If I could give zero stars I would. Sold us a lemon. Have had the car since February and maybe only put 500 miles on it. Also, have had to make so many repairs that mechanics have said have been there before we bought the car, yet we weren t told. We have put more money into the car then we purchased the car for. The customer service here is absolutely atrocious. They make all these promises yet don t plan to keep any of them. And then after messaging them trying to set up a meeting I was blocked. I DO NOT recommend anyone to go here.

Sold me a lemon. 2.5 months later it breaks down. $2400 in repairs. Mechanic said issue was there when I bought the car. This dealership wouldn't lift a finger to help. I didn't even get a choice in extended warranty. Couldn't afford to repair. Had to give car back to bank

Bought a car from Amanda for my daughter and the service was very professional and she was very nice, she even went above and beyond to work with us when it came to the financial part of buying the car and gave us a 30 day warranty on the car. Car was in very good shape. Ran into some minor issues with it that were not covered under warranty but that s to be expected when you buy a used car. And the things that we needed to fix were minor and reasonably priced to get fixed. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a car to stop in and see Amanda.

Love the "small family" atmosphere here! Amanda and all the staff are honest and won't lead you wrong!! They will tell you that they don't put anything on their lot that is "junk" Amanda worked her magic to make something work!!

We found this place because it had the selection of vehicles we were looking for our daughter. She wanted a car new to her and the experience was just perfect. We found what we wanted and we were able to get the car for our daughter in our price range. Such a great place to buy a car from! Amanda was very welcoming and extremely helpful! She made sure to answer all our questions and worked with us for a couple days trying to figure out where the best place to get a loan was! She even stayed late several nights in a row for us! We are very excited to own our first truck and I would highly recommend buying from here!

I bought my Ford Excursion from Amanda to pull my big camper and haul my huge family around for camping trips. After searching for these I found them all to be in dire shape and for a lot money. I found this one at the lowest price out of all of them and it was also in the best shape of them all. So happy I found this dealership. Will be doing future business with them for sure. Amanda told me that if they didn't have it they can definitely get it. So far I ve put on 2000 trouble free miles. This dealership really cares and it shows. Outstanding customer service!!!

Decent selection of used cars, fair pricing sales person Amanda was down to earth and easy to work with. Made buying my daughter's first car a pleasurable experience. Would definitely Do business with them again.

Had an easy going and quick experience on getting my mom another vehicle after an unfortunate accident she had that totaled her car. Process was made simple. Car was low miles, reasonably priced & well taken care of. Highly recommend.

If I could rate 0 stars I would give -0. I recently bought a car almost 8k on feb 9th it hasn t even been a full 30 days & the transmission went out Thursday I had to call road side assistance & they need to see if they re able to fix it. I WOULDN T recommend this place to anyone breathing.

A++ Business!! Found the perfect car(Ford focus hatchback) for a great price:)) Thank you! They were very patient and kind. Not a pushy place. Let us test drive some vehicles around until we were happy with one. They get cars in all the time so if you don't find one right away come back.

Awesome experience! Not a big fan of buying from a car dealer, but we will be buying from Cruze-In again. Amanda and her team are second to none & made our car buying experience extremely simple! Easy quick process and she did everything she said she would! Great job Amanda! Thank you so much!

Great place to get a reliable used car. Amanda was very sweet and helpful. Purchased a very good car for my grandkids that I can feel comfortable with them driving. They also give a 30 day warranty which is hard to find in a used vehicle. Thanks.

Went in with my daughter to see , test drive, and buy a car with cash. Sadly the sales guy told us we couldn't test drive a car unless we had the money in hand to buy. Huh?? Make no sense...I've purchased several cars in my life and I have Never ever heard of such .. Felt a little racist but oh well They lost a cash sale..Also the sales guy told me they're selling refurbished totalled (by the insurance company) cars and trucks.

Well nightmare 3 years ago didn't even have a month and it was paid in full. Save your paperwork. Owner was very nasty all I as a senior vet need is a reliable 4 door SUV to leave state and go home. That was goal nothing more nothing less.

I went in there told them what i could afford, and they made it happen. They were so nice, the owner bought me windshield wipers out of her own pocket after i mentioned the wipers may need changed on the car i was buying. I absolutely loved my experience there today

Started out good but ended bad. I know buying an "as is" car can have some unexpected problems. I get that. But to tell me that your "mechanic " checked everything out is a joke. I've just had to put over $2400 into a car that was "checked out thoroughly". I won't be recommending this place to anyone.

Needed a vehicle for work and found a nice little S10. The owner was really nice and comfortable to work with, they made sure everything was exactly how it was supposed to be and went out of their way to take care of me. I would be comfortable referring them to any of my friends or family.

Buyer beware! My son bought a used car from this place in January and has had nothing but trouble with the car. He has put thousands of dollars worth of repairs into this car. He definitely got ripped off.

They sold my girlfriend a totalled car and knew about because they had it fixed by a shop I know. On top of that, there commuting fraud and now I have proof. BBB will be called.
