Scott at Plaza Tire was extremely helpful with my car. I thought I just needed a quick tire patch and an oil change. What I really needed was 4 new tires and an oil change. Thanks for the recommendation, it wasn't in the budget, I think I said my budget was "free" but my car feels like a brand new car now so I totally see a difference. Thank you.

Both of the guys behind the counter were exceptionally helpful. I went in for an oil change on my 2023 Jeep. This was its very first oil change. We then discussed when i should rotate the tires on my brand new Jeep. Also tire prices and styles for my future tire purchase. I think one of them was the MGR. Both were very knowledgable and great customer service.

Although, understaffed in such a small shop, the technicians did an awesome job. I watched them take care of customers in distress and still handle appointments in a timely manner! There isn t a number of start that can amount to the quality of work that was present at Du Quoin Plaza Tire service! Thank you guys and continue doing what you do!

It took an hour just to change the oil. Then I did not get the 19.99 oil change special but they charged me $35. I don t know where they came up with that number.

Jim took care of my friend and I after a horrible experience with Midas. We were very happy with how informative and caring Jim was with us. 10/10 customer service. We will be returning here exclusively after our wonderful experience on September 6.Thanks Jim

Called them for apt for front breaks and have them quote price Scott told me without rotors 389 so I thought it was high called my mechanic he told me that it was to high without rotors I called Scott back and asked why so high without rotors he started yelling at me over the phone mind you I'm a female they plaza thinks women are stupid never go back to duquoin shop again not even a oil change just start going back to Scott Vaughn at DQ auto service

All I wanted was the tires rotated and balanced. They refused to do the work and tried to sell me new tires instead. I don t have the money for new tires right now, I ll get them next year. Right now, I just need these rotated and balanced. Not gonna happen. They were totally unhelpful. Doubt that I ll be buying tires there again.

The service I received from Scott Hensley was outstanding. He worked me in on a busy Saturday, had to order 2 of the 4 tires and finished the job on Monday. He explained the process and the warranties fully. This is the first time I have dealt with Plaza Tire and it was very positive.

Okay except for walking out of there with a $850 bill. I went for a simple oil change and tire rotation. They come wheeling back one of my tires that had a nail in the sidewall that couldn't be repaired. They didn't have one to replace it so I bought a new set but argued that I didn't need the most expensive. As he was walking away I yelled "and you can take another $175 off final bill." Which he did but not 10 minutes later he came back with 2 filters. Told them to replace one but not the other. The last time he came back to finalize the bill, he said I needed a front and rear alignment to the tune of $275 more that they could do while I was there. Told him I'd take my chances until I could have my mechanic look at it. Ladies, don't fall for every single thing they tell you and ALWAYS negotiate!!! You may not need a 70k mile tire or filters replaced. You're smart enough to tell how dirty they are.

Try to sell unnecessary tires then inflate your tires up to 55 psi on a 33 psi car to try to cause a blow out if could leave zero stars I would totally crooked

I m from South Carolina. I had a tire going flat. The manager brought me in, even though he was short of staff. He directed me to where I could get a meal while I waited. Before I finished my meal, he called an my car was done. He explained the problem. I m so thankful to find someone in a small town willing to go the extra mile to help a stranger.Thank you, Sir

This place is AWESOME...GLAD WE DISCOVERED THEM back in February.They have been packed sometimes and still make room to work us in.They are Polite,honest and fast.Fast and thorough...and honest which is hard to find.I want be going anywhere else.They definitely work hard and keep it REAL.Hats off to management and all the employees there for thier hard work and INTEGRITY.I went to 3 different places to get a screw out of my tire because the other places were a bit closer....all 3 said they were too busy to do it today.Pulled up at Plaza Tire and they were swamped...but guess what....they got us in and out Fast and friendly.They didnt turn us away for higher paying jobs....which says ALOT to me.I should have saved myself the time and just went there first....Lesson Learned.

As I was about to leave IL for the last time I was picking up my 2016 Chevy Cruz. The oil needed changing. I didn't have an appointment and have medical issues namely a blown right knee and a cracked very lower back. The guys said we are booked but we will work you in. They didn't know about the medical conditions. They called and found that a mouse had destroyed my air filter. Top notch service and treatment! I highly recommend this fine shop.

DuQuoin Plaza staff is great, especially Jeremy. The guys are very friendly and informative. They work with you on scheduling and advise when new tires are needed for you to remain safe. Great experience at this location.Came back for more tires on a different vehicle. Scott was helpful & knowledgeable. He scheduled my vehicle immediately. The staff put one new tires and completed an oil change. ATP in DuQuoin is my go to place!

They were willing to keep my car there because the two tires had gone almost flat from running over a board with nails in the road. They had customers ahead of me. However, after charging $54 my low tire gage came on in a week and same tires were low. Disappointing.
