Mike and the guys were fantastic, friendly and professional . They kept me informed throughout my oil change. It was a very low stress experience and I was impressed by their excellent customer service. My husband recommended them and I will continue to go there for my oil changes.

The employees are professional, informative and extremely friendly. They don't try to up sell but, they will inform you if a filter needs changing. This is my new oil change location. I have to drive twenty miles to get here and it's worth it. Thank you.

This place has the best customer service I have ever had in terms of anything dealing with my car.. They are quick and professional. They are respectful and Mike deserves a raise with how he treats his customers. Can t recommend this place enough for their quick service.

I was so happy with the service the first time I was here that I decided to come back. I drove over 15 minutes and arrived at 5:40 on a Wednesday. Although the window sign said they close at 6:00, the three guys working pretended not to see me. Not one looked up from their position standing around the desk. Why bother with hours if you re not going to honor them?

MJR was my greeter, tried a new oil change place since the last business I went to didn t check my oil pan bolt prior to leaving. This 10 min oil change location treated me well and check a couple extra things I requested. Very friendly and quick service. Prices were great too! Thanks guys, I ll see you again next time.

a wonderful place that none only gives you the Oil Change but you ll enjoy the conversation with the employees. I went there yesterday and we laughed and we talked and they did my oil change. Absolutely fantastic experience! It was less than 10 min, cheaper than the dealer, they topped off all fluids and replaced the filters.

I ve been coming by here for a few years based on the stellar reviews. It s changed ownership since and the service and attention to detail has only improved! Service is swift. Personally, I have never had to wait in a line. Just reliable, pressure-free and friendly service every time!

I have been going to this store for 17 years. I love the personal touch they have ALWAYS had and continue. They have also always done a great, quick oil change. I love to support local business and they don t disappoint. I will continue to frequent Strickland Brothers oil change.

I have been going here for years, and stopped in today since my minivan with 104,000+ miles had been flashing "oil change" - but I still had about 2000 miles to go until the next recommended one. I told him that I'm ok to change it early - maybe it's the cold weather - but he suggested checking the oil, and after doing that he told me it was fine and no need to change the oil yet. I really appreciated his honesty as he could just as easily changed the oil and charged me, without it being necessary. Then he proceeded to change the bulb on my right indicater light in the front for an affordable $12.99!! These guys are continuing in Frank's tradition; I was sorry to hear that he passed away in November. Highly recommend Strickland oil change!!

First time customer! I thought it was a very nice experience. The guy who did my oil change was very friendly and made sure that everything was good. I enjoyed the fact it was only 10 minutes or even less! I ll definitely be coming back again!

We take both our cars here for oil changes. Generally, it is not a wait, and the people are honest. It's always very quick in and out. I recommend them highly.

I was using this oil change location when it was FullServ oil change. I also knew the owner and the service was top notch! I have been coming there since I was 23!It became a Strickland Brothers as the owner retired and I decided to try it out. Perfect service again! I will use Strickland Brothers only for my oil changes. Keep up the amazing service!

They re professionals when taking care of your oil change. They show you your air filter when it s about time to get a new one. They also show you what is the correct oil plug size that should go in your car. I got the high mileage oil change for $70. The service was very fast and you stay in your car. I will be coming here more often.

When I went I was able to drive right in. Seems expensive but I know that's the going rate for oil changes. Nice guys. I was the only one there at the time so they all jumped on me and got me done. They can top of fluids, change filters and bulbs but that's about it. Oil change place but not a full scale garage.

Great group of gentlemen who know cars, are genuine, honest, and care about the customer. This is one of those shops most people have not discovered yet, but will become there preferred place for car service and oil changes once they try it.

Very polite and competent staff. Checked fluids and topped off wiper fluid. Checked tire pressure (I forgot to ask them to check spare tire). Showed me the dipstick ar conclusion to confirm at right level and clean oil in car.Be sure to ask for military discount if you are eligible.Service: Oil change

Have been taking my vehicles here for years. Although the ownership changed, they maintained the staff. A great alternative to the chains.
