It was a very easy and pain free process. I go referred to talk to Geoff Barklow and he did an amazing job! We did most of the transaction via email which was very convenient for me. I was able to stop in and test drive the car I wanted and he gave me numbers on what my monthly payment would be. The next day I came back in and we signed the finance papers and we were in our new Equinox!! The whole thing took maybe 30 mins! Would definitely come back to Runde and work with Geoff again!

These guys take amazing care of me. Anytime I need anything- even if they are booked solid- they always work me in. I thought my fuel pump going out would be a much bigger deal and take a lot longer to fix. I called Casey at 730am and the guys had my traverse parked back in my driveway by 1pm. Top notch humans that always go above and beyond!!

I was very happy with my experience at Runde, there was no pressure ever and I was only reached out to see if they could answer any further questions. They respected the fact that it s obviously a big financial decision and I needed time to decide unlike other dealerships. Anything that been problematic since has been taken care of swiftly.

I always have a great experience when I talk with John Montgomery. You just know what he is telling you is true! John expresses that he is concerned about the owner s safety as well as doing his job.I would not take my vehicle anywhere else for service! Service Reps like John Montgomery are few and far between!

Terrible customer service, very high prices, will take advantage of people who don't have a lot of car knowledge. Charged my gf an exorbitant amount for a repair, at least twice the amount that anyone else would charge because she obviously is unaware when it comes to cars. Service specialists didn't change her oil during the visit to the shop even though the car was with them for several weeks, but called and scheduled an $89 oil change 2 days after picking the car up from the dealership. When the car was given back to us the fuel light was on, and we barely made it to the gas station. Had to call 3x to contact the service manager and get a call back. He was friendly on the phone, but lied constantly, didn't really listen at all, and tried to talk over me.

I have had problems since day one of buying this vehicle from Runde predriven. Everytime i get it back from the shop within 12 hrs something is wrong. And this last time the mechanics admitted to me that is was because of something they didnt do the first time it was in.

After working with a salesman on a deal for a new truck, we took the afternoon off of work and called to schedule a test drive and purchase. As we started to make our way in to the dealer, they emailed and said the truck had suddenly sold. Thats either shifty sales or bad luck but either way, vehicles don't suddenly sell in minutes and apparently the truck sold 4 days prior. The communication among sales staff and web sales at Runde is clearly poor and the communication between sales staff and customers is no better. In looking over other reviews here, I see this occurence isn't unique to me (see Bomkamp review, and others). Could be bad management of sales, poor service or some sales tactic, but either way, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Went in to address tire system and ending finding out we needed spark plugs and both sensors! They got it fixed and put in a reasonable time frame!

Always very kind and helpful. I bought my car new, back in 2012 and have always went to them for all my car needs. I usually deal with Casey who always goes above and beyond but everyone does a great job. I would definitely buy from them again!

Overall, I was pleased with the service provided. I was appreciative of the loaner car provided to me. However, someone left a black greasy handprint on the back of the passenger seat and now I have to try and scrub it out. I know for certain it was not there when I dropped my vehicle off for service.

If only I could give a score of 0!Drove over an hour to test drive a vehicle, even called ahead to make sure it was available and I was told it would be ready by the time I got there.We test drove the vehicle and other than a few minor issues that were to be resolved we were ready to buy it.That is when we were told that we couldn't make a deal because it had not been inspected yet and they didn't know what it was going to take to fix the issues.I was then told that I would be contacted when the vehicle had been inspected so that we could make a deal.10 days later I received a text from the sales person stating that the vehicle had been sold.

Ordered a vehicle and came with lots of damage. Dealer wasn t willing to do anything about it so we could take damaged vehicle or order again and pay more money. When we got our vehicle salesman barely said anything to us and didn t explain anything at all. Basically pay here and these are the keys. Would never do business there again or recommend anyone else ever go there.Replying to their comment as there is not a way to reply they never offered to order a new vehicle or bump us to the top of the list. We had to literally ask well can you honor the price of our old one, can you move our order up, can you order us a new one? What are our options. Nothing was offered! Basically told to take after they fix it or don t take the vehicle as all. Word for word we won t have a problem selling this vehicle.

I was updated regularly and they made paperwork very easy. The whole process from ordering to picking up my new vehicle was made simple. Thanks guys, will be doing more business in the future.

Polite. Friendly. Dean covered so much of Equinox features, I had trouble remembering it all. He advised call him with any questions. He was so easy to talk to, I plan to write down the questions I may have left and know He will help out. Unfortunately, I suffer from a disorder in the Parkinson family. I have not been able to drive it since the day I brought it home. Once I can drive again, I'll be getting in touch with Dean so he can continue with his tutorial. Hang on to this guy. In an age when customer service is falling to the wayside just to make a sale, he is a shining light in going over and above to make sure the customer is happy and informed

The GM credits and our fair trade in for our truck made the purchase possible. We really appreciated a timely and respectable attitude from the dealership during the process rather than past experiences where we were put in a game situation of waiting and haggling by the dealership.
