Ordered parts, got them even BEFORE the time they were supposed to arrive. Well done team. Thanks for making up for the bad experience I had at the other store that shall remain nameless. I think I spent a total of 7 minutes TOTAL in your store- really great service.

Came in for new windshield wipers for my Veloster. The sweet girl employee was super knowledgeable and seemed to know everything about their selection. She even looked excited to help recommend the best for my car. The girl could have sold windshield wipers to a bicyclist, to be honest. NAPA really *does* know how.

Salesperson helped solve a touch up paint issue for my much older car. She (Ivy) took my phone number and called back with the information I needed. I very much appreciate the extra work on her part to follow-through after already having made a sale. Thanks, LAJ

I had some small parts that I'd bought at a Napa out of state, and didn't have the receipt. This was a small $ purchase, and had come to the conclusion that I should just give them to the Napa for free - as opposed to throwing them in the trash. I also had to buy another item.The people at the register looked up the small parts and added a discount on my new purchase for them. I was very happy with this. They certainly would have been within their right to not do that.It's that sort of thing right there that make me like Napa - and I make a point to do business with them.This is a good business with good people. I will return for sure.

I stopped at NAPA to get a replacement bulb for my taillight. The gentleman who helped me provided outstanding service. He even let me borrow a socket wrench to make sure I had the right bulb and that everything was in working order. Absolutely fantastic service. I highly recommend stopping in here if you need something for your car.

I bought a car battery for my Ford Taurus here a few weeks ago. Really solid experience, from start to finish.I wasn't sure my battery was the issue at first so I called up the store and asked them a few questions. They suggested that I bring the old battery in and they would test it (free of charge) so I wouldn't buy a new one if I didn't need to.I brought the old battery in and they tested it right in front of me. Sure enough, my battery was fully dead. I'm not car savvy so I really appreciated it when they explained that most car batteries last about 6 years and then showed me that my battery was actually 6 years old itself.Anyway, they brought out a new battery for me and rang me up. They gave me a discount for exchanging my old battery and another $10 off discount they had in a promo flyer. All told I paid $25 less than I expected to. One of the guys even got a handtruck out and wheeled the new battery out to my car for me (those things are heavy). Truly a 5-star experience, what more could I have asked for?

As far as finding my part, they did indeed help me. As far as the employee attitude, I'd have to give them a 1 star. Normally whenever you say hi to someone, they should say hi back. Not at this location. Specifically there's a goth girl at this location who is very rude and seems to be a "know it all" that's great but just have some common courtesy.

Was given the wrong brake caliper...this resulted in about 2 hours of wasted time and $10 in brake oil and bleeder tool that they would not accept as return. In the past I have trusted NAPA for the knowledge and reliability of their staff. However, this store has significant flaws in their staff knowledge and education in automotive parts. It seems another review had a similar parts issue with the same sales person who sold me the wrong part.

The girl that helped me misrepresents the great reviews and prior help I've gotten at this location.After tearing apart my front end, I finally opened the front rotors to install them to cap off my rebuild... only then did I find the girl pulled 7 lug rotors...I needed 6. Thanks...

The wheel bearing on our trailer went bad while we were on the road. The people at the napa auto parts were great! They loaned us tools and had all the parts we needed. We were able to get everything fixed and back on the road.

Go here! Do not waste your time at any of those other stupid waste of space "parts stores"Ive FINALLY learned that there is a huge difference in quality between NAPA auto parts and all the other stores.And a big plus was the knowledge of every single employee here is far superior that that of ANY other parts store employee.So you'd be very wise to "get in the zone" and go to NAPA where QUALITY comes first!
