Geico send me to Hart s collision after my car was in an accident. Picture speaks a thousand words so just take a look. When I got my car back, the fender had smudges on it and the rear bumper was not aligned correctly. After scheduling a second visit, these guys used super glue to tuck the bumper in .Quick edit : Lug nut fell off the wheel they replaced. Check out the photos, RT/Front Wheel on the invoice. All lug nuts were loose! No torque given.Do yourself a favor. If you value your life, DO NOT go to Hart s.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've been using this body shop for many years. Rose and Steve are welcoming and give quick, accurate estimates. The quality of work done is top notch, they can do small dings and paint jobs as well as big repairs. My vehicles are always ready when promised. My car was sideswiped in a parking lot by a hit and run driver. The back bumper and driver's side front bumper were affected. Some adjustments needed to be made to the trunk and tail light.The repair was excellent. I am pleased with the paint work, the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the car, and the professionalism of the workers. I would have appreciated better communications from the office when it was finished, the repair person told me they would call me upon completion.Very pleased with the results.Service: Body & Trim

Hart's is a great auto.body shop. Their work is top notch.Might be a little slow because they are always busy. Offer a discount on price for payment in cash.

DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS WITH YOUR BUSINESS. I called in and asked if they're will be a storage charge before the insurance inspector gets an estimate for my vehicle, and they said no. 8 days later they slapped a 525 dollar bill for storage. This place will scam you of your money, and the staff are exceptionally rude. I was in a good mood so i gave it 1 star, IT DESERVES NONE.

Harts did an amazing job repairing my car after a horrible collision. They repaired it super fast which I was not expecting since there was a descent amount of damage to the car. Then when I picked up my car I noticed they detailed my whole car inside and out and it was so much cleaner on the inside than it was when It came to the garage. Also Anthony was extremely nice and helpful with anything I needed. I will definitely be back if anything else is needed.

They are great, my family and I have taken 5 vehicles there for collision repair. They've always done a great job at a fair price. I've also had them touch up my paint and they matched it perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

Haven't had work done as of yet. Took a work vehicle here and they were very nice about helping me. It's a Certified shop for Geico but they do work for everyone. So FYI for the Geico people in this area it's a close good shop for us

Harts Garage was extremely helpful with a quick repair that was being covered under insurance. I did not have the estimate written at Harts Garage. I had them perform the work after a bad experience at another garage. Hart's was able to order the part ahead of time and get it ready for install. When I arrived they were able to install the part within 45 minutes of my arrival. Everyone whom I interacted with during this experience was extremely nice and helpful and I really appreciated it!

Hart's Collision Center has provided us with incredibly awful service. The first time, four years ago, we took in our Mercedes for a simple door repair as a result of a hit and run incident. Fortunately, they repaired it for a pretty reasonable estimate. However, the day we brought our vehicle home, we noticed an additional dent on the passenger side of the vehicle towards the bottom. Luckily they acknowledged all responsibility for this dent, but it took an additional week to receive the vehicle back and it was a ridiculous inconvenience that they could have easily avoided with less carelessness. The second time (recently) we took in our new Lexus for a small repair as a result of getting rear ended. We thought that this simple procedure should get done without any trouble, so we decided to take our vehicle in for a second time. Unfortunately that was too much to expect from them. They repaired the bumper, sure, but they wrote something on it in dark, red permanent marker, that a carwash and manual hand wash did not clean off. In ADDITION, the vehicles blinker lost its functionality. We had to take our vehicle back in for a second time yet again, and they wasted hours of our time repairing it. They were also incredibly rude and unapologetic for making these inconveniences. I don't recommend EVER taking your vehicle to this body shop, especially if it's an expensive luxury car. They will just find ways to further damage your vehicle and rudely attempt to reject the fact that it was caused by their own negligence. I'm never going to bring own vehicle here ever again.

Hart s garage has taken care of my family and I for years for multiple vehicles. Steve is very professional and great to work with. They always do a great job and have our cars back to us in a fair time frame. Highly recommend!

Wow! What an absolutely beautiful job fixing the exterior of our Prius AND upon picking it up, the inside was also cleaned so well that it looked like it had been detailed. People were wonderful as well! I would HIGHLY recommend Hart's Collision Center!!! A++++

Got into an accident and I have Geico insurance. Justin is a Geico rep that works onsite at Hart's Garage. He was very easy and pleasant to work with. It was my first time being in an accident, so I was a bit nervous to go through with the process. Enterprise drove to the garage with a rental ready to go within 30 minutes and I was off to work. Hart's garage repaired my front bumper, passenger headlight, passenger fender, side mirror, and repainted my door in 6 days. They sent me text messages throughout the entire process and it was ready on the day they estimated. After I drove home, my check engine light was on and my tire was low. I brought it back the following Monday and Hart's paid for my rental vehicle to fix the issues. Overall a very good experience and I would highly recommend this shop. Because the garage partners with Geico, the repairs are expedited so I'd assume the turnaround time is longer if you're not a Geico insurance carrier. Two thumbs up.

Hart's Collision Center, Geico, and Enterprise all took excellent care of us. Hart's repaired the car and did it quickly, but the service didn't stop there. I was shocked when I noticed the detail they went through to make sure the car was cleaner than we left it. Nice job guys! Thank you.

If I could give 0 stars I would, if you are a Geico customer you are fine here, if not they lie to you about how long they will take, over and over, a job that should have taken about 6 days is now going to be over 21 days. We were told they had taken it in for paint on a Tuesday after they had already had it 2 weeks and would be done on Thursday, on Friday we went to go see the car and find out why they were now saying Tuesday and they still had it completely apart and had just finished priming for paint! Our insurance agent was also very upset being that they seemed to be over billing as they had told him that it had already been through paint as well. Would not recommend if you have anyone other than GEICO as they will push everything else back, even if the car is used as a main source of income, such as my husband being an Uber driver.

I would not recommend this shop. No call updates to let me know what s going on with my vehicle. I keep having to call and every week it s going to be fixed on another day of another week. What are you all doing at this shop? It s ridiculous and unprofessional. Don t promise something if you know there will be changes and if there are changes please communicate. U should not have to continuously call to know what s going on. Just give me my vehicle already!!!Service: Body & Trim

Two weeks ago I was in a car accident. Hart's Garage was suggested. Working with Hart's, Geico and Enterprise (all under the same roof) was painless! They also thoroughly cleaned my car and it looks great! Thanks for making such an expexted head ache, so easy!

I had my car in this shop for a whole month! I called 1-2 times a week to check on my car and every time I felt like I was being rushed off the phone being told we re still working on it. The lady who answers the phone is rude! No one communicates with you, you always have to reach out to them. Very unprofessional!

They did an awesome job repairing not only the Geico covered damage but also fixed everything that Fullers in Hinsdale had previously screwed up. I am so relieved to have my car back the way it ought to be. Very professional operation.
