I got my windshield replaced yesterday and I highly recommend Glass America! The guy who did it was very nice and had it done in the time frame I was given!

From the time I contacted my insurance agent, I didn't have to do a thing. Glass America phoned me to set the windshield replacement date. I was kept informed thru the process by email, text, and phone. The technician phoned me before coming to my home. He was prompt, professional, & skilled and friendly too.

They replaced the rear passenger window in my truck a few months ago. The installation went well and the tech who did the work was a pro. There was a small issue with putting the door back together that we discovered just past the warranty period, but they recognized the issue and owned it as a product of the work they did and they corrected the issue within a couple hours. I appreciate their customer service and will use them from now on for my auto glass. Highly recommended!Services: Auto side window replacement, Auto rear window replacement

Excellent process from start to finish. The scheduling was easy, and they got me in pretty quick. They came to my office and fixed my windshield while I worked. It was fast, my windshield looks great, and now I don t have to worry about it cracking. I couldn t be happier with the service I got from Glass America.
