These guys have always been leveled with me and treated me with nothing but respect, explaining my options, what to expect. And doing it incredibly reasonably priced. Even as I've moved further away, I still refuse to go anywhere but here.

I've used this place on several occasions when the car I was driving was out of warranty. Very precise in explaining the needed repairs and pricing. Consistently updating me on the progress. I have great confidence in their abilities. Highly recommended.

Brought my car in because I was having trouble with the engine. Got my car back a week later and they ve done $800 of work but did not fix the issue that made the car unable to drive. So after a week I still have an undriveable car and am out of money to actually get it fixed.

These guys are top notch. I typically do my own maintenance and repairs, but any time I'm lacking the capability to tackle something these are the guys I call and I'm never disappointed with the results. I've seen plenty of shoddy work from other shops but never with Pro Auto, and they've done a lot of work for us over the years.

I cannot say enough about this place! Excellent knowledge about anything, honest feedback, good on pricing, perfect location for the Dunlap, Princeville, North Peoria area. They are always competitive with the dealer and do a phenomenal job!

I really appreciated being treated with respect as an intelligent person when I brought my vehicle to Dunlap Pro Automotive. Though we had only scheduled an oil change, the gentlemen working that day completed additional inspections at no charge and not only informed me, but showed me the little things that eventually and more immediately needed attention, including what the time and price for each would be. They were honest about what would be easiest for us to fix ourselves to save us money, rather than pushing us for more business. We will return to give them our automotive business and hope others do too!
