Alex and his team are the absolute best. I refuse to go anywhere but here. Alex is honest, caring, and is an excellent mechanic! He does a better job for a better price compared to anyone else I ve met, I ve recommended his shop to all my family/friends and there s never been a bad word said. This shop is my go to and will always be!

I ve been coming to NovaK for all my automotive needs since 2014 and Alex has never disappointed. He s very communicative and does a great job on being upfront with any issues that may occur before hand if something is spotted. He s done electrical work for me, suspension, exhausts, oil changes, brakes and rotors basically anything I ve needed. Alex is by far the best mechanic out here. He is very honest & does his best to accommodate you. I send everyone there. Prices are competitive & I never feel like he got over on me. There s been times when I ve dropped a car off & he s called back to tell me that he called the dealership & this repair was covered under a warranty or recall. He could have easily charged me for those repairs, but didn t....

Alex has always done a good job on our vehicles, and his hours make it easier to get the car fixed same day after normal bankers work hours. I don't have a spare vehicle, so this is important.

Alex at Nova-K is great to work with and I will be returning! I had my Rav4's exhaust system replaced, he painted the components with a protective coating per my request, and he did a quality job. High quality work and terrific customer service by Alex. Brought my 3000GT for important maintenance and to fix an issue with the convertible mechanics. In addition to fixing everything (at a very fair price!) he also voluntarily showed the old parts he changed along with pictures. This is an honest mechanic! Alex shared some items to keep an eye on but did not try to upsell - in fact, he called out which items could be done DIY to save a few bucks.I will DEFINITELY be taking my car back to Nova-K! Alex is very nice, patient and professional. I came here to do a mechanical check on an used car I just purchased. He carefully examined the car, found several issues and explained to me very clearly. The whole process took over fouth mins, but he only charged me 20 dollars. Highly recommended.
