The experience at this dealership was atrocious. I called a week before going to inquire about their process for purchasing a vehicle. They informed me that they were income based and did not do credit checks. When I arrived at the lot to look at the vehicles that I reviewed online none of them were on the lot, which was frustrating. I test drove a few vehicles, but they were not the ones on the site. Additionally, the sales person was very rude and condescending when it came to providing me information about the cars. While I was there I received a notification that my credit had been ran and when I asked them why they ran my credit, when they said they would not, I did not receive a straight forward answer. I would not recommend anyone waste their time going here.

Had a wonderful time with honest people whose intentions where to meet my needs and got me in the vehicle which best suited my travel needs as well.I appreciated their hard work and I was in and out of there in four hours which is pretty good for a car dealership.Thank you so much and look forward now to driving and my gas tank isn t a hassle now and car is running great !!My dog loves it and can actual fit in it now!!

They refuse to repair the GMC air bag that were damaged when I purchased they vehicle. It is listed on the fact report to the vehicle, but because the light was not on at the time of purchase,they are refusing to repair the after market parts, coils and harness from a front end accident before I owned the vehicle. The vehicle wasn't being used, therefore the light wouldn't come on. I have been in contact with legal Shield attorneys and the Attorney General has been informed and are now involved.The sales men are young with horrible attitudes. They are not customer service friendly. Bill kay called me and spoke about his reputation and said that if I needed to contact him that I could. Well, he has not addressed this matter yet. It was there product that was sold as new. This vehicle has a boat load of things wrong with it and now I am stuff with a car note. Right is Right. Fix the vehicle and send me on my way please.
