I have been a BMW owner for 15+ years, and I have never been serviced this well! They make you feel like family!! The cost was veryyyy reasonable !! I will ONLY use this awesome shop for ALL of my BMW''s needs. I will be going back in a few weeks for my oil change!! TRUST me, this is the REAL DEAL shop. You can afford to continue to eat & live, without other establishments suck the extreme cost. Thank God for the relief!! Wherever they go, I AM GOING!!

5 star business! This place is incredible! They are responsive, flexible, fair! Customer service family oriented, knowledgeable and helpful! I m a new customer, my car got towed yesterday and they treat me like their own family. Most places take advantage just because you re driving Mercedes-Benz and you re women.

Quite honestly the best experience I ve ever had! From the professional level of answer the phones, handling my questions, getting an appointment and the repairs done, TOP NOTCH! Absolutely the best mechanics. Very accommodating and honest. Always great service without issues. Previously went to my Audi dealership, but these are now our families go to mechanics. Adam is awesome !!!! Highly recommend.

Is so difficult to find a great mechanic this days. They fix my car for a great price compared to other estimates and on top of that i had and emergency and i wasn t able to pickup my car when it was ready they understand it and let me storage my car for a couple of days. Just great people.

Helmut and Vito s is the best. They have been looking after my import for years but recently, after a serious accident, they really dug in. Adam worked through many obstacles with my insurance company. He fought for what was best for my car and in the end it all worked out. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a quality maintenance shop. I will be their customer for life.

I brought in my 2014 BMW X5 with only 60k miles on it as I was hearing an odd, consistent noise. They let me know (in the nicest way possible) that my car was a lemon and the engine was shot but recommend I get a second opinion which I m doing today. Bottom line, I appreciate them being transparent and delivering some pretty bad news in a genuinely good way. I d highly recommend H&V s.

My wife and I went to Helmut and Vito for a pre-payment inspection of a used BMW and they worked promptly and thoroughly to give us an accurate picture of the pros and cons of the vehicle, allowing us to make an informed decision. Would certainly recommend to anyone, especially for a foreign automobile.

Helmut & Vito s took excellent care of my VW Jetta when it needed a new wheel bearing. They are foreign car experts. They also treated me with respect and ease and went out of their way to get my leaky tire sealed by a local tire specialist. I highly recommend them.

Brought my car to Helmut and Vito s today and let me tell you, these guys are the real deal. Dealership wanted to charge me $4500 for a number of different services, they charged me $30 to inspect and rule out any issues.The guys at the front desk were really great to talk to as well, you could tell that cars are in their blood. 100% coming back here.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Guys really know their stuff. They helped me fix a troublesome older Mercedes, and were kind and communicated very well throughout the entire process. Very satisfied with the result. I worked with both Tony and Robert, and both of them were gentlemen and just the right kind of people you want to work with. Highly recommend!

Always a good experience here.After changing the oil, the team inspected my car to make sure all was perfect for me to drive to Florida and back. Adam also helped me update my car gps so that I can drive safely the round trip to Florida with my 85 plus year old friend, my husband and our dog. Thank you H & V!

I feel good about this place. Look. I am a new and first time customer. The issue I had with my 2009 MB ML63 was the engine sputtering at startup and when slowing down for a full stop. A diagnosis of ignition coil misfire was given together with the total cost, parts and labor and all. I like that. Whenever Im at ease, then surely you get points in earning my trust. Good job Helmut & Vito. Now I need you to quote the air suspension compressor repair.

I hired Helmut & Vito to replace my brakes. From the first contact with the company I had nothing but great customer service. Very quick response time, estimates provided promptly in a digital format, competitive prices, scheduled service within the next few days. The associates very polite and professional, and went above and beyond. The car has been working great for a few weeks since I had the service done. Highly recommend this body shop. I had recently purchased an 83 300SD in Chicago which ended up leaving me stranded on the way home, thankfully only about an hour south of Chicago. Had the car towed to Helmut & Vito's where they fixed the issue. It was a VERY positive experience in working with them, very honest and reasonable prices for their work.

Took my e46 for a front window regulator replacement. First time customer. Was very pleased with the whole experience. Car was returned as clean as it was when I dropped it off. I will definitely return for more maintenance above my skills. They work on really nice cars, a testament of their quality work. And the hourly labor cost is very reasonable.
