Went to Carbondale IL for the April 8th eclipse. Came down almost 600 miles and had some brake pad issues on the way. Apparently one of the pads got stuck closed going down the interstate that and destroyed the pad.They were able to get it diagnosed, fixed, and we were on our way in just over a half hour.Prices were fair, and better than other shops that quoted us over the phone.Would totally recommend.

Couldn t recommend this place enough. I was in from out of town and was in a pinch to have my car fixed before going home. They were quick, efficient, and fairly priced. If you need a vehicle fixed in Du Quoin, come here!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Not only under estimate ,but after three other shops screwed us on the repair we needed they got it done (faster and correct and under budget) the first time!

I have used them for my suv and now my truck. They are professional and always figure out what s wrong. They also don t try and push for more repairs that really don t need done. I will continue to use there services for any repair I need.

I enjoyed the whole experience of dealing with Alvis. He said what he mean and mean what he say. My car was done in an extremely perfessional time frame. Will be going back if I need any other services

We were traveling to the fairgrounds from out of town when our vehicle died just outside of DuQuoin. Alvis Auto went the extra mile to even help us out with repairs on a Sunday so that we could get back home for work on Mon. Highly recommended!

Frankie, and his crew well there isn't much they don't know about auto's. Frankie an the guy's have been able to fix everything we have taken in to be fixed. We trust his guysWe wouldn't an don't trust anyone like we trust them.

If its something i cant or dont want to do...i take to alvis auto. Got quite a bit of my money over the years....knows his stuff. Gets my vehicle back to me asap.
