The staff at Packy Webb are very friendly and welcoming. There is a nice area for waiting with computer cubicles, a television and a free coffee station. Of course the mechanics here do a good job and know the Ford products well however if you are going to make an appointment on a holiday week please know they are very busy and the wait could be longer than anticipated.

I am a tough customer when it comes to my truck and the maintenance of it. New Ford owner..........Whenever there's an issue I take it to Ford Packey Webb and the service department is great. My gal .Kaitlynn Barg is beast back there. Ladies issues w your Ford see her, she will tell like it is and is very patient.

We were not current customers to Packey Webb, but this morning our car was having a hard time starting. Our normal dealership said they can t help us until after 6/21. It was suggested that we contact another Ford dealership since our car was still under warranty. We called Packey Webb and Kaitlynn got us in right away. Nick also helped us as soon as we got there. They helped us navigate our warranty and diagnosing the car. Within a few hours we had an answer to what was going on. Unfortunately we re waiting on some parts, but everyone made sure the car was safe to drive. They only had us pay for the stuff not covered under warranty today. They re working with us and will call us back when they have all the rest of the parts and then we will finish the warranty work. Even though they have completed some of the warranty work, they didn t charge us for it today! I m so grateful for their kindness, help, efficiency, transparency, and assurance today. I ll definitely be back and will buy my next ford from here.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

Don t take your truck for service here. Telling me a brand new truck needs all new pads and rotors 20,000 miles in when there s a massive recall on the electric parking brakes on the 2021-2023 f150 engaging on their own. By the way, front pads and rotors, surprise, they were actually fine, 80% of the pads left, only the back left had wore all the way down to steel on steel. If you know anything about cars you know the backs should last 2x as long as the fronts, but still there s no part defects?? They mentioned a couple times if I had bought it from them then maybe there would have been more they could do. That s beyond unethical.

I ve taken my truck to Packey Webb service center twice, and each time I had Nick Dennis. This guy has great customer service. He makes you feel like you matter! He listens intently to you and makes sure you re happy with your results. Had an appt to get my factory oem Ford brake controller programmed. Long story short, the tech never finished the job, and they charged me anyhow. They insisted that I must have done something wrong and made me schedule a second appt. The second tech had no issue programming the brake controller. They could've handled this situation much better IMO. I've bought 2 new vehicles from this dealer. I'll go elsewhere from now on.

I bought 4 new tires last month fro Packey Webb and sensors were saying 3 tires were low. Tim, the service representative, greeted me and explained Ford has had issues with the seal of the tires and the rims which causes air pressure on the tires to be lower. I hope the issue has been resolved. Packey Webb did not charge me for the service which was appreciated. I always appreciate the service there.Service: Tires

I had a great experience with Packy Webb Ford and their customer service! They offered to pick up my car since I was close by and get it serviced while I was out of town. It saved me so much time, that I could be working longer or hanging with my family! Thanks for the great service! 5 stars!!

Brought my truck in cause I heard a noise coming from the front driver side and the mechanic said it was my aftermarket parts my husband looked at it come to find out we need new brakes. Do not bring your vehicle here they don't care about you and your safety
