Easy process, so far they had to order my tires both times. 3-5 days. You set up an appointment and shop while you wait. They claim great road Hazzard repair/replacement. I have not had to use it yet.

My entire family has Costco tires. They have great prices, they don't nickel and dime you, they do a great job on the mounting and the warranty on tire service is great. They don't take chances on your safety (e.g. you get a new tire if the side wall is damaged) I always feel safe.

Craig in the tire center deserves a raise! He was working the desk today and it was extremely busy, he was always cordial and professional. Tire center was running a little behind but still pretty efficient.

Took my car in for flat tire on a Thursday. They tried to sell me tire not weight rated for my car before I asked. They did not stock correct tire and had to order and said it would be in on Tuesday but possibly Wed at latest. Checked on Tuesday and different employee said wouldn t be in until hopefully Thursday. One week without a car to drive is unacceptable. Employees should know what days they get tire shipments on. Took 8 days to get car completed. They are very understaffed and almost impossible to get someone to help you for 5 minutes without multiple interruptions.

If I could give them negative stars..I would! I arrived around 3:20pm. Unfortunately it was Halloween and the manager wasn't there. They guy behind the counter told me it would be about an hour and a half. Which was fine. Needed to go shopping anyways. He told me I need to pay before the service can be done, which seemed very odd to me. Not supposed to do that. I know how shops work or supposed to! I just needed 2 tires to be put on the back of my Mazda 3..not a big deal or so I thought. It was about an hour and a half..they got my car pulled in about 5/5:30. Great! Being that I grew up in a shop..I figured 2 tires should take around 20 to 30 min...being generous. Finally got done shopping..waiting for my car with 2 tires to be done. 1 hour later...Dan Jones comes out making a snarky remark about I know it's taking forever..shaking his head and mumbling under his breath. At this point I am livid. What kind of customer service is that?? The techs walking past me to go get food..not saying a word to me.. no reason as to why it's talking them so long..it was almost 2 hours when another guy said your car is ready!!! Finally left Costco around 7 pm!! I had a cart full of groceries!!! No explanation..rude customer service..I am completely and utterly disgusted at the service I had. I will not ever be back for tires!!! Lost a customer for sure!! If he would have told me it was that long I would have went another day...but he had me pay for it before hand!!! There is no excuse for this...what so ever!!!

Like another reviewer here, I am appalled by how long it took them to change my tires. I bought them online, had them delivered to the store and made an appointment time. I don't understand what the point of making an appointment is if you're not going to be at all ready for me when I arrive! I also asked how long and was told an hour. I've been sitting here now going on 2 hours with no word. I tried to check back at the desk 20 minutes ago and waited 10 minutes for anyone to even come talk to me. I was told they were putting the tires back on and it wouldn't be much longer. So what they hell have they been doing for the last 90 minutes??The customer service and wait times at the East Peoria Costco are way too long and there is clearly something that needs to be fixed. Oh and if anyone reads this, maybe figure out a way to get your tire employees food without walking through the store. It's extra frustrating seeing them come in and out to get a slice of pizza while I'm waiting an hour longer than I was told.

I setup an appointment to get new set of tires with Peoria Costco Tire Center. Showed up on time found out I dont have an appointment. I dont have any confirmation number or email because tire center never send any confirmation. Considering I live 1hour and 30min away I decided to stay. I was told it could take upto 2hours. Came back after two was told it will be take another two hours because appointment customer get preference. After they start working on car took out old tires and left the rims for the next one hour. I asked whats going on and found out they are not able to find my tires. Its been almost four hours. After explaining to the staff how unprofessional they are at their they have found the tires. Gary the front desk person has no clue how to deal with customers, check where the tires are for the cars in the shop, or how long it will take to replace it According to him it could be 2hours atleast or right before the closing?

Made an appointment for when they first opened. 2 hours later, still waiting for my tire rotation to be completed. This is the 3rd time I have spent 2-3 hours waiting for a tire rotation. No wonder Costco tires are cheap. Will never come back.

Never again will I go here for tires!!!!!I literally watch these guys pull my Van in at 2:55 And didn't even start working on it until 3:15. Then they had all the tires off and stop working on it and started working on another vehicle for God knows what reason and know it's 4:20 Never again Costco never again will I wait over 2 hours.... And I showed up at 130

the staff is awesome! my low tire light came on and by the time I got there, it was at 11 psi. they got me in, and luckily it was able to be fixed ! I was only there about a hour and I believe it was Andrew, even brought my car up to the front for me! great service!

Got 4 new tires put on just a week ago. So far so good. They do walk-ins the first half of the day and scheduled appointments starting at 1 i think. So get there early!

Sara is a true perfection her and the others there. That worked on my vehicle were kind and treated my vehicle as if it was there own. Buying tires at costco. Was wonderful all but the writing of the check. Ha. Ha. Thank you very much for the kindness of your staff. Lynn wahls

Poor skill, spent 600$ for new tires, but get a leak on valve. Try to repair for 3 times, they just can t figure it out. Which makes my car not rideable. Waste plenty of my time and put me in danger. The worst experience I got with a tire change. Terrible

How can Costco have people rotate tires but don t know how to check the brakes tell me u think this is safe no way my girlfriend bought tires from Costco u think they can check brakes no they can t now tell me this then y are u able to rotate tires of u can t tell if it s safe to drive or not don t go to get your tires here if they can t work or tell about brakes

I didn't buy my tires there since my vehicle came with decent tires. However, I had a flat and they repaired it for me because I am a member. They have also checked the air for me at no cost. When it is time for new tires, I won't go anywhere else!

Staff was great, called ahead to make sure they had my suv battery in stock. They only had two left pulled it from shelf and had it waiting on me to get there. Great experience

We had an appointment at 4 pm and they didn't pull the car in until after 5 so why make the appointments if u don't even do it when they are scheduled.. disappointed in the place and the guy at the front desk who doesn't have a clue whats going on.... I would give negative stars if i could do so

Google shows 6am for tire department. Called and asked. Very rude, told them they might notify Google that the hours are wrong, they said not their problem.

It's really sad how you have to have a membership for a tire that sad. They need to say that before you come in. I wish I could give no stars
