Very unprofessional. I scheduled a appointment 2 weeks in advance for 11 am. He didn't show up on time. I messaged him around 11:30 am to ask if he was still coming. My messaged was read andignored for about 20-30 min. I proceeded to tell him not to come and thanks. Never responded. If you can't make a appointment on time and be a business owner you aren't detailing my car.
