I came in because I had a check engine light on. Rachelle Hickson 0625 was so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind I had to let you know. I have male employees that have not been nearly as helpful so wanted to let you know what a good job this young lady was doing. Thank you Rachelle

I came to this Autozone today in need of assistance with my headlight. Lonnie went above and beyond to help me. He was friendly and had a great sense of humor. Absolute ignorance. I called to make sure they can install a battery in my wifes car. Guy on the phone gives me the absolutely bring it on down just for the pinhead at the counter to spend 4 seconds to tell me oh no we cant do that. I would imagine he does not have the arm strength or knowledge to pull this off is the real reason. Probably dodged a bullet anyway not having these incompetent people touch my vehicle.

My experience with this store was great. The guy who helped me the night I was there, (Larry) was very kind. He was extremely knowledgeable & extra friendly. He was correct on what he thought my car problem was too. I would highly recommend this store. Thank you Larry and Autozone.

Staff is extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to be helpful, diagnose the problem, and proactively recommend solutions to get the job done. Store is always well stocked and organized. Highly recommend!

The guy who works here with the name "O No Way" on his name tag is a car whisperer. If you have questions or concerns he is very knowledgeable!! Never tries to trick me into spending more than is necessary. I won't go anywhere else. Customer service at its finest.

Amazing customer service! While other stores in the area lack basic customer engagement, this store goes above and beyond. Great all around atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

I bought rear brake pads and rotors for a 2015 Chevrolet Impala. Got home and they were for the front, not the rear. I took them back and was refunded my money with a smile. Anyone can make a mistake. I will go back because of great service with competitive prices.

I was traveling when my headlight went out and I needed it fixed immediately. Larry greeted me with a smile and once he confirmed that he had my light bulb for the headlight in stock, he assured me he would fix it so I could continue on with my trip to Texas. He was an absolute lifesaver! Larry is definitely an asset to Auto Zone...a true professional that went above and beyond! Thank you again Larry for taking the stress away and saving the day!

Kudos to Shannon and Kyle!! I rolled in with a very flat tire and between Shannon and Kyle, they put the spare on and wouldn t accept any tip from me for their kindness. Did I mention it was in the 90 s when they switched out my spare? Thank you for great customer service!!

I just left. Reasons for 1 star1.) Extremely rude older man2.) My boyfriend called prior because he is at work and they said they could hold a headlight for him so that I could pick it up. I went to pick it up was spoken to rudely and told they didnt even have the headlight we neededSo at some point I/ we were lied to.

Didn't have exactly what I was looking for. One of the service representatives had rather profain language consistently while I was shopping. They were knowledgeable of the area and assisted me in making sure I could find the product they didn't carry.

The most insulting and inept staff I ever encountered. This staff not only likes to talk about the social status of the clientele they use profanity to off set ignorance. I dealt with an employee who couldn't even type in a phone number correctly then dropped the F bomb as I was leaving the store. WELL Hero, dont blame others for your short comings..Won't be back at this store for obvious reasons..

I purchased a motorcycle battery. After installing it, my bike wouldn't start. I checked the battery and found it was dead. I exchanged it for a "new" battery. I opened the box at home and found the caps covering the conductors were missing. The bottom of the battery was dirty. The conductors were scratched and worn like it had been installed/uninstalled several times. The screws and instructions were missing. The battery also didn't have a full charge.

poor shopping experience with little help from employees. Just wanted transmission fluid and was told in the back with no assistance on product selection as I'm most auto parts stores. I will not ever return

Chance was great help, he tested the alternator output and then the battery. The battery tested bad, so he installed a new one. Great customer service!

Called ahead to verify the part was there, they were very courteous and helpful on the phone. At the store it was the same, very helpful and courteous. I will go back for future parts!
