a warranty repair (they ordered wrong part) requested the 2 propane tanks be filled.due to them ordering wrong part,was told the propane tanks were filled for no charge.2 camping weekends later,ran out of propane.we only use the campground electric for all the appliances.propane is only used for the 20 minute drive home for the refrigerator.recieved no invoice or receipt for filling them.why would they tell me they filled them when they obviously did not???
